This research aimed to do interpret the marking which flange social criticism and know laboring ideology in story of Comic Strip Pak Bei. Research based on theory of structural semiotic according to Ferdinand De Saussure. Using analysis of Syntagmatic as first level of meaning to the text network and also picture, and analysis of Paradigmatic as second level of meaning or implicit meaning (connota-tion, myth, ideology) Analysis done to six Comic choice edition of Strip Pak Bei period of November 2004 - Februari 2005 which tend to flange social criticism. At band of syntagmatic, result of research indicate that story theme lifted from social problems that happened in major society. The fact clear progressively when connected by Intertextual with information and texts which have preexisted. At band of Paradigmatic, social criticism tend to emerge dimly, is not transparent. Because of Comic Strip Pak Bei expand in the middle of Java cultural domination that developing myth of criticize as action menacing compatibility and orderliness of society. Story of Comic Strip Pak Bei also confirm dominant ideology in Java society culture, namely ideology of Patriarkhi and Feudalism which still go into effect until now. This prove ideology idea according to Louis Althusser which not again opposition between class, but have been owned and practiced by all social class.

The objectives to be achieved in this study is to know influence of remuneration to POLRI officer performance in Police Resort of Tebo. Quantitative descriptive research survey approach. Respondents as many as 33 Polices officer at Detective and Crime Unit of Kepolisian Resort Tebo. In this research uses the sample withdrawal Total Sampling. The results showed: (1) t test > t table as number as 9.272 > 2.040, and H0 rejected and H1 be accepted. Itâ€™s mean Remuneration variable has influence to performance of Police Officer at at Detective and Crime Unit of Kepolisin Resort Tebo. Data Analysis use simple correlation model resulted cooficient determinant (R2) 0,735 or 73, 5%. To show ability of independent variable (remunation) explained dependent variable (performance). while 22,5 % influent by others variable.

The purpose of this research was to determine: (1) The Effect of Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision Kawasaki Motorcycle Consumers in Kabupaten Merangin . (2) The Effect of Price Perception on Purchasing Decision Kawasaki Motorcycle Consumers in Kabupaten Merangin. (3) The effect of Brand Trust and Price Perception on Purchasing Decision Kawasaki Motorcycle Consumers in Kabupaten Merangin. The method in this study uses quantitative methods. The data collection method uses questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis, data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression line analysis, and multiple determinant coefficient (R2). The results showed that: (1) There was a significant effect of Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision Kawasaki Motorcycle Consumers in Kabupaten Merangin. (2) There is a significant effect of Price Perception on Purchasing Decision Kawasaki Motorcycle Consumers in Kabupaten Merangin. (3)There is a significant effect of Brand Trust and Price Perception on Purchasing Decision Kawasaki Motorcycle Consumers in Kabupaten Merangin. The result of (R²) poin 0,679 show that Independent variables can explain 67,9% purchasing decision and remaining 32,1% influence by other variable out of this research.

The background of this research was the large number of TOGA PKK in Cadika subdistrict which were not still maintained, destroyed, and neglected. The realization of the TOGA PKK program was a form of concern for basic health assistance in the community by utilizing toga in the used of traditional medicines and the used of spices as ingredients for cooking ingredients which were still needed today. The aim of this research was to analyze the impact evaluation of the Toga PKK cultivation garden program in Cadika Village. The method used in this research was descriptive with a qualitative approach. The population in this study were Cadika Village officials, the Cadika Village PKK driving team, Dasawisma groups and the community. The total of analysis unit in this research were 15 people with the sampling technique was purposive sampling. The results of this research showed that the individual impact lead to positive things in facilitating the used of herbs and spices and even kitchen ingredients, gave a beautiful impression on the environment, Toga was used as opportunities for distributing herbal medicine but the cost and skills were limited. The organizational impact was that the TP PKK work program was hampered due to the non-achievement of the program's objectives whichwere part of the organization's work program. Meanwhile, the impact on the community, namely the community felt the impact of the PKK gown, made it easier for family members to obtain ingredients for the kitchen, basic assistance for minor illnesses suffered by family members and to beautify residents' yards with Toga plants. The impact of the social system tends to be in the interactions carried out by the community, the low motivation of the community in using the Toga was due to the lack of education about the use of the Toga cultivation garden which should be carried out by the TP PKK.

