Abstract

Moral education in an era full of technological sophistication is needed so that life is not arbitrary. If the morals of youth, especially ummi students, do not have good morals, it is difficult for lecturers to create the next generation of Islamic culture. Religion and culture influence each other. Religion affects cultures, groups, communities, and ethnic groups. Culture tends to change which has implications for the authenticity of religion. The methodology of this research uses the distribution of questionnaires and filling out questionnaires aimed at students who have followed the Aqidah Morals course using a quantitative approach. The method used is descriptive associative method. This research uses descriptive because it is described based on the results of facts in the field. There are three variables, namely Y Islamic culture, XI course values, and X2 understanding. The Regression Model/Equation Y -2.404 + 1.005x₁ + 0964x₂ Y Culture X₁ Value X₂ Understanding With the regression model above, it is known if the value and understanding are constant (zero ) then the Islamic culture of students at UMMI will have a negative value, so that it can be concluded "Students' values and understanding of Aqidah Akhlak courses play an important role in building Islamic culture of students at UMMI." become a person's culture and habits. So that the culture of having good morals becomes a good culture, both for individuals as servants of God, or as social beings. Research can be a tip to build and create students to become students who have Islamic culture and have good morals.

Abstract

Salah satu langkah pemberdayaan perempuan yang dilakukan oleh dosen dalam menyampaikan ilmu yakni dengan memberikan pelatihan PKM yang berkesinambungan. Upaya ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pengetahuan baru pada mahasiswa melalui proses pengabdian masyarakat. Kegiatan praktik pelatihan pemulasaraan jenazah dipilih sebagai bekal untuk bisa memberikan pengalaman baik mahasiswa di hadapan masyarakat yang lebih kompleks. Hal ini menjadi salah satu latar belakang pelatihan agar masyarakat dan mahasiswa bisa bergandengan tangan memenuhi hak jenazah sebagai umat islam. Dengan menggunakan metode praktik dan pemberian materi tentang pemulasaraan jenazah, diharapkan mereka bisa terjun dalam masyarakat lebih baik. Hasil praktik dan pelatihan tersebut akan memberikan pengetahuan baru kepada peserta pelatihan perempuan sehingga akan bisa diterapkan secara lebih luas ketika mereka kembali ke lingkungan masing-masing. Metode pelatihan secara partisipatif dua arah, teknik penjelasan materi dan ptaktik langsung peserta di laboratorium Agribisnis yang dibagi kedalam tiga kelompok praktik keterampilan. Pelatihan ini memberikan hasil yang baik dari segi pengetahuan dan keterampilan, penilaian terhadap narasumber dan pelayanan saat pelatihan hampir seluruhnya ada diatas 95% bahwa upaya pelatihan pemulasaraan jenazah ini dapat memberikan impact positif untuk para peserta yang mengikutinya. Sebagian besar peserta berharap dapat selalu diikutsertakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan dapat membentuk tim pemulasaran jenazah di lingkungan tempat tinggalnya. Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to empower the women cadres of Aisyiyah in the Gegerbitung branch of Sukabumi Regency through Qaryah Thayyibah training, focusing on enhancing their knowledge, skills, and economic welfare. Methodology: The research employed Participatory Action Research (PAR) methodology involving planning, action, and reflection phases. Data collection instruments included pretest and posttest evaluations, direct observation, and participatory discussions. The study also utilized training sessions, mentoring, and community engagement as part of the intervention. Results: The findings indicate a significant increase in participants’ knowledge and skills across health, education, religion, social, and economic domains. The mentoring program successfully enhanced the independence of participants in managing family economic enterprises such as banana and cassava chips production. Conclusions: The implementation of PAR-based training and mentoring effectively improved the capacity and welfare of Aisyiyah women cadres, fostering a self-reliant and prosperous community in the Gegerbitung area. Limitations: The study was limited by its focus on a single community branch and a relatively short mentoring period, which may affect the generalizability and long-term impact assessment. Contribution: This research contributes to community development, women empowerment, and participatory methodologies in social and economic welfare enhancement within Islamic community organizations.

Abstract

This research offers a new, holistic, and multidisciplinary perspective on Islamic Religious Education by combining spiritual and psychological paradigms. The study adopts a literature review method, which involves several stages: identifying sources, selecting and filtering relevant literature, collecting information, and analyzing and synthesizing data. The findings show that effective Islamic Religious Education should integrate the spiritual, emotional, and cognitive aspects of learners. By considering students’ psychology, interests, motivations, and talents, religious education can serve as a powerful tool for building mental and spiritual well-being. Educators, as spiritual guides, play a vital role in creating meaningful connections between religious teachings and students’ daily lives. Students with spiritual awareness and a positive attitude are believed to experience beneficial effects on other aspects of their personal lives. The implications of these findings suggest that when students’ psychological development, interests, motivations, and talents are balanced with spirituality, spiritual and mental harmony can become a source of happiness, serenity, and life’s meaning.
