Abstract

Online learning requires teachers to prepare various media to help the learning process. Learning Arabic at the primary level mainly uses classical methods and uses techniques and media that seem conventional. Researchers tried to minimize this anxiety by utilizing AR technology to make Arabic learning applications more enjoyable, easy to understand, and not boring, especially for elementary school students/madrasah ibtidaiyah. This research aims to implement augmented reality technology with a markerless tracking method to design and build Arabic learning applications on Android smartphones. The research method used in this research is sequential with development progress. This model is a systematic approach and sequence from system planning to the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The results of device testing, the application can run perfectly with 1.5 Gb RAM specifications and above and the gingerbread android operating system and above. Testing also goes through 3 black box stages: application functions, marker sensors to the angle of inclination, and the intensity of light needed to bring up the object from the marker. The test shows that the distance parameters, the contrast level of the marker, and the camera tilt angle also affect the output of 3-dimensional objects displayed by the application. In all three stages, the application shows good response and can function as expected.

Abstract

The purpose of learning activities in the basic concepts of biologyand the environment can be achieved, a practical guide is neededthat can facilitate students in understanding the conceptscontained in the Course Learning Outcomes. This study aims toproduce a practical guide to the basic concepts of biology andproject-based environment-based learning that is valid andpractical to use in the lecture process. This research is a type ofresearch and development with the ADDIE development model(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, andEvaluation). The results showed that the practical guide to thebasic concepts of biology and the environment based on thelearning project that was developed met the media validity levelwith an average of 4.1 valid categories and material validity withan average of 4.2 valid categories. The lecturer's response showedthat the practical guide to the basic concepts of biology and theenvironment based on project based learning was in the practicalcategory with an average of 3.8 and student responses showedthat it was very practical to use with an average response of 4.4. Itcan be said that this research produces a practical guide that meetsthe level of validity and practicality.

Abstract

Reading is the first skill to master in other literature. Students’ literacy is still low, according to PISA in 2018. There is a need for efforts to improve literacy skills, one of which is the development of literacy platforms. The aim of this research is to develop multimedia learning to improve reading literacy. Research and development (R&D) is based on the Dick & Carey development model. The study was conducted at senior high school, with 30 students participating. Multimedia is validated by material, design, and media experts. Data from the questionnaire instruments and student responses are analyzed with both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Overall, from the data analysis results, expert validation data was declared "very valid" with an average of 4.27. The results of an empirical test analysis with individual, small-group, and field trials stated the media was "very valid" and ready for use in learning, with an average of 4.66. From the results of the pretest and posttest involving 30 students, the result of the calculation of the t test obtained a value of 0,000, with the conclusion that there was a difference in the outcome of the pre-test and post-test. From the calculation of effect size with Cohen’s d, we get a value of 3.55 for category strong. Based on the results above, the Literacy Platform application developed can improve reading literacy and can be applied to learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan total quality management (TQM) di lembaga pendidikan dan upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan untuk mencapai standar mutu yang telah ditetapkan; Implementasi TQM harus dilakukan sebagai bagian dari upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Setiap lembaga pendidikan harus menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas. Hal ini dilakukan untuk menjaga agar lembaga pendidikan tetap menjaga kepercayaan masyarakat dan pemangku kepentingan. Continuous improvement, atau perbaikan terus-menerus, baik dari aspek fisik maupun non fisik, merupakan salah satu cara untuk mempertahankan hal tersebut. Ini akan membuat lembaga pendidikan berkualitas tinggi dan terjamin. Dalam dunia pendidikan, ada beberapa hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan ketika menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Mutu (Quality Management System/TQM). Ini termasuk perbaikan berkelanjutan (continuous improvement); penetapan Standar Kualitas (quality assurance); perubahan budaya (cultural change); perubahan organisasi (organizational change) menjaga hubungan dengan pelanggan. Strategi implementasi dan kolaborasi yang baik dari semua sekolah harus mendukung implementasi TQM.

Abstract

Pendidikan dan pelatihan memiliki peran krusial dalam pengembangan karyawan di berbagai organisasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja. Pendidikan dan pelatihan tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga diharapkan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja melalui pengembangan kompetensi dan peningkatan motivasi karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari literatur penelitian sebelumnya, jurnal, buku, dan laporan terkait. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi analisis dokumen mendalam untuk mendapatkan wawasan tentang persepsi terhadap pendidikan, pelatihan, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan yang efektif berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja, pada gilirannya, memainkan peran krusial dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, seperti yang terlihat dari partisipasi yang lebih tinggi, produktivitas yang meningkat, dan kualitas kerja yang lebih baik. Secara tidak langsung, pendidikan dan pelatihan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan melalui peningkatan kepuasan kerja. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya investasi berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan SDM untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung pertumbuhan dan prestasi karyawan.

