Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya latihan fisik di SSB Ogan Ilir yang disebabkan oleh belum memadainya sarana dan prasarana latihan sehingga diperlukan bentuk latihan yang mudah dilakukan tapi manfaatnya besar. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh latihan interval training istirahat aktif terhadap peningkatan daya tahan aerobik (VO2max) siswa SSB Ogan Ilir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakahada pengaruh latihan interval training istirahat aktif terhadap peningkatan daya tahan aerobik (VO2max) siswa SSB Ogan Ilir. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu latihan interval training istirahat aktif serta variabel tergantung yaitu peningkatan daya tahan aerobik (VO2max), diperoleh dari tes lari 2,4 Km. Populasi penelitianini berjumlah 32 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sistem ordinal pairing dengan diberikan tes awal (pretest), kemudian hasil pretest diranking dan dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu 16 orang untuk kelas eksperimen dan 16 orang untuk kelas kontrol. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen semu. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan melakukan lari 2,4 Km. Setelah itu data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji ?t?. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa thitung>ttabel atau thitung = 2,89 >ttabel (0,95) = 1,70 dengan taraf signifikan 5% (0,05) dengan dk = 30. Rata-rata pretest untuk kelompok eksperimen yaitu 13,22 dan setelah mendapat perlakuan rata-rata post test untuk kelompok eksperimen menjadi 13,06 atau naik sebesar 0,57%. Dengan demikian, hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa : ?Terdapat pengaruh latihan interval training istirahat aktif terhadap peningkatan daya tahan aerobik (VO2max) siswa SSB Ogan Ilir?, dapat diterima.Kata kunci : Latihaninterval training istirahat aktif, Daya tahan aerobik (VO2max)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the needs analysis of interactive-multimedia based learning model of single-handed style. This study is in Junior High School. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The process of collecting data used observation, interview, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of learning analysis can be described as follows: (a) the lack of student interest in learning single-handed moves due to the lack of initial knowledge about the single-handed style and at the beginning of learning the teacher only gives warming instructions. (b) In the core learning of the single-handed style, the students perform the movements exemplified by the teacher. (c) Evaluation / feedback has not been found when the learning process takes place related to the mistakes made by student movements. (d) At the end of the learning activities, students are only cool down without a thorough evaluation of the learning that has been done such as a description of the errors of movement. Theyare often done by students. (e) The absence of further explanation of the material that will be delivered by the teacher so that makes students confused when making movements at the next meeting. It can know from the percentage of students’ interesting, enthusiasm, and their agree of interactive multimedia learning. Besides that, the facilities of learning is most dominant using technology

Abstract

The This research is motivated by the lack of physical training in Ogan Ilir SSB due to inadequate training facilities and infrastructure so that an easy form of training is needed but the benefits are great. The problem in this study is is there any effect of active rest interval training exercises on increasing aerobic endurance (VO2max) of SSB Ogan Ilir students. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of active rest interval training exercises on increasing aerobic endurance (VO2max) of SSB Ogan Ilir students. The research variable consisted of independent variables, namely active interval training interval training and the dependent variable, namely increased aerobic endurance (VO2max), obtained from a 2.4 Km run test. The study population numbered 32 people. Sampling using the ordinal pairing system with a given initial test (pretest), then the results of the pretest were ranked and divided into two groups namely 16 people for the experimental class and 16 people for the control class. The research method uses quasi-experimental methods. The data collection technique is running 2.4 Km. After that the data is analyzed using the "t" test. The results showed that tcount> t table or t count = 2.89> t table (0.95) = 1.70 with a significant level of 5% (0.05) with dk = 30. The average pre-test for the experimental group was 13, 22 and after receiving treatment the average post-test for the experimental group became 13.06 or increased by 0.57%. Thus, the research hypothesis which states that: "There is an effect of active resting interval training exercises on increasing aerobic endurance (VO2max) of Ogan Ilir SSB students", is acceptable.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of cardboard box jumping exercises on squat-style long jump results in male students of SD Negeri 152 Palembang. The method in this study is pure experiment (experimental tru). Data obtained from test results were analyzed with data normality, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing using t test statistics. The results of data analysis and discussion can be concluded that: the average initial jump pretest squat style test in the experimental group students was 2.23, while the control group was 2.24 while the average final test (posttest) squat style long jump on the experimental group students were 2.51 while the control group was 2.27 and the results of testing the hypotheses obtained tcount> ttable or 17.5> 1.68 this meant that the hypothesis that there was an influence of the cardboard box jump training on the results of the long jump in class V male students The truth of Palembang 152 Public Elementary School is acceptable

