Abstract

Green open space is one of the most important land uses, especially in densely populated urban areas. Public Green Open Land in each area regulated in Law No. 1 of 2007 is at least 20%. Based on data from the Department of Creative Works, Land and Spatial Planning as well as the Environment Agency of DKI Jakarta, West Jakarta's Green open space asset area is 277.45 Ha of the total area of West Jakarta, which is 12543 Ha. There is a need for a study to determine the potential land for green open space in West Jakarta to catch up on the fulfillment of public green open space based on spatial and regional analysis. One of the GIS-based methods that can be used to determine potential green open space is the decision tree method. This method uses AHP analysis in its formulation based on experts in the relevant agencies. In total there are 8 parameters that influence in determining potential green open space in West Jakarta, namely flood risk, air quality, population, distance to roads, distance to water sources, building density and distance to green open space assets. The modeling results are divided into five classes ranging from very priority to not priority. The total area of land that is much prioritized to be used as green open space is 95.57 hectares spread out. The modeling results show that there are still potential lands to be used as green open spaces in West Jakarta.

Abstract

Sebagai respon terhadap pandemi COVID-19, pemerintah DKI Jakarta memberlakukan sebuah pembatasan sosial. Sebelum adanya pandemi perjalanan orang di DKI Jakarta sangat masif. Namun, semenjak adanya pembatasan sosial telah merubah perjalanan orang di perkotaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi frekuensi dan jarak perjalanan orang sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19 di DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yang didapatkan dari hasil survei kuesioner dan studi literatur. Sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode distribusi frekuensi dan uji wilcoxon signed rank test untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya perubahan frekuensi dan jarak perjalanan orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama pandemi penurunan frekuensi perjalanan orang paling banyak terjadi pada tujuan ke tempat retail (61%), taman (71%), dan stasiun transit (47%). Kemudian, kisaran jarak tempuh perjalanan orang selama pandemi khususnya perjalanan ke tempat retail, toko kelontong dan farmasi mayoritas didominasi pada jarak 0-5 km, sedangkan ke tempat kerja 6-20 km.

Abstract

A sense of place represents an individual's perception of belonging to a place, both emotionally and socially. A commercial area such as Senopati Street of Kebayoran Baru in South Jakarta has its own character and vibe. It is known as the most popular commercial neighbourhood that has been well-visited by surrounding communities of Jakarta and far beyond. This study aims to identify the public's perspectives regarding the sense of place they feel when they visit Senopati streets. It implements a qualitative descriptive method aided by using a Likert scale computation. Study results reveal that the social and physical natures of Senopati Street have their own uniqueness, composed by the nature of its physical structures/buildings, environments, and social interactions amongst members of the surrounding communities. This research will be a reference to other studies that take commercial areas as case studies and discusses a sense of place in an urban context as their research focus. Kawasan komersial misalnya juga memiliki suasana atau rasa tersendiri jika kita berkunjung ke tempatnya. Seperti halnya kawasan komersial Jalan Senopati, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan memiliki karakternya sendiri. Kawasan ini dikenal sebagai lingkungan komersial paling popular yang dikunjungi oleh masyarakat yang tinggal di dalam dan luar Jakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi sense of place di Jalan Senopati menurut persepsi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang dibantu oleh perhitungan skala Likert. Hasil studi menunjukan bahwa kondisi sosial dan alam dari Kawasan Jalan Senopati memiliki keunikan tersendiri, yang dibangun oleh eksistensi struktur fisik/bangunan, dan interaksi sosial antar komunitas yang tinggal di sekitarnya. Penelitian ini akan menjadi acuan bagi studi lainnya yang menjadikan kawasan komersial sebagai studi kasus dan mengambil sense of place pada konteks kehidupan perkotaan sebagai fokus diskusi. Abstract

Water security is a very important aspect in the development of a region, because water is a primary need for humans. The aspect of water security is an important prerequisite in regional development. West Java Province as a national food barn has experienced quite rapid regional development. Concept to make a good water security is needed for the province. This study aims to identify existing water resource infrastructure in West Java province which is then linked to water security in West Java province. The results of this study identified that currently the condition of water resistance in West Java Province is in an unfavorable condition, especially at certain times. Based on the results of the GAP analysis, it shows that West Java Province is experiencing a water shortage, while the current infrastructure has not been able to function optimally to accommodate water. Even though the potential for river areas in West Java province is very abundant. In terms of quantity, water resistance in West Java province is actually quite good, but in some parts of the watersheds in West Java province there are some waters that are of poor quality, thereby reducing the availability of clean water for West Java province. The suggestions that can be made based on this research are adding water reservoirs and then maximizing the potential of the existing reservoirs, then ensuring the flow of water that is accommodated reaches residential areas with good quality.

