Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that significantly influence the production of rice farmers in Lipu Masagene Village. This study uses a quantitative approach with a total sample of 60 families. Analysis of the data used in this study is the analysis of Multiple Linear Regression, where the variables are Labor (X1), Land area (X2), Capital (X3) and Expertise (X4) and Rice Production (Y).The results of this study indicate that the land area, labor, capital and expertise simultaneously significantly influence the increase in rice production in Lipumasagena Village. The area of land and while labor has a significant effect on increasing rice productions, capital, and expertise have no significant effect on increasing rice production

Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to improve students' skills in writing descriptive text through the use of image media for class VII students at SMPN Satap Lelumpang. The low pre-test results of students are caused by teachers still using conventional methods of teaching writing. So the researchers decided to use a new method that had never been used before, namely using image media. The research carried out was classroom action research in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research was carried out at SMPN Satap Lelumpang, with the research subjects being class VII students. Data collection techniques include written tests and observation sheets. The results of research using image media show a significant increase. This can be seen from the students' learning results: in Cycle I, the average score was 4.87 in the poor category, increasing to 8.32 in the good category in Cycle II. The completeness of learning outcomes increased from 48.1% in Cycle I to 92% in Cycle II. This shows that students' skills in writing descriptive text increase through the use of image media.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of classroom management in increasing students' interest in learning in class This research uses a field research approach (Field Research), namely data collection is carried out in the field. The nature of this research is qualitative descriptive research. The research findings inform: That the inhibiting factors for the implementation of classroom management in increasing interest in learning for class student learning is reduced. The solutions to overcome this problem include: by arousing students' interest in learning through the application of varied learning models, providing learning media such as occasionally learning using focus so that students' interest in learning increases, and trying to create a comfortable and enjoyable classroom atmosphere for students

Abstract

Sistem informasi digitalisasi arsip surat sangat membantu petugas untuk arsip surat, tanpa harus berada diruangan kerja karena memakai sistem digitalisasi yang didukung oleh pengaksesan berbasis android. menghemat waktu pencarian data juga meminimalisir tempat atau ruangan yang dibutuhkan untuk penyimpanan surat fisik, data yang ada juga tidak mudah tercecer. dokumen yang tersimpan bisa di akses kapoan saja dan dimana saja tidak mesti sedang berada di ruangan kerja. inilah kenapa sistem digitalisasi arsip surat menjadi salah satu kecanggihan zaman sekarang harus terus berkembang agar menjadi sekolah milenial yang dibutuhkan di era globalisasi. karena pada sistem lama data yang ada mudah tercecer juga untuk pencarian arsip surat membutuhkan waktu yang lama, petugas harus ada di ruangan kerja agar mengetahui dokumen penting dari arsip surat tersebut. seba dengan adanya sistem ini proses pengelolaan data dapat dilakukan dengan lebih efisien dan cepat.

Abstract

This community service program aims to develop instructional teaching aids through multidisciplinary collaboration between lecturers and students from various study programs at the Islamic National University of Indonesia (UNIKI). The activity was carried out at SDN 8 Juli, an elementary school in a rural area of Bireuen Regency, Aceh, which faces limitations in concrete learning media. The approach used was the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), which allows for a systematic and participatory development process. Based on the needs analysis, it was found that students had difficulty understanding abstract concepts in science and English subjects. To address this challenge, the team designed several innovative teaching aids, such as an erupting volcano model, a diorama of the rain process, bilingual science vocabulary cards, and thematic student worksheets (LKS). These media were then implemented in thematic learning in grades III and V. The results of the implementation showed improvements in conceptual understanding, learning interest, and student participation. Teachers also expressed enthusiasm and willingness to use the media independently in the future. Evaluation was conducted through classroom observation and teacher reflection, indicating that the developed media were appropriate for the needs and easy to apply. This activity demonstrates that cross-disciplinary collaboration can produce effective and sustainable learning media. This model is worthy of replication in other elementary schools, particularly those in resource-limited areas.
