Abstract

This research is focused on solving the rate law equation by using the differential transformation method. The rate law equation describes the chemical reaction problem from the concentration of a reactant that produces a product. The differential transformation method is a semi-analytic numerical method that can provide approximate solutions in the form of a series because the method is obtained from the expansion of the Taylor series expansion. With the help of Maple software, a comparison of the solution plots of y_1 (t),y_2  (t) and y_3 (t), can be observed that the difference in computational results between the Runge-kutta method and the differential transformation depends on the order of k. The curve of the differential transformation method is getting closer to the curve of the Runge-Kutta method at a certain value of k for each y_1 (t),y_2  (t) and y_3 (t). The conclusion of this research is that the application of the differential transformation method has been successfully carried out in the case of a system of ordinary differential equations. For further research, the researcher suggests that the next research applies the method of differential transformation in cases and initial values that are more varied.

Abstract

Student saturation in the learning process that is often experienced by middle and upper students is a problem that is often encountered. Because in the learning process there is a process of changing circumstances with the use of the environment and social interaction which in the process takes not a little time so as to affect the interest in each student, with the concept formulated by several experts defining that the success of the learning process is influenced by many factors. One of them is internal factors such as spiritual intelligence and interests possessed by each student. Spiritual intelligence is a counterweight in functioning multiples of intelligence in each individual and interests that support success in the learning process. Because success in it is a form of student effort, the purpose of the study is to clarify the relationship between spiritual intelligence and students' interest in learning.Quantitative correlational is the method used in this study, as well as observation as another source of data. The population of this study was 143 students of class XI Madrasah Aliyah Darnnaim, with a sample of 30 respondents through the use of random sampling techniques. Generates a positive relationship between spiritual intelligence and interest in the learning process (0.651) with a strength of relationship of (65%) with significant value acquisition between the two. hence it is evident that there is an attachment between spiritual intelligence and interest in the learning process of class XI students of Madrasah Aliyah Darunna'im. Abstract

Soft skill merupakan kemampuan non-teknis yang sangat penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan di dunia kerja. Pada penelitian ini akan dianalisis pengaruh Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL), proses pembelajaran, dan keaktifan siswa dalam OSIS terhadap pengembangan soft skills siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logistik ordinal dengan data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh siswa, dengan variabel independen, yaitu PKL, proses pembelajaran, dan keaktifan dalam OSIS. Sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu soft skill siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan PKL, proses pembelajaran dan keaktifan OSIS terhadap pengembangan soft skills siswa. PKL berpengaruh positif dengan nilai signifikansi 0.009, proses pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh positif dengan nilai signifikansi 0.041, dan keaktifan siswa dalam OSIS memberikan pengaruh positif dengan nilai signifikansi 0.039. Hasil ini didukung dengan nilai koefisien Determinasi Nagelkerke sebesar  67.1%, yang berarti variabel PKL, proses pembelajaran dan keaktifan OSIS mempengaruhi soft skill siswa sebesar 67.1% dan 32.9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam variabel pengujian model.

Abstract

Adolescents with low self-esteem tend to have negative self-perceptions, feelunworthy, and withdraw from their social environment. This condition is commonlyfound among students from broken home families, as they often believe that theirparents’ separation is their fault. Such beliefs can lead to prolonged sadness andemotional trauma. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of SolutionFocused Brief Counseling (SFBC) as an effort to improve the self-esteem ofstudents from broken home families at MA Abdul Aziz Balung, Jember. Self-esteemplays a crucial role in personal development and academic achievement, makingeffective intervention strategies essential in educational settings. The researchemployed a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pre-test and post-testdesign. The sample was selected using purposive sampling techniques. The experimental group received SFBC treatment. Data were collected using a self-esteem scale administered before and after the intervention. The results of the data analysis using a paired sample t-test indicated a significant increase in students’self-esteem after the intervention. This study provides an in-depth understanding ofthe extent to which SFBC can significantly contribute to enhancing the self-esteemof students from broken home backgrounds.
