Abstract

This study aims to determine the amount of contribution between the variables of servant leadership, student management, guidance and counseling services and self-concept to school culture. This research is classified as ex-post facto with multiple linear regression analysis design. The population in this study was 1,253 people. The research sample was taken randomly, amounting to 100 students. Data were collected by using a questionnaire with likert scale from the variable servant leadership, student management, guidance and counseling services and self-concept and school culture. Besides, the method of documentation and observation were used as complementary methods in obtaining the number of students in the school. The results showed that (1) there was a contribution of principal servant leadership to school culture by 0.561% 2) there was a contribution of student management to school culture by 3.36%; 3) there is a contribution of guidance and counseling services to school culture by 22.44%; 4) there is a contribution of self-concept to school culture by 24.68%; 5) there is a simultaneous contribution between servant leadership, student management, guidance and counseling services, and self-concept to school culture by 51.041%. This study has implications for the role of the principal in leading the school and the condition of the learning atmosphere.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of principal leadership behavior, school work climate, teacher job satisfaction, and teacher work commitment both individually and collectively on the performance of CCS Bali teachers. This ex-post facto research design involved 40 Indonesian teachers at CCS Bali. The data collection technique is a closed questionnaire containing a series of statements containing five possible answers. Meanwhile, descriptive statistical techniques, simple regression, and multiple regressions were used to analyze the research data. Significant contributions between each variable both individually and collectively were found from the results of the analysis carried out, which included: (1) the principal's leadership behavior contributed significantly to the performance of CCS Bali teachers with a contribution of 0.520 and made an effective contribution 19.34%, (2) the school work climate contributed significantly to the performance of CCS Bali teachers with a contribution of 0.418 and an effective contribution of 8.11%, (3) teacher job satisfaction contributed significantly to the performance of CCS Bali teachers with a contribution of 0.336 and made an effective contribution of 9.27%, (4) the work commitment of teachers contributed significantly to the performance of CCS Bali teachers with a contribution of 0.504 and made an effective contribution of 9.37%, (5) collectively, principal leadership behavior, school work climate, teacher job satisfaction, and teacher work commitment contributed significantly to performance the work of CCS Bali teachers with a contribution of 0.679 and an effective contribution of 46.1%. Based on the results of these studies, the performance of CCS Bali teachers is influenced by the above variables.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the magnitude of the influence of several variables, namely: (1) teacher pedagogic competence, (2) learning discipline, (3) parental guidance, and (4) learning motivation on learning outcomes of vocational students of class XII Hospitality at SMK Duta Bangsa Denpasar. The population in this study were students of class XII Hospitality, amounting to 44 people. This research was designed ex-post-facto. Data were collected by questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using simple regression technique, multiple regression and partial correlation. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant influence of teacher pedagogic competence on the results of vocational learning accommodation accommodation class XII at SMK Duta Bangsa Denpasar with a coefficient of determination of 29.4% and an effective contribution of 3%, (2) there was a significant influence of discipline learning on vocational learning outcomes for hotel accommodation class XII hospitality at SMK Duta Bangsa with a coefficient of determination of 77% and an effective contribution of 68%, (3) there is a significant influence of parental guidance on vocational learning outcomes for class XII hospitality accommodation at SMK Duta Bangsa Denpasar with a coefficient of determination of 55.6% and an effective contribution of 5%, (4) there is a significant influence of learning motivation on vocational learning outcomes for hotel accommodation class XII hospitality at SMK Duta Bangsa Denpasar with a coefficient of determination of 6.2% and an effective contribution of 2 %, (5) together, there is a significant influence g significant pedagogic competence, learning discipline, parental guidance and learning motivation on the vocational learning outcomes of hotel accommodation class

