Abstract

This study was conducted to identify the contribution between the principal servant leadership variables, work motivation, and facilities' completeness and facilities to teacher performance. This research is categorized as ex-post-facto using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was selected with a saturated sample technique so that the number of research samples was the same as the population, namely, 86 teachers. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire from principal servant leadership, work motivation and completeness of facilities and teacher performance. The study findings confirm that (1) there is a contribution of principal servant leadership to teacher performance by 7.4% 2) there is a contribution of work motivation to teacher performance by 28.55%; 3) there is a contribution of the completeness of facilities and infrastructure to teacher performance by 14.64%; and 4) there is a simultaneous contribution between the principal servant leadership, teacher work motivation, and completeness of facilities and infrastructure to teacher performance by 50.6%.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the contribution of transformational leadership, work discipline and work motivation of teachers at the Denpasar Bali Health Vocational School. To achieve this goal researchers used an ex-post facto approach with a sample of 40 people. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression. Based on the research that has been done it is produced that (1) There is a significant contribution of transformational leadership to teacher performance with an effective contribution of 31.27%, (2) There is a significant contribution of work discipline to teacher performance with an effective contribution 24.46%, (3) There is a significant contribution of work motivation to teacher performance with an effective contribution of 29,67%, (4) There is a significant contribution together transformational leadership, work discipline, and work motivation on teacher performance that is equal to 85.40%. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that transformational leadership, work discipline, and work motivation contribute significantly to teacher performance, thus these three factors can be used as predictors of teacher performance at SMK Kesehatan Bali Dewata Denpasar

Abstract

The aim of the study was to investigate the evaluation results separately or together on context, input, process, product and constraints that occur in the implementation of the use of BOSDA Fiscal Year 2020 at smk negeri in Denpasar. The present research used a program evaluation research with CIPP model. There were 26 people and the whole acted as population and used as a research sample using saturated sample techniques. Data context, input, process, product collected by questionnaire using Likert scale 1-5. In this study using descriptive quantitative analysis method. To determine the effectiveness of implementing bosda's usage, the raw score is transformed into Z-score then into T-Score then verified into Glickman Quadrant. The results in this study are: 1) Effectiveness of bosda usage implementation reviewed from context obtained negative results (-), 2) Effectiveness of implementation of bosda use reviewed from inputs obtained negative results (-), 3) Effectiveness of bosda usage implementation reviewed from the process obtained effective results (+), 4) Effectiveness of implementation of bosda use reviewed from product obtained effective results (+), 5) Evaluation results together against the implementation of bosda use reviewed from i context, input, process, product obtained less effective results (- - + +), and 6) Obstacles faced in the use of BOSDA is there is a discrepancy in the use of BOSDA with government policy, lack of readiness from bosda managers, lack of clarity from the legal basis of the use of BOSDA.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate both partially and simultaneously the components of context, input, process, product and the obstacles that occurred in the implementation of the E-report system at public high schools in the city of Singaraja. The CIPP model is used in this research. The population of this study was 200 teachers from three public high schools in Singaraja namely teachers of SMAN 1 Singaraja, SMAN 2 Singaraja, and SMAN 3 Singaraja with a total sample of 172 teachers. The data for each variable were collected by using the Five-point Likert scale questionnaire model with descriptive quantitative data analysis method. In order to determine the effectiveness of the E-report system implementation, the raw score is transformed into Z-score and into T-score continued to the verification of the score into the Glickman quadrant. The data analysis results show: 1) The effectiveness of the E-report system implementation from the context component is identified as effective (+), 2) The effectiveness of the E-report system implementation from the input component is identified as effective (+), 3) The effectiveness of the E-report system implementation from the process component is identified as effective (+), 4) The effectiveness of the E-report system implementation from the product component is identified as effective (+), The evaluation result on the effectiveness of the E-report system implementation from the context, input, process, product components simultaneously is identified as highly effective (+ + + +). Alternative solutions for the obstacles encountered in the implementation of the E-report system have been explored namely the solutions regarding the issue with the program coordinator contract status, organizational structure, teachers’ incompetence, students’ responses, low budget, and the socialization of the E-report program guidelines. Key words: E-report system; Evaluation Study; CIPP
