Abstract

The change in the paradigm from government to governance has changed the order of government management, including in Indonesia. The governance paradigm transforms traditional governance into modern governance. The government is not the only actor in governance, but there is a synergistic relationship with other sectors in order to realize good governance. Governance involves government partnerships in carrying out government functions with the private sector and also the community. Strengthening synergistic and harmonious relations between the government, private sector, and the community is expected to improve the performance of the public sector so that good governance can be realized. The existence of decentralization in the form of regional autonomy in Indonesia is expected to help the central government in realizing good governance in the regions. Good local governance or good governance at the regional level, one of which focuses on improving the quality of public services. Local governments responsible for providing public services to the community effectively and efficiently. This article will explain how good local governance through improving the quality of public services in the regions. The method used is the study of literature. The way to realize good local governance through improving the quality of public services in the regions is to carry out consistent and sustainable public service reforms. Abstract

Desa Petir is one of the stunting treatment locations in Kabupaten Serang. The prevalence of stunting in Desa Petir reached 63,8% by 2022 and is the village with the highest prevalence rate of stopping in Kabupaten Serang. Kabupaten Serang Government has issued the Regulations No. 40 of 2021 on Integrated Stunting Prevention Acceleration in Kabupaten Serang which forms the basis of policy as well as commitment in prevention efforts in the increasing number of stunting cases in Kabupaten Serang. This research aims to find out how the Stunting Prevention Acceleration Policy Implementation is integrated in Desa Petir Kabupaten Serang using the Edward III policy implementation model that is influenced by four variables, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques such as observations, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis uses the analytical model developed by Miles and Huberman. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Integrated Stunting Prevention Acceleration Policy in Desa Petir Kabupaten Serang has not gone optimally because there are still some problems in its implementation. In terms of communication, the information delivered to the target group through socialization and dissemination has not been clearly transmitted. On the resource aspect, there are restrictions on Posyandu facilities. On the disposition aspect, preventive efforts are not made before the stunting case occurs. On the structural aspects of bureaucracy, there is frequent miscommunication between stakeholders at the village level, especially in the case of stunting. Abstract

Infrastructure is an important aspect in supporting the accessibility of public services, especially basic services. Basic services are public services provided by the government to meet the basic needs of the community covering various aspects, including health, education, public housing and residential areas, as well as public works and spatial planning. The ease of accessibility of basic services is supported by the availability and quality of adequate infrastructure. Improving regional infrastructure is one of the development priorities in Serang City. There are still several problems related to infrastructure development that have an impact on the fulfillment of public service accessibility in Serang City, including the problem of road damage that has an impact on flooding, lack of street lighting, not optimal fulfillment of clean water, lack of maintenance of public facilities, uneven and fulfilled green open space (RTH), and still low community participation in infrastructure development. This study aims to analyze infrastructure development in fulfilling the accessibility of public services in Serang City by using the theory of Gibson et al (1997) which consists of four dimensions in assessing the success of infrastructure development, namely physical availability, physical quality, suitability, and utilization. Using qualitative methods, the results show that infrastructure development in Serang City is good and supports the accessibility of basic services. This is because it is supported by the policies of the Local Government of Serang City and the commitment of all authorized Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD). However, the availability of infrastructure needs to be improved evenly in each sub-district in Serang City and its maintenance needs to be carried out on an ongoing basis so that the benefits can be optimally felt by the people of Serang City. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan Museum Multatuli sebagai pusat edutainment masyarakat di Kabupaten Lebak melalui kerangka kerja fungsi manajemen POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) dari George R. Terry. Sebagai museum antikolonial pertama di Indonesia, Museum Multatuli menghadapi tantangan dalam menyeimbangkan fungsi pelestarian sejarah dan tuntutan kebutuhan rekreasi modern. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi non partisipasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi dengan analisis data menggunakan model interaktif dari Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana (2014). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan Museum Multatuli sebagai pusat edutainment masyarakat di Kabupaten Lebak sudah berjalan dengan baik melalui penerapan fungsi manajemen POAC yang konsisten seperti aspek perencanaan sudah ada penetapan tujuan yang jelas dibuktikan adanya visi misi museum multatuli. Aspek pengorganisasian sudah melakukan penyusunan struktur organisasi yang jelas namun untuk pengalokasian sumber daya masih kurang khususnya bagian konservator. Aspek penggerakan sudah baik terlihat dari kepemimpinan, wewenang dan tanggungjawab seperti bagian eduktor diarahkan menjadi pemandu setiap kegiatan tour yang dilakukan pada museum multatuli. Terakhir aspek pengawasan sudah baik terlihat dari laporan pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dibuat setiap tahun, bisa diakses juga oleh masyarakat melalui website, selain itu tersedia survei kepuasan masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh museum multatuli.

Abstract

Perundungan merupakan kekerasan sistematik yang digunakan untuk mengintimidasi dan memelihara dominasi. Perundungan memiliki beberapa dampak negatif bagi para korban seperti merasa ketakutan, tidak aman,  terintimidasi, merasa rendah diri, tidak berharga, sulit berkonstrasi saat belajar, dan lain sebagainya. Oleh karena itu, edukasi mengenai anti perundungan sangat penting untuk dilakukan khususnya bagi anak-anak. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di salah satu Sekolah Dasar yang ada di Kota Serang yaitu SDN 2 Padek, Kecamatan Kasemen. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pendekatan partisipatif dengan memberikan edukasi kepada para siswa, mengadakan sesi tanya jawab, dan diakhiri dengan kuis. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan antusiasme dari para siswa untuk belajar mengenai anti perundungan. Hal tersebut juga dapat dilihat dari keaktifan siswa dalam menceritakan pengalaman pribadi mereka, maupun menjawab pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan materi yang disampaikan. Kegiatan ini dapat memberikan dampak yang positif bagi para siswa agar dapat memahami bahaya dan dampak negatif dari perundungan, sehingga mereka dapat menghindari perbuatan tersebut.

Abstract

The dominance of child abuse cases among adolescents at the junior high school level is a crucial problem. The community service activity carried out at SMPN 7 Muncang aims to provide understanding in the form of education about the importance of preventing sexual violence against adolescents. The method used is through community service with the stages of material delivery, question and answer discussions, and evaluation in the form of quizzes. This community service activity is one of the Student Work Lecture (KKM) programs of group 51 of Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Initial discussion by providing material on the types of violence and how to prevent and avoid sexual violence, then providing educational songs about preventing sexual violence.  Seeing from the enthusiastic response of the students in this activity, the objectives expected in this service can be said to be achieved. well. The results of the activity showed that the students had a good understanding of the content and meaning of the material that had been delivered. The students were able to answer questions correctly and correctly, and were able to review very well the content of the material that had been delivered.