Abstract

The aims of the study were to create interactive multimedia based model of single-handed style. It gave the variation of single-handed style in multimedia. The source of learning. The study used qualitative and quantitative using Research and Development method. The procedure of study is taken from Borg and Gall which consists of ten stages. The subject of this research is junior high school student. Data were collected through observation, documentation, interview and questionnaire. Data analysis was done qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of finding shows that interactive multimedia model of single-handed style has two forms. These are textbook and e-book. Textbooks can be used as a source of learning as well as other books in other courses. Digital or electronic forms of books, students can use via a laptop/computer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students’ perceptions about the use of multimedia learning based on (1) students’ perceptions of students’ teaching styles, (2) the use of technology in learning, (3) the usefulness of technology in learning, (4) the need for multimedia development. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The results of this study indicate that (1) students’ perceptions of learning styles obtained a value of 72.81%, with a good category (2) The use of interactive multimedia in learning 92.14%, very good (3) the usefulness of interactive multimedia in learning 89.64% very useful (4) The need for developing interactive multimedia is 92.50% with the category strongly agree. The results of this study indicate that the students’ perceptions of the development of the interactive multimedia-based single-handed single-handed learning model in the physical education study program at Pgri Palembang University are positive, for that it is necessary to develop a learning model for the basic techniques of interactive multimedia-based pencak silat

Abstract

Kebugaran jasmani adalah kemampuan fisik yang dimiliki oleh seseorang untuk melakukan aktivitas fisik tanpa harus mengalami kelelahan yang berarti. Seseorang yang memiliki kebugaran tubuh yang baik akan memiliki kemampuan menjalankan aktivitas sehari – hari dengan efektif karena memiliki cukup kebugaran sehingga mampu mendukung aktivitas inti dan juga aktivitas tambahan sehari – hari. Kegiatan PKM ini dapat memberikan 1) pengetahuan tentang kebugaran jasmani. 2) pemahaman tentang aktivitas jasmani melalui senam aerobik. 3) memahami manfaat senam. 4) mempraktekkan fase-fase dalam gerakan senam. Pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap pentingnya kebugaran jasmani melalui olahraga senam aerobik dapat memberikan rangsangan yang positif dalam kehidupan yang lebih sehat.

Abstract

This research uses quantitative methods. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the handball shooting skills training model to improve the shooting skills of novice athletes. The research design in this study was the one group control pretest-posttest. The research has been carried out in several handball sports clubs in Palembang, South Sumatera. Based on the results of the test of the effectiveness of the application of the handball shooting skills training model that has been carried out, the N-Gain Score test results obtained on the results of the shooting skills obtained by an average N-Gain Score for the experimental class of 86.88% with the "effective" category, the value N-Gain Score at least 68% and maximum N-Gain Score of 100%. Meanwhile, the average N-Gain Score for the control class is 25.63% with the "ineffective" category, the minimum N-Gain Score is 8.33% and the maximum N-Gain Score is 53.85%, so it can be concluded that the application of the development model is proven. Effective so as to improve the shooting skills of novice athletes. So thus from the results of this study it is recommended to teachers, coaches and novice athletes to be able to use the product training model that has been developed