Abstract

The success or setback of the company cannot be separated from the company's own policy in seeing an opportunity and taking action every time, it encounters obstacles. So strategic management is needed as a tool to assist companies in recognizing opportunities and threats from outside as well as company advantages and shortcomings that must be improved. Mission generally describes how the vision will be achieved. With a strong and appropriate foundation, the company will develop optimally and directed. To read the company's performance in order to assess the implementation of strategic management, researchers use financial ratio analysis. One of the ratios used is Return on Assets (ROA). Return on Assets shows the company's ability to use all of its assets to generate profits. The financial report data used in this study are the financial statements of companies that are included in the IDX LQ45 list in 2019. The results from similar studies show inconsistent results in each condition and case. In this study, it was found that good company performance is not directly related to the mission statement. The company has had good performance but it is not directly manifested in the vision statement. Keberhasilan atau kemunduran perusahaan tidak lepas dari kebijakannya dalam melihat peluang, dan langkahnya dalam mengambil tindakan setiap menghadapi kendala. Maka dari itu, diperlukan strategic manajemen sebagai alat untuk membantu perusahaan dalam mengenali peluang dan ancaman dari luar, serta kelebihan dan kekurangan perusahaan yang harus diperbaiki dari dalam. Pada umumnya, misi menggambarkan bagaimana cara mewujudkan visi. Dengan fondasi yang kuat dan tepat, perusahaan akan berkembang secara optimal dan terarah. Untuk membaca kinerja perusahaan dalam rangka menilai implementasi manajemen strategis, peneliti menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan. Salah satu rasio yang digunakan adalah Return on Assets (ROA). Pengembalian Aset menunjukkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam menggunakan semua asetnya untuk menghasilkan keuntungan. Data laporan keuangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan yang masuk dalam daftar IDX LQ45 tahun 2019. Hasil dari penelitian serupa menunjukkan hasil yang tidak konsisten dalam setiap kondisi dan kasus. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa kinerja perusahaan yang baik tidak berhubungan langsung dengan pernyataan misi. Perusahaan telah memiliki kinerja yang baik tetapi tidak secara langsung dimanifestasikan dalam pernyataan visi.

Abstract

This article examined the basis for voters in the political contestation in the Bandar Lampung City government in 2020 in deciding their choice of female leadership candidates. The foundation in question is an understanding based on the concept of leadership in Islam, as indicated by the Koran and Hadith. This study would be highlighted by the Reviea wing of Ving tafsir, a relatively new Model of Al-Qur’an study in Al-Qur’an studies. The study findings show that the people of Bandar Lampung City, in electing female leaders, have brought to life the verses of the Koran about leadership, even though they have not memorized or understood the text textually. Meanwhile, the level of community participation in the Mayor of Bandar Lampung election for female leadership candidates was higher than for male leadership candidates. Eva Dwiyana won 66.67% of the votes, which surpassed 2 (two) male leadership candidates, namely Ryco Mendoza, who won 14.33 votes, and Yusuf Qohar, who won 25.88 votes. This participation is classified as independent participation with indicators of confidence in the work program, especially in the religious field, and an increasingly mature level of political education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan matematika siswa tunagrahita di SLB Negeri 1 Makassar melalui penerapan games edukatif Wordwall. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Pada Siklus 1, siswa dikenalkan dengan permainan dasar yang melibatkan penjumlahan dan pengurangan. Hasil observasi menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi belajar, meskipun beberapa siswa masih kesulitan menyelesaikan tugas dengan cepat dan tepat. Sebagian besar siswa dapat berpartisipasi aktif, namun hanya sekitar 60% yang berhasil mencapai hasil yang memadai dalam menyelesaikan permainan matematika. Pada Siklus 2, dilakukan perbaikan dengan memberikan penjelasan lebih mendalam serta variasi permainan yang lebih interaktif dan menantang, yang meliputi permainan tentang perkalian dan pembagian. Pada siklus ini, terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan matematika siswa, dengan 85% siswa mampu menyelesaikan permainan dengan benar dan tepat waktu. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan games edukatif dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi matematika dengan cara yang menyenangkan dan efektif. Penelitian ini menyarankan penggunaan Wordwall sebagai metode yang tepat untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa tunagrahita dalam pembelajaran matematika.

Abstract

The use of teaching modules based on technological pedagogical content knowledge has not been used to the maximum because teachers are still focused only on the theory. The purpose of this research is to produce a teaching module based on TPACK in order to improve the science domain of elementary school students. This research approach is a mix method with the type of Research and Development using the ADDIE development model. The qualification test covers the level of validity and practicality. Data collection tools use validity and practicality lifts. The data in this study is both quantitative and qualitative. The product validation results showed a validation rate of 94.29% for high validity categories. As for the media validity rate of 96% for High validity Categories, the material validation of 98% for higher validity, and the language validation for 88.89% for the High Validity Category. The practicality rate of 85.72% for the Good Practical Category, the teacher's response to 82% of the category was very Practical and the student's reply to 89.44% of the Category was Very Practice. The results of the research show that the teaching module based on technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) to improve the science domain of elementary school students deserves to be used in the learning process.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan teknologi digital menghadirkan tantangan dan peluang baru dalam bisnis, namun penerapan pendekatan interdisipliner STEAM-VH (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics, Values, and Humanities) di Indonesia masih terbatas. Penelitian ini menganalisis perkembangan riset terkait integrasi STEAM-VH dalam bisnis digital melalui pendekatan bibliometrik dengan data dari berbagai database ilmiah. Analisis menggunakan VOSviewer memetakan kolaborasi penulis, institusi, serta tren dan tema penelitian. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan publikasi sejak 2018, dengan fokus pada produk berbasis nilai kemanusiaan dan solusi teknologi humanistik. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan pemahaman, hambatan budaya, dan minimnya sumber daya. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kapasitas SDM, strategi inovatif untuk mengatasi hambatan budaya, serta kolaborasi multidisipliner antara akademisi dan praktisi guna mendorong inovasi dan keberlanjutan bisnis digital yang berlandaskan prinsip STEAM-VH secara menyeluruh dan efektif.