Abstract

The effect of high population density is the reduction of green space areas, which enhances the risk of climate change impact. Green space has multifunction roles in ecology, social and economics. The provision of green space can reduce heat and pollution, improve water management and support health and well-being, essentially in densely urban areas. This study aims to identify the availability of green space areas considering the vegetation density and their implication for land surface temperature in South Jakarta. A remote sensing approach is deployed with the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) to analyze the green space areas and LST to identify the temperature of each district. The result shows that the majority of the district in South Jakarta has increased the number of green space areas. While the surface temperature in the neighbourhood, with growing green space areas, has the lowest temperature in 2021, Setiabudi District. On the other hand, Tebet District experienced the highest land surface temperature in 2021, around 29,6oC, which dedicated only 3.54 Km2 of green spaces, the smallest area amongst districts in South Jakarta.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan penggunaan drone dalam kegiatan survei pemetaan wilayah kepada mahasiswa teknik Universitas Esa Unggul. Tujuan dari PKM ini agar mahasiswa dapat mengenal penggunaan drone untuk kegiatan survei pemetaan wilayah. Metode pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah pemberian materi terdiri dari pengenalan, cara penggunaan drone, dan proses pengambilan data. Hasil evaluasi dari PKM ini adalah dengan penyebaran kuesioner untuk mengetahui tanggapan peserta atas pemaparan materi. Data kuesioner menunjukkan peserta mahasiswa yang sudah mengenal terkait drone dengan porsentase sebesar 93%, proses atau cara pengambilan data drone sebesar 82%, dan jenis-jenis survei pemetaan wilayah 93%. Rata-rata porsentase dari ketiga pertanyaan sudah mencapai 89% jawaban benar dan 11% jawaban salah. Kemudian pertanyaan terakhir yaitu terkait manfaat yangmana peserta seluruhnya merasakan manfaat dari sosialisasi ini dan minat peserta tertarik untuk dapat mendalami lebih lanjut penggunaan drone menghasilkan seluruh peserta berminat untuk mendalami penggunaan drone. Dengan demikian, kegiatan sosialisasi sebagai kewajiban Tri Dharma dosen dapat dikatakan sudah berjalan secara efektif.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk yang tinggi dengan padatnya bangunan di perkotaan, disertai dengan kurangnya RTH menyebabkan kenaikan suhu permukaan di perkotaan. Jakarta Timur merupakan Kota Jakarta Timur, salah satu kota dengan pertumbuhan penduduk di tertinggi dalam satu dekade terakhir, sehingga mengalami perubahan penggunaan lahan dengan meningkatnya kepadatan bangunan dan berkurangnya RTH di perkotaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menganalisis bagaimana persebaran RTH dan kondisi kepadatan bangunan serta hubungannya dengan intensitas suhu permukaan tanah di Jakarta Timur. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari pengolahan citra Landsat 8 dengan algoritma NDBI (Normalized Difference Built-up Index), NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index), dan LST (Land Surface Temperature). Analisis korelasi dan regresi dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara NDBI, NDVI dan LST. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komposisi Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) di Jakarta Timur mencakup 58% vegetasi rendah, 22% vegetasi sedang, dan 19% vegetasi tinggi, dengan sebaran RTH yang lebih signifikan di daerah peri-urban. Sedangkan untuk kepadatan bangunan menunjukkan  kepadatan rendah 8%, kepadatan sedang 51% dan kepadatan tinggi 16%. Ditinjau dari penggunaan lahannya didominasi sebagai hunian, dengan rata – rata kepadatan bangunan dalam klasifikasi sedang. Suhu permukaan tanah rata-rata di tiap kecamatan di Jakarta Timur sebesar 26,02°C. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui kenaikan LST dipengaruhi oleh nilai NDBI dan nilai NDVI dengan nilai korelasi 0,7454 serta koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,556. Untuk persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan yaitu Y=26,73-2,558X1+4,795X2+0,02.

Abstract

Currently, the conditions that are happening in Indonesia and even the world are, the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus (Covid-19 Pandemic), which has changed the arrangement in the activity of human social life. Based on the policies imposed, namely PSBB and PPKM by the government, it has an impact on human behavior patterns in daily life, especially in terms of transportation movements. This research will discuss these problems and raise "Analysis of the Intensity of Transportation Movements in DKI Jakarta During the Covid-19 Pandemic Period of 2020-2021". The purpose of this study is to analyze the intensity of transportation movements during the period when the PSBB and PPKM policies were implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is quantitative descriptive statistics with correlation analysis techniques followed by normality tests and Kolmogorov Smirnov tests. By using the variables of travel frequency, travel distance, travel time, travel intent, travel location, mode of transportation, and transportation cost fares. In this study, it was shown that there were four variables that experienced changes in several variables between the implementation of the PSBB and PPKM policies, namely weekend frequency, travel time, travel location, and transportation cost rates. There is a decrease in frequency change from very frequent to rare, in the variable distance travel there is a slight increase in mileage, travel time there is a decrease in the range of > 2 hours to 1-2 hours. As for the purpose, location, mode of transportation, and cost fares tend to have small changes.
