Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that cause the emergence of phishing and prevention against phishing threats. Systematic Literature Review methods used to find answers to the research questions by searching for studies related to the threat of phishing in online banking services and perform narrative synthesis on the findings. Minimal knowledge of the user, and the user's psychological privacy of users of social networking services considered as factors that cause phishing. Educating users about the threat of cyber crime, prevention at the level of e-mail, the use of anti-phishing software, and system implementation disposable password in banking services is an effective deterrent to the threat of phishing. Users must have a good knowledge of the threat of crime, especially phishing, and the Bank has the responsibility to provide education related to threats that can harm the user.

Abstract

Information held by a company is one of the important factors for its success. Nowadays with rapid development of usage of internet and social media, bad information can also have a significantly negative impact on every element / level that exists in the company or in the community. Sometimes it can lead to public unrest. Bad or good information has correlation with the quality of information. The aim of this research  is to assest and analyze  the quality of information using Six Sigma approach and we choose Kaskus website as a case study. Kaskus is the largest community online in Indonesia. It provided various kinds of information to its user. By using its approach, this research consists of 5 stages, they are “define”, “measure”, “analysis”, “improve”, and “control”. Each phase/stage using different tools to assess the current Information Quality, such as questionnaires for define phase, “Expert Choice”(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for measure phase, and quality function deployment (QFD) for analysis stage. Questionnaires used for defining customer specifications and identify information quality problem, meanwhile software “Expert Choice” used to measure the importance each quality information dimensions and then to validate/analyzise the problem of the data. And lastly, QFD used to determine the mutual relationships of information quality dimensions and critical to Information Quality factors. Output of “Analyze” stage shows that Accuracy, Relevancy, and Objectivity dimension on Kaskus website need to be improved immediately because it reaches unacceptable point.

Abstract

The importance of information and the possible risk of disruption, therefore the universities need to designed and implemented of the information security.  One of the standards that can be used to analyze the level of information security in the organization is ISO/IEC 27001 : 2013 and this standard has been prepared to provide requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system. The objective of this research is to measure the level of information security based on standard ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 and modeling systems for information security management. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach, data collection and validation techniques with tringulasi (interview, observation and documentation). Data was analyzed using gap analysis and to measure the level of maturity this research uses SSE-CMM (Systems Security Engineering Capability Maturity Model). Based on the research results, Maturity level clause Information Security Policy reaches level 1 (Performed-Informally), clause Asset Management reaches level 3 (Well-Defined), clause Access Control reaches level 3 (Well-Defined), clause Physical and Environmental Security reaches level 3 (Well-Defined), clause Operational Security reaches level 3 (Well-Defined), Communication Security clause reaches the level 2 (Planned and Tracked). Based on the results of maturity level discovery of some weakness in asset management in implementing the policy. Therefore, the modeling system using the flow map and CD / DFD focused on Asset Management System.

Abstract

Based on statistical data, it is known that Android is the most popular smartphone with the largest number of users in the world, which is about 1.8 billion users. The high number of users also invite the many cases of information security and privacy caused by the lack of awareness of the user such as : spam, spoofing/phising, network incident, malware, uploading something personal data such as photos, phone numbers, addresses or having no antivirus. This study aims to find out about the awareness of the security of information and privacy of Android smartphone users by doing measurement of problem. The awareness has  some dimensions such as attitude, knowledge and behavior with the seven focus areas of information security namely trust in app repository, misconception about app testing, security and agreement message, pirated application, adoption Security control, spam sms and report of security incidents and three focus areas of privacy are perceived surveillance, perceived intrusion, secondary use of information. This research uses analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to measure the level of awareness of information security and privacy of smartphone users. Overall, the results of the research show that information security has an average level of awareness (71%) but the focus area of report for security incidents has a poor level of awareness (37%) this occur because users prefer to solve their own information security issues experienced and privacy has an average level of awareness (76%). However, for secondary use of information in attitude dimension has low awareness level (66%). Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that smartphone users in Indonesia have a poor awareness level in maintaining security and privacy of their information.