Abstract

This research aims to determine the contribution of Laissez-Faire leadership, school facilities, job satisfaction, and adversity quotient towards teachers’ organizational commitment. The sample of this study was 76 primary school teachers in the regency of Mimika, Papua province. This study is classified as ex-post-facto with descriptive statistics analysis, simple correlation, partial correlation, multiple correlation, and multiple regression data analysis design. Data collection for this study was conducted by using the Five-point Likert scale questionnaire model. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a negative and significant correlation between Laissez-Faire leadership and organizational commitment with 0,294 (ryx1) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,192 (ry.x1-x2,3,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 6,14% contribution of Laissez-Faire leadership towards organizational commitment, 2) There is a positive and significant correlation between school facilities and organizational commitment with 0,605 (ryx2) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,412 (ry.x2-x,3,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 27,00% contribution of school facilities towards organizational commitment, 3) There is a negative and significant correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with 0,558 (ryx3) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,325 (ry.x3-x1,2,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 11,00%, contribution of job satisfaction towards organizational commitment, 4) There is a negative and insignificant correlation between adversity quotient and organizational commitment with 0,241 (ryx4) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,190 (ry.x4-x1,2,3) partial correlation coefficient, and 1,73%, contribution of adversity quotient towards organizational commitment, 5) There is a positive and significant correlation of Laissez-Faire leadership, school facilities, job satisfaction, adversity quotient, and organizational commitment with Ry.1234 multiple correlation coefficient of 0,677 and there is a contribution of Laissez-Faire leadership, school facilities, job satisfaction, adversity quotient, and organizational commitment simultaneously by 45,9%.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify: (1) the contribution of servant leadership towards teachers’ work discipline, (2) the contribution of work climate towards teachers’ work discipline, (3) the contribution of work motivation towards teachers’ work discipline, (4) the contribution of job satisfaction towards teachers’ work discipline, (5) the contribution of servant leadership, work climate, work motivation, job satisfaction simultaneously towards the work discipline of teachers at public high schools in the sub-district of Kuta Utara, Badung regency. The population in this study was 85 teachers, with a total sample of 85 teachers. This study is classified as ex-post-facto with descriptive statistics analysis, simple correlation, partial correlation, multiple correlation, and multiple regression data analysis design. The data for this study were collected by using the Five-point Likert scale questionnaire model. The results show that: 1) There is a positive and significant correlation between servant leadership and work discipline with 0,332 (ryx1) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,301 (ry.x1-x2,3,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 7,60% contribution of servant leadership towards work discipline, 2) There is a positive and significant correlation between work climate and work discipline with 0,469 (ryx2) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,466 (ry.x2-x1,3,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 17,97% contribution of work climate towards work discipline, 3) There is a positive, but insignificant correlation between work motivation and work discipline with 0,256 (ryx3) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,194 (ry.x3-x1,2,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 3,70% contribution of work motivation towards work discipline, 4) There is a positive and significant correlation between job satisfaction and work discipline with 0,502 (ryx4) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,471 (ry.x4-x1,2,3) partial correlation coefficient, and 19,73%, contribution of job satisfaction towards work discipline, and 5) There is a positive and significant correlation of servant leadership, work climate, work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline with Ry.1234 multiple correlation coefficient of 0,700 and there is a contribution of servant leadership, work climate, work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline simultaneously by 49,00%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: 1) the contribution of transformational leadership towards teachers’ performance, 2) the contribution of religiosity towards teachers’ performance, 3) the contribution of school culture towards teachers’ performance, 4) the contribution of emotional intelligence towards teachers’ performance, 5) the contribution of transformational leadership, religiousity, school culture, and emotional intelligence simultaneously towards the teachers’performance of Muhammadiyah high schools in Bali. The population of this study was 46 teachers. This study is classified as ex-post-facto with descriptive statistics analysis, simple correlation, partial correlation, multiple correlation, and multiple regression data analysis design. Data collection for this study was conducted by using the Five-point Likert scale questionnaire model. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a positive and significant correlation between transformational leadership and teachers’ performance with 0,464 (ryx1) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,324 (ry.x1-x2,3,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 12,94% contribution of transformational leadership towards teachers’ performance, 2) There is a positive and significant correlation between religiosity and teachers’ performance with 0,546 (ryx2) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,354 (ry.x2-x,3,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 18,07% contribution of religiosity towards teachers’ performance, 3) There is a positive and significant correlation between school culture and teachers’ performance with 0,513 (ryx3) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,384 (ry.x3-x1,2,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 16,01%, contribution of school culture towards teachers’ performance, 4) There is a positive and significant correlation between emotional intelligence and teachers’ performance with 0,422 (ryx4) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,316 (ry.x4-x1,2,3) partial correlation coefficient, and 10,88%, contribution of emotional intelligence towards teachers’ performance, 5) There is a positive and significant correlation of transformational leadership, religiosity, school culture, emotional intelligence, and teachers’ performance simultaneously by 57,9%..

