Abstract

ABSTRAK : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan gerakdasar pada siswa-siswi kelas V di SD Negeri 7 Sungai Kakap Kabupaten KubuRaya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif yang melibatkan satuvariabel yaitu kemampuan gerak dasar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalahsiswa-siswi kelas V di SD Negeri 7 Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya yangberjumlah 30 siswa, pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling,dengan jumlah 30 siswa. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan survei tes langsung,yaitu tes dengan kisi-kisi instrumen pengukuran kemampuan gerak dasar. Analisisdata menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkankemampuan gerak dasar kategori cukup dimana : (1) Kemampuan Tes LemparTangkap Bola Jarak 1 Meter ke tembok rata-rata sebesar 53,33%. (2)Kemampuan Tes Lari Cepat 30 Meter dalam kelompok baik dengan rata-ratasebesar 43,33%. (3) Kemampuan Tes standing long jump tergolong dalamkelompok baik dengan rata-rata sebesar 53,33%. (4) Kemampuan Keseimbangan(tes stork stand) tergolong dalam kelompok baik dengan rata-rata sebesar 43,33%.(5) Kemampuan Tes Kelincahan tergolong dalam kelompok baik dengan rata-ratasebesar 40%.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Gerak Dasar.ABSTRACT : The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of the basicmotion on the students of class V at 7 River Elementary School snapper KubuRaya district. The study was conducted with descriptive methods involving onevariable, namely the basic motion capabilities. The population in this study werestudents of class V at 7 River Elementary School snapper Kubu Raya district,amounting to 30 students, a total sampling using sampling methods, the number of30 students. This study uses a survey technique is a direct test, a test withmeasurement instruments lattice basic motor skills. Data analysis usingdescriptive percentages. The results of this study demonstrate basic motor skillsenough categories in which : ( 1 ) Ability Test Catch Ball Throw Distance 1 Meterto the wall by an average of 53.33 % . ( 2 ) Ability Test Meter Run Fast 30 in bothgroups with an average of 43.33 % . ( 3 ) The ability of the standing long jumptest is classified in both groups with an average of 53.33 % . ( 4 ) The ability tobalance ( stork stand test ) both belong to the group with an average of 43.33 % .( 5 ) Ability Tests Agility classified in either group with an average of 40 %.Keywords : Basic Motion Capability .

Abstract

Overburden stripping is a process of removing overburden to extract the underlying minerals, and is an activity in the early stages of mining. A company that carries out mining activities must carry out stripping activities. The purpose of this study is to analyse the quality of haul roads using the URCI and CBR methods, analyse the obstacles that occur to provide recommendations for improvement, and provide recommendations for the thickness of road layers for overburden haul roads. The research method used is a quantitative method. Road geometry consists of straight road width, bend road width, road slope, superelevation and also crossfall. Based on the test results with the help of dynamic cone penetrometer test, it is known that the CBR value of 6 test points obtained values of 67.5, 42, 59.25, 70.90, 50 and 60, where the limit of good condition of a road based on percent CBR is 55 so that there are 2 roads that are not in good condition. Based on observations using the URCI method with 7 parameters, a value of 65 was obtained for 2 observation locations. Based on the observation results, it is known that in the three rock samples that have been soaked in water for three days, it is known that the material contained in HEX4035 is a material that dissolves quickly in water, resulting in mud. Meanwhile, the material in the mining front of HEX4036 and HEX1440 does not dissolve quickly in water so that the material can be a material for road layers as high as 9 inches for sub base and 7 inches for surface course.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Tanjung Pasir Beach, Teluk Naga Sub-district, Tangerang Regency, Banten. The objective of this research was to analyze the sedimentary structures, describe lithology, and determine facies in a depositional environment. This facies interpretation can be as a reservoir analogue for subsurface interpretation in the Northwest Java Basin. The research data used include surface sand samples and core samples from Tanjung Pasir Beach. The facies interpretation shows that core at location 1 is dominated by carbonaceous shale with parallel lamination structures, indicating sedimentary of lagoon environment. In contrast, core at location 2 is predominantly composed of medium- to coarse-grained sandstone facies, representing a shoreface environment.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan perekonomian Pelabuhan Umum Anyer Banten yang meliputi Jakarta, Tangerang, Serang, Cilegon dan juga daerah Jawa Barat menunjukkan yang sangat pesat. Demikian juga dengan jumlah penduduknya yang cenderung mengalami peningkatan. Keadaan ini menyebabakan makin meningkatnya jumlah kunjungan kapal maupun arus bongkar muat barang di pelabuhan yang pada akhirnya berpengaruh terhadap besarnya penggunaan jasa pelabuhan.Pelabuhan Umum Anyer Banten dengan fasilitas sekarang ini sudah tidak mampu lagi menampung kebutuhan akan penggunaan pelabuhan. Sedangkan anggaran pembangunan parasarana perhubungan digunakan untuk membangun fasilitas pelabuhan terutama fasilitas dermaga. Seiring terjadinya pengusulan dermaga tidak disasri optimalisasi penggunaan fasilitas yang ada. Demikian perlu dilakukan penelitian optimalisasi guna menekan biaya riel dan mengetahui sedini mungkin kapan diperlukan penambahan fasilitas.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the arm muscle strength of rugby athletes in Banten. The method of measuring arm muscle strength involved using a gripper dynamometer. The research sample consisted of 30 rugby athletes who were actively training in Banten. Data were collected through the use of the gripper dynamometer to measure arm muscle strength and were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The research results revealed significant variations in arm muscle strength among the rugby athletes in the sample. These findings highlight the diversity in physical strength within the group and provide valuable insights for coaches. Such insights can inform the development of more tailored and effective training programs to enhance arm muscle strength and overall performance in rugby athletes. Additionally, the study underscores the importance of regular strength assessments to monitor progress and adjust training regimens accordingly.