Abstract

The more competition the e-commerce company and the development of technology company in Indonesia, website of Zalora Indonesia traffic rank declining. Measuring the quality of website by using WebQual 4.0 will help manage the web to be able to adjust the quality of the web with user perception.  The research aims to make design of Data Flow Diagram model to measure website quality using WebQual 4.0 based on user satisfaction variable. A case study was conducted on the Zalora Indonesia website. Data Flow model is used to make design of system model recommendation, while WebQual 4.0 method is used to measure website quality to user satisfaction. The research data using primary data in the form of questionnaires involving 384 respondents in the city of Bandung who had transacted on the website Zalora Indonesia. Data analysis technique applies descriptive analysis. Based on the research result on the quality of the website Zalora Indonesia, simultaneous positive and significant impact on user satisfaction Zalora Indonesia website. t test result showed that three variables partially have a posotive impact on user satisfaction Zalora Indonesia website is usability quality, information quality and service interaction quality, with Information quality variable has largest impact. Therefore, the modeling system using the Context Diagram-Data Flow Diagram focused on information quality variable.

Abstract

Indonesia’s coal mining industry has been decreased since the last five years and causing the financial performance of companies in the industry to deteriorate. The aim of this paper is to analyze the bankruptcy prediction on coal mining sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2012 – 2016 using data mining prediction method that is artificial neural network model with three financial ratios as an input parameter. The financial ratios used are shareholder’s equity ratio, current ratio and return on assets. The results indicate that these ratios are very suitable to be used as an input parameter because it shows a quite significant difference in calculation results between bankrupted and non-bankrupted companies.The ANN training model used in the prediction process in this study resulted in the best training performance with the model architecture of 15 neurons on input layer and one hidden layer with 30 neurons in it. The training model produces training performance with the lowest MSE of 0,000000313 and the highest R of 99,9%. Bankruptcy prediction result using ANN showed that 7 (seven) coal mining sector companies are predicted to be bankrupt

Abstract

Website pada internet tidak hanya digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi saja, melainkan dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk melakukan bisnis, oleh karena itu untuk menambah minat pengguna internet dalam mengakses dan membaca isi website, website harus bisa disajikan dengan menarik dan informatif. Pada proses analisis kualitas website terhadap kepuasan pengguna kali ini dilakukan pada website Coredinate Laboratory Indonesia karena setelah dilakukan proses elisitasi dengan metode wawancara ditemukan banyak kekurangan dalam sisi Usability. Usability sendiri dinilai penting untuk mengukur kualitas kelayakan sistem. Analisis kualitas dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang sekiranya dapat meningkatkan kualitas website Cordinatelab sehingga dapat mengukur kepuasan pengguna. Untuk melakukan analisis kepuasan pengguna terhadap kualitas website Coredinatelab, digunakan metode Webqual 4.0 dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dikarenakan Webqual lebih berfokus pada kualitas website dan AHP digunakan untuk menyusun rekomendasi prioritas pada tiap kriteria yang nantinya akan menjadi patokan perbaikan website. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan website, dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner kedua terhadap responden yang sama untuk perbandingan antar website saat ini dan website perbaikan dan didapatkan nilai tertinggi dengan pernyataan “Setuju” pada dimensi Usability, Information Quality, dan Interaction Quality. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pengunjung dinilai puas dengan perbaikan website yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Salah satu UMKM yang paling terkenal dari Bandung adalah UMKM yang bergerak di bidang sandang atau industri pakaian termasuk UMKM Clothing Line. Namun berkembangnya UMKM di Indonesia akan menimbulkan dampak tersendiri salah satunya dengan bertambah banyaknya pelaku usaha tentu akan berpengaruh pada persaingan dalam bisnis terutama pada bisnis yang sejenis. Untuk menambah daya saing mereka, terdapat suatu sistem rantai pasok elektronik atau e-SCM, namun belum semua pelaku usaha bisa menerima teknologi baru tersebut. Oleh Karena itu dilakukan penelitian tentang kesiapan UMKM mengadopsi e-SCM menggunakan Techonlogy acceptance model (TAM) (Studi pada Clothing Line lokal Bandung) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan UMKM Clothing Line dalam menerima teknologi e-SCM menggunakan TAM. Selain itu penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel Technology Acceptance Model dan memberikan rekomendasi berupa rancangan proses rantai pasok dalam bentuk data flow diagram. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deksriptif dengan partisipasi dari 50 responden dengan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan Partial Least Square (PLS). Variabel yang diteliti adalah ease of use, attitude toward using, precieved of usefulness dan behavior intention to use. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kesiapan UMKM Clothing Line di Bandung dalam mengadopsi e-SCM berada dalam kategori baik dilihat dari ke empat variabel penelitian yang semuanya memiliki skor yang berada dalam kategori ”baik” pada garis kontinuum. Selain itu berdasrkan hasil bootstraping diketahui bahwa terdapat tiga hubungan siginifikan positif yaitu perceived ease of use terhadap perceived of usefulnes, Perceived ease of use terhadap attitude toward using dan perceived of usefulness terhadap intention to use. Sementara itu terdapat dua hubungan yang tidak positif yaitu Perceived of usefullness terhadap attitude toward using dan Attitude toward using terhadap behavioral intention to use. Rekomendasi model proses rantai pasok dibuat dalam bentuk sebuah data flow diagram. Dalam rekomendasi Context Diagram/ Data Flow Diagram yang terdapat lima entitas dan empat data store.

