Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui efektifitas terapi relaksasimeditasi untuk menurunkan tingkat stres. Subyek penelitian adalah tiga orangyang sedang mengalami stress di usia dewasa awal. Penelitian ini menggunakanrancangan penelitian pra-eksperimental yaitu desain penelitian yang dilakukandengan memberikan perlakuan pada subyek tanpa adanya kelompok kontrol.Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan studi kasus tunggal, yakni satukasus yang sejenis dengan subyek yang mengalami stres akan diberikan terapirelaksasi meditasi untuk menurunkan tingkat stresnya. Meditasi secara teraturdapat mengurangi ketegangan otot dengan menurunkan respon stres, danpernafasan yang dalam akan meningkatkan sirkulasi oksigen, sehingga otot-ototcenderung mengendur dan tekanan darah akan lancar. Hasil dari penelitianmembuktikan bahwa terapi relaksasi meditasi efektif dalam menurunkan tingkatstress.

Abstract

Pada orang tua yang anaknya beranjak dewasa awal, biasanya lebih jarangberkomunikasi. Menilik anak-anak mereka juga sibuk dengan urusannya sendiri,sejalan dengan masa dewasa awal merupakan masa untuk belajar mandiri.Berangkat dari latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuibagaimana persepsi individu dewasa awal tentang profil orang tua yang ideal.Subjek penelitian adalah 4 (empat) mahasiswa aktif di Fakultas IlmuPendidikan IKIP PGRI Jember. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakanwawancara dan observasi.Hasil penelitian mendapati bahwa profil orang tua ideal menurut subyekadalah orang tua yang sayang dan perhatian terhadap mereka, meluangkan waktuuntuk anak-anaknya, dapat dijadikan tempat curhat mereka, pengertian, dapatmentoleransi dan menghargai pendapat mereka serta bersikap adil dan jujurterhadap anak-anaknya. Hasil penelitian ini relevan dengan teori yangdikemukakan oleh Santrock tentang profil orang tua yang ideal adalah gambaransosok orang tua yang baik dalam pandangan anak, diantaranya bersikappengertian, adil, jujur, toleransi, perhatian, pengertian, dan menghargai.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the efficacy of the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach in diminishing students' anxiety levels while preparing for the tahfidz test at the Ibnu Katsir 2 Jember Islamic Boarding School. This study follows a group pre-test post-test design. The sample for this research included 31 students, of whom 10 individuals reported severe levels of anxiousness. A questionnaire was used as the data gathering method in this investigation. The research findings indicate that the anxiety level associated with the tahfidz test reduced after treatment with the REBT approach. This is evident from the findings of the pretest and posttest study, in the pretest the score shows a high leve of anxiety and the posttest shows the score of the low level of anxiety, so it can be concluded that the level of anxiety in facing the tahfidz exam has decreased in score. So it can be concluded that the REBT technique is effective in reducing anxiety in facing the tahfidz exam at the Ibnu Katsir 2 Jember Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

The continuous learning process carried out by students is accompanied by pressures, both from within themselves and their environment to achieve maximum learning achievement which can ultimately lead students to learning saturation. In the end, students experience physical and emotional (mental) fatigue, increased depersonalization and decreased academic confidence. This study aims to reduce learning saturation of mahasantri when studying dirosah Islamiyah at PPA Ibnu Katsir Jember. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of research used true-experiment with pretest-posttest control group design. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling and data analysis method used is Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the mahasantri saturation decreased. That is with an average pretest of 138.28 and an average posttest of 109.57 from this data it can be concluded that there is a decrease from the pretest and posttest results, which means that the treatment provided by researchers in the form of self-regulated learning techniques has succeeded in reducing the level of boredom in learning PPA Ibnu Katsir Jember students. And also supported by the results of the Wilcoxon Test with a value of N = 7a, which means that 7 respondents experienced a decrease in high learning saturation. The mean rank value = 4.00 is the score of the decrease value. While the sum of rank = 28 is the total value. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon test calculation, the value is -2.366, p <.05. So it can be concluded that there is a decrease in learning saturation of PPA Ibnu Katsir Jember mahasantri after counseling services with self-regulated learning techniques

Abstract

This study increases the interest in learning in male students at Ibnu Katsir Islamic Boarding School by using problem solving techniques. Problem solving is one technique that can solve problems faced realistically and can increase students' motivation and interest in learning. This technique is very relevant to the problems that will be studied in the field and applies 6 problem solving steps in research. This study uses quantitative research using the pre-experimental design method of the one group pretest-posttest type (initial test final test single group), in this study 4 stages will be carried out in the implementation of group guidance, namely the formation stage, transition, activities and termination. The results of the study indicate that this program is effective in increasing awareness, understanding, and motivation of students in recognizing their potential and career opportunities more clearly, helping them overcome confusion regarding their future careers

Abstract

Kejenuhan belajar sering kali menghambat proses pendidikan dan mengurangi motivasi belajar santri. Teknik Self Management, yang melibatkan pengelolaan diri, pengaturan waktu, dan penetapan tujuan, diharapkan dapat membantu santri untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan meningkatkan kesadaran diri dan disiplin. Penelitian dimaksudkan guna mengukur sejauh mana Self Management dapat meningkatkan fokus, motivasi, serta mengurangi rasa jenuh yang dirasakan oleh santri. Penulis memakai metode eksperimen dengan melibatkan sejumlah santri sebagai sampel, dan hasilnya bahwa dapat secara signifikan mengurangi tingkat kejenuhan belajar dan meningkatkan kualitas belajar santri di PPA Ibnu Katsir.Dari penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik Self Management efektif dalam membantu santri untuk lebih teratur dan termotivasi dalam belajar, sehingga dapat mengatasi kejenuhan yang sering muncul dalam kegiatan pendidikan di pesantren.

Abstract

Adolescents with low self-esteem tend to have negative self-perceptions, feelunworthy, and withdraw from their social environment. This condition is commonlyfound among students from broken home families, as they often believe that theirparents’ separation is their fault. Such beliefs can lead to prolonged sadness andemotional trauma. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of SolutionFocused Brief Counseling (SFBC) as an effort to improve the self-esteem ofstudents from broken home families at MA Abdul Aziz Balung, Jember. Self-esteemplays a crucial role in personal development and academic achievement, makingeffective intervention strategies essential in educational settings. The researchemployed a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pre-test and post-testdesign. The sample was selected using purposive sampling techniques. The experimental group received SFBC treatment. Data were collected using a self-esteem scale administered before and after the intervention. The results of the data analysis using a paired sample t-test indicated a significant increase in students’self-esteem after the intervention. This study provides an in-depth understanding ofthe extent to which SFBC can significantly contribute to enhancing the self-esteemof students from broken home backgrounds.