The Office of Cooperatives, SMEs, Industry, and Trade of Bungo Regency strives to improve employee performance with influencing factors work culture, mediated by leadership. In this study, there are 33 samples using purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses the SmartPLS 4.0 program. The results of this study show that Organizational Culture significantly influences Leadership, Work Culture significantly influences Employee Performance, and Leadership significantly influences Employee Performance. Indirectly, Leadership is able to mediate the influence of Work Culture on Employee Performance in the Cooperatives, SMEs, Industry, and Trade Office of Bungo Regency.

This research aims to examine the Effectiveness of the Sharia Arbitration Board in Consumer Disputes based on the DSN-MUI Fatwa regarding Online Shops. Considering the tendency of consumers to resolve consumer disputes through out-of-court channels (Non Litigasi). Using a qualitative descriptive method, this research examines related journals, compares research findings, and analyzes relevant regulations and fatwas. The research results indicate that there are still weaknesses in the Sharia Arbitration Board in resolving consumer disputes, including: the dispute resolution process requiring the agreement of both parties, the weak legal force of the decisions, limited legality, limited infrastructure that does not reach all of Indonesia, the need for reliable human resources for Sharia arbiters who understand online business issues, and the acceptance and legitimacy from the wider community

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership on Job Satisfaction Mediated by Work Engagement of Civil Servants in the Cooperative, SMEs, Industry, and Trade Office of Bungo Regency. This research using Explanatory study method by conducting quantitative data analysis on 33 respondents and data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0. Result of this study show that Transformational Leadership positively influences Job Satisfaction, and Transformational Leadership influences Employee Work Engagement. Meanwhile, indirectly, Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction mediated by the Work Engagement of Civil Servants in the Cooperatives, SMEs, Industry, and Trade Office of Bungo Regency.

This research aims to measure the level of public satisfaction with services at the UPTB SAMSAT in Merangin Regency based on the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017. The type of research used is Descriptive with a quantitative data analysis approach. The sample consists of the community members who made vehicle tax payments at the UPTB Samsat Office in Merangin Regency from January to March 2025, totaling 100 people using the incidental sampling technique. The results of the research on the Level of Community Satisfaction with the Services of the UPTB Samsat Office in Merangin Regency have been conducted well, where the community satisfaction index was obtained from 9 indicators with an Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat ( conversion value = Σ Weighted NRR × 20 Public Satisfaction Index (PSI) Conversion Value = 4.082 × 20 = 81.64) service quality "B," which means "Good." Based on the indicators of public satisfaction with SAMSAT services, the indicator with the highest public satisfaction index (PSI) is the Behavior of the Staff = 4.21 with a conversion value of 84.2, categorized as "A" Very Good. Meanwhile, the indicator with the lowest value is the Completion Time = 4 with a conversion value of 80, categorized as "B" Good.

So far, people as users of goods and services often suffer losses both physically, morally and materially. Caused by the actions of Business Actors (PU) who commit fraud (fraud). The presence of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) is a fruit of reform with the birth of Law No. 8 of 199 concerning Consumer Protection (UUPK). BPSK is the institution for resolving disputes about consumer demands on their rights. Another obstacle that often occurs is the low public awareness of choosing products that are categorized as authentic / original halal by competent parties such as the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). We know that Islamic religion encourages people to use halal products and stay away from non-halal products which has been stated in Law No. 33 of 2014 concerning Guaranteed Halal Products. Then in the era of free trade, technical regulations relating to the circulation of goods and / or services imposed by a country must refer to and meet international standards. By meeting standards, local products are expected to be able to penetrate foreign markets with a higher level of competitiveness. In addition, the fulfillment of standards can also benefit consumers in terms of quality, competitive price of goods, and security of the use of goods that have met the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). The purpose of this Community Service is to provide understanding to the people of Bungo District, especially among the younger generation (students / students) so that in the future be smart consumers in the face of increasing consumerism turmoil and invasion of foreign products in the world free market era and ASEAN economic community (MEA).