Abstract

This study aims to 1) find out the effectiveness of the system for using non-physical equivalent DAK for the 2021 fiscal year in Jembrana district non-formal education units in terms of the context component; 2) determine the effectiveness of the DAK utilization system in terms of input components; 3) determine the effectiveness of the DAK utilization system in terms of process components; 4) determine the effectiveness of the DAK utilization system in terms of product components; 5) determine the effectiveness of the system for using DAK together in context, input, process, product; and 6) find out the constraints in the non-physical equivalent DAK utilization system for the 2021 fiscal year in Jembrana district non-formal education units. The research was conducted at the Jembrana District Non-Formal Education Unit. This study uses a quantitative approach, this study uses an evaluation research design. The population in this study were all teaching and educational staff, totaling 20 people. The research sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique, namely the entire population. Data were collected using questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis was performed by converting the raw score into a Z score (z-score) followed by a T score and then converted into the Glickman quadrant. The results of the study show the effectiveness of the non-physical Equivalent DAK utilization system for the 2021 fiscal year in Jembrana district non-formal education units in terms of context, the results obtained are less effective (-), the effectiveness of the DAK utilization system in terms of input, the effective results are obtained (+), the effectiveness of the DAK utilization system in terms of process effective results (+) were obtained, the effectiveness of the DAK utilization system in terms of a product obtained effective results (+). Overall, the evaluation of the context, input, process, and product variables in the DAK utilization system is classified as effective ( - + + +).

Abstract

This study aims to 1) determine the contribution of managerial ability to teacher performance at SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar, 2) determine the contribution of academic supervision to teacher performance at SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar, 3) determine the contribution of work commitment to teacher performance at SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar, 4) to determine the contribution of work motivation to teacher performance at SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar, 5) to determine the contribution of principal managerial abilities, academic supervision, commitment and work motivation to teacher performance at SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar. This research is a survey research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all school principals and teachers at SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar, totaling 95 people. The research sample is the Krejci and Morgan formula, and the number of pieces is 76 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using simple, multiple, and partial regression techniques. The results of the study show that (1) there is a significant contribution between the managerial abilities of the principal and teacher performance at SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar with a practical contribution of 9.24%, (2) there is a significant contribution between academic supervision and teacher performance at SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar with a practical contribution of 9.05%, (3) there is a significant contribution between work commitment and teacher performance at SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar with a practical contribution of 8.36%, (4) there is a significant contribution between academic supervision and teacher performance at SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar with a practical contribution of 36.10%, and (5) the results of this study show a significant relationship between the managerial abilities of school principals, academic supervision, commitment, and work motivation together with teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of integrity, spirituality, culture, and work motivation on employee performance. The sample of this research is 40 employees at Mutiara School. This study used an ex-post facto design using descriptive statistical data analysis techniques, simple correlation, partial correlation, multiple correlation, and multiple regression. The results showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence between integrity and employee performance with a positive B value of 0.699 and a sig value of 0.001 , 2) There is a positive and significant influence between spirituality and employee performance with a positive B value of 0.657 and a sig value of 0.003, 3) There is a positive and insignificant influence between culture and employee performance with a positive B value of 0.137 and a sig value of 0.437, 4) There is a positive and insignificant influence between work motivation and employee performance with a A positive B is 0.088 and a sig value is 0.425. 5) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant correlation between integrity, spirituality, culture, work motivation and employee performance of 37.587.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the project-based e-Learning learning model on critical thinking skills and science achievement. This research has a quasi-experimental design. The population of this study was class X SMK Negeri 1 Tembuku for the 2022–2023 academic year, consisting of 10 classes (259 students). The research sample was taken using the random sampling technique; two classes were determined as samples and divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. Critical thinking skills data was collected with an essay test, and in science, learning achievement data was collected with an expanded multiple-choice test. Data analysis used the one-way MANCOVA statistical test with a significance level of 5% and continued with the LSD test. The results showed that (1) There are differences in critical thinking skills and learning achievement in science between students who learned with the PjBeL model and students who learned with the DEL model. (2) There are differences in critical thinking skills between students who learned with the PjBeL model and students learning with the DEL model. (3) There are differences in science learning achievement between students who learned with the PjBeL model and students learning with the DEL model. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the PjBeL model influences students' critical thinking skills and learning achievement in science in Class X SMKN 1 Tembuku.