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu marketplace terbesar di Indonesia sebagai penyedia layanan transaksi jual beli secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis sistem manajemen keamanan informasi yang diterapkan oleh PT. XYZ dalam ruang lingkup transaksi antara pelapak dan pelanggan menggunakan ISO/IEC 27001:2013 serta memberikan rekomendasi alur sistem manajemen keamanan informasi yang perlu diperbaiki. Perancangan model rekomendasi alur sistem manajemen keamanan informasi dijabarkan dengan menggunakan Data Flow Diagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data triangulasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa perusahaan tidak memenuhi kontrol ISO 27001:2013 pada kontrol Kriptografi (A.10). Selain itu perusahaan tidak memenuhi kontrol Organisasi Keamanan informasi (A.6) sebesar 21.4% dan Akusisi, Pengembangan, dan Peningkatan Sistem (A.14) sebesar 7.7%. Nilai Compliant terbesar yang dimiliki oleh sistem manajemen keamanan informasi perusahaan terdapat pada kontrol Keamanan Komunikasi (A.13) dan Aspek Keamanan Informasi pada Manajemen Keberlangsungan Bisnis (A.17) yaitu masing-masing memiliki nilai sebesar 100%. Dalam kontrol Kebijakan Keamanan Informasi (A.5), pemenuhan sistem keamanan informasi yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan hanya 50%. Pada kontrol Keamanan Sumber Daya Manusia (A.7) tingkat Compliant perusahaan terhadap persyaratan ISO 27001:2013 adalah sebesar 91.7% dan nilai Partially Compliant sebesar 8.3%. Pada kontrol Kontrol Akses (A.9) tingkat Compliant perusahaan terhadap persyaratan ISO 27001:2013 adalah sebesar 92.9% dan nilai Partially Compliant sebesar 7.1%. Rekomendasi Data Flow Diagram dibuat berdasarkan validasi hasil maturity level pada klausul A.10 yang memiliki nilai paling rendah, yaitu bernilai 1. Sehingga pemodelannya terdiri dari tiga entitas yaitu: Pemilik Akun, Database Engineer, dan DPPED. Selain itu, terdapat empat data store yaitu: Kebijakan Penggunaan Kendali Kriptografi, Manajemen Kunci, Data Center, dan Dashboard Big Data Platform. Proses tersebut dirinci hingga level 2 yang terfokus pada proses enkripsi.

Abstract

E-commerce is the result of information and communication technology that helps companies and consumers exchange information. However, there are still many companies in Indonesia that have not used e-commerce in their business activities, one of which is TB.Purnama. This company has weaknesses in the current business model, namely: the sales process is carried out conventionally, promotion through word-of-mouth, lack of attention to stock management, and limited marketing reach. This study aims to make a business model improvement plan based on the SWOT analysis results to create a building material sales prototype, which is designed using UML modeling. This modeling produces a Use Case Diagram with a series of the same number. It is consistent with 12 diagrams in Use Case Scenarios, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams, including Payment Confirmation, Payment Verification, and Sales Data Recap. Besides, this UML also produces a Class Diagram called TB. Purnama E-Commerce System which consists of 7 classes, including Consumers, Products, and Payments. The validity and reliability test results of this floating system use Gwet's AC1 calculation, with a value of 0.75125, which is included in the type of agreement proportion "substantial." The proportion of the agreement shows that the recommendations for improving the business model and the prototype for the website user interface are good so that the recommended business model can be applied to its business activities.
