Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Badan Pengelola Pajak Dan Retribusi Daerah (BPPRD) Kabupaten Bungo secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian ini bersifat Deskriptif Kuantitatif karena menggunakan data yang memerlukan perhitungan dan menggunakan Analisa Kualitatif untuk mendiskripsikan data-data yang sudah diperoleh sehingga akan lebih jelas data tersebut. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 40 orang, yang merupakan Aparatur Sipil Negara Badan Pengelola Pajak Dan Retribusi Daerah Kabupaten Bungo.Hasil penelitian ini, variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) Motivasi Kerja (X1) didapatkan nilai thitung (7,570) > ttabel (2,026), dan Beban Kerja (X2) didapatkan nilai thitung (2.943) > ttabel (2,026), sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja. Hasil uji secara bersama-sama variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan variabel Beban Kerja (X2) nilai Fhitung adalah 33.177 lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 3.25. Sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya kedua variabel independent berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel dependent. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,642 atau 64,2%. Dimana variabel terikat (Y) dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel bebas sebesar 64,2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 38,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Fenomena dunia bisnis modern era disrupsi saat ini semakin cepat berubah dengan masifnya perkembangan teknologi. Hal ini tentu memilih kebaikan sekaligus kelemahan yang mendasar, diantaranya resiko penipuan dan kebocoran data. Bagi umat Islam di Indonesia khususnya, juga ditambah dengan pilihan yang sulit tentang kriteria produk halal, klausul baku penjualan yang tidak adil dan atau transaksi keuangan yang mengandung unsur riba. Bertitik tolak dari kondisi ini, peneliti menyoroti peran itjihad hukum Islam Kontemporer menjawab tantangan di bisnis era disrupsi. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitif yuridis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bisnis era disrupsi berkaitan erat dengan perspektif Maqashid Syariʻah (prinsip ushul fiqh menjaga manusia dari kemudharatan) yaitu hifz al-mal (memelihara harta). Dalam hal hukum Islam kontemporer, sejalan dengan penerapan hukum progresif untuk kemaslahatan umat dari hukum yang tidak mampu melayani kondisi yang cepat berubah, seperti halnya seperti UU ITE dan UU OJK Yang belum fokus mengatur regulasi transaksi bisnis digital. Peran Dewan Syariah Nasional-Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI) mutlak diperlukan untuk melindungi kepentingan umat Islam sebagai konsumen terbesar dengan penerapan konsep hukum progresif sebagai bagian Itjihad melalui Fatwa DSN-MUI, bagi pihak terkait dalam transaksi bisnis digital. Pada akhirnya nanti diharapkan bisa menjadi cikal-bakal terbentuknya Undang-Undang Bisnis Digital Syariah.

Abstract

This research purpose is to analyze the effect of employee recruitment and placement on employee work productivity at PT Agro Wijaya Industri (AWI) Koto Rayo Village, Tabir District, Merangin Regency. Research used quantitative method. The research population is employees of PT Agro Wijaya Industri (AWI) and then,  research sample was 59 peoples of factory employees.. Result of the research showed that the Recruitment Variable (X1) obtained a value of t-count (2.701) t-table (2.003) and the Employee Placement Variable (X2) obtained a value of t-count (4.114) t-table (2.003), a simultaneous test obtained a value of F-count of 32.435 greater than F-table of 3,160. So it can be concluded that the recruitment (X1) and employee placement (X2) variables partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity (Y) of PT employees. Agro Wijaya Industri, Merangin Regency. Based on the Summary Model output above, it can be seen that the R Square value is 0.537 or 53.7%. Where the dependent variable (Y) can be explained by the two independent variables at 53.7%, while the remaining 46.3% is influenced by other dimensions outside the research

Abstract

In the business world, we are known as Street Vendors (PKL). Street vendors, of course, need capital, but working capital funds are very limited, so there is a possibility of borrowing funds using a payment system that contains usury or better known as loan sharks. In relation to the above, the term productive zakat emerged so that it can provide long-term impact and beneficial value to the zakat mustahiq, including street vendors.). Using qualitative methods with an analytical descriptive approach. The collection technique in this research is literature study, this is done by collecting relevant or appropriate data needed for research. The target of this research is the existence of contemporary Sharia Economic Law and its relevance in Indonesia. The results of the study show a synergistic zakat management model, involving several institutions in empowering mustahiq street vendors. Integrative and collaborative steps of the Adaptation, Goal Attainment, Integration and Latency (AGIL) model. In the corridor of synergy between BAZNAS and the Ministry Of Social Affairs, Ministry Of Trade, Ministry Of Education And Cultural, Ministry Of Cooperative Small Micro anda Medium Enterprise, The Universities and Islamic Youth Organizations which support the synergy of empowering mustahiq street vendors. This model of synergy between institutions in managing zakat can form a mustahiq who can be self-empowered and change his fate out of poverty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance, moderated by the Work Environment, at the Bungo District Cooperative, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry, and Trade Office. Using an Associative research method and Quantitative analysis with Smart PLS 4.0 statistics on 34 research respondents. The research results directly show that Organizational Culture (X) and Work Environment (Z) significantly influence Employee Performance (Y). However, indirectly, the Work Environment (Z) is unable to moderate or weaken the influence of Organizational Culture (X) on Employee Performance (Y). The conclusion of the study is that paying attention to a conducive work environment will impact maximum work performance.
