Abstract

Abstrak Digital Pengabdian ini berfokus pada memberikan pelatihan kepada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang bergerak di bidang tusuk gigi dengan menggunakan teknologi dan media sosial untuk memperkuat upaya promosi produk. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman UMKM mengenai strategi pemasaran melalui teknologi dan media sosial, sehingga mereka dapat memanfaatkannya untuk mempromosikan produk mereka. Melalui diskusi kelompok, pelaku usaha diberikan wawasan tentang cara menggunakan platform digital dan media sosial secara efektif, memahami perilaku konsumen, dan mengembangkan strategi promosi yang tepat. Diharapkan pelatihan ini akan membantu UMKM dalam mengembangkan usaha mereka melalui pemanfaatan teknologi dan media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran yang lebih modern dan efisien.Dalam kegiatan PKM ini akan berfokus pada sosialisasi mengenai aplikasi penunjang dalam pemasaran produk UMKM yaitu Instagram terhadap para pelaku usaha UMKM Tusuk Gigi Aulia. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan dengan pelatihan ini dapat menambah wawasan tentan g pemasaran yang modern demi menunjang usaha UMKM yang dimiliki. Metode yang dipakai dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan dengan langkah-langkahsebagaiberikut 1) Memberikan pemahaman mengenai platform digital terhadappemasaran modern pada kelompok UMKM ,2) Pemaparan teori, berupa praktek dalam cara pembuatan akun sampai menggunakan Instagram 3) mengaplikasikan media Instagram dalam pemasaran produk UMKM, 4) Monitoring selama 1 bulan, 5) Evaluasi. Keywords: Pemasaran digital, Media social, UMKM Abstract This Digital Service focuses on providing training to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) operating in the toothpick sector by using technology and social media to strengthen product promotion efforts. The method used in this service is Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The aim is to increase MSMEs' understanding of marketing strategies through technology and social media, so that they can use them to promote their products. Through group discussions, business actors are given insight into how to use digital platforms and social media effectively, understand consumer behavior, and develop appropriate promotional strategies. It is hoped that this training will help MSMEs in developing their businesses through the use of technology and social media as more modern and efficient marketing tools. In this PKM activity, the focus will be on socializing supporting applications in marketing MSME products, namely Instagram, to Aulia Toothbrush MSME business actors. . Therefore, it is hoped that this training can increase insight into modern marketing in order to support the MSME businesses they own.The method used in this activity is training with the following steps: 1) Providing an understanding of digital platforms for modern marketing in the MSME group, 2) Presentation of theory, in the form of practice in how to create an account and using Instagram, 3) Applying Instagram media in marketing MSME products, 4 ) Monitoring for 1 month, 5) Evaluation. Abstract

Pengabdianini mencoba mengatasi tantangan pemasaran yang dihadapi oleh Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) khususnya "Momoci Dessert" di Kota Jambi. Dengan fokus pada pemanfaatan platform sosial media Instagram, proposal ini mengusulkan pelatihan yang difasilitasi melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemilik dan karyawan "Momoci Dessert" dalam menggunakan Instagram sebagai alat pemasaran. Pelatihan ini akan mencakup aspek-aspek seperti pembuatan konten yang menarik, penggunaan fitur-fitur Instagram, manajemen kampanye pemasaran, dan analisis kinerja. FGD akan memberikan ruang untuk berbagi pengalaman dan ide antara peserta, menciptakan kolaborasi, dan memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang kebutuhan dan tantangan spesifik yang dihadapi oleh "Momoci Dessert". Hasil dari pelatihan ini diharapkan akan memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kehadiran online "Momoci Dessert" di Instagram, meningkatkan interaksi dengan pelanggan, dan pada akhirnya, meningkatkan penjualan produk mereka. Proposal ini juga akan mencakup evaluasi dan tindak lanjut untuk memastikan keberlanjutan manfaat dari pelatihan yang diselenggarakan.

Abstract

Pengabdian proposal ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan pelatihan konten digital yang ditujukan untuk pemilik dan karyawan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (umkm) di sektor coffeeshop dimme place. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan umkm dalam menciptakan dan mengelola konten digital yang efektif untuk meningkatkan promosi dan visibilitas bisnis mereka. mplementasi pelatihan: menyelenggarakan sesi pelatihan interaktif dengan memanfaatkan materi yang relevan, studi kasus, dan praktik langsung dalam menciptakan konten digital.pemantauan dan evaluasi: menyusun metode pemantauan dan evaluasi untuk mengukur efektivitas pelatihan serta memperoleh umpan balik dari peserta.dukungan lanjutan: memberikan dukungan lanjutan setelah pelatihan berakhir, seperti konsultasi online atau sumber daya tambahan untuk mendukung penerapan keterampilan yang telah diperoleh. Manfaat dari pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat terlihat dalam peningkatan promosi dan daya saing bisnis umkm coffeeshop dimme place melalui media digital. Proposal ini juga akan mencakup anggaran, jadwal pelatihan, dan hasil yang diharapkan untuk memastikan keberhasilan implementasi program. Abstract This proposal dedication aims to implement digital content training aimed at owners and employees of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the dimme place coffeeshop sector. This training aims to improve MSMEs' abilities in creating and managing effective digital content to increase the promotion and visibility of their business. training implementation: holding interactive training sessions by utilizing relevant materials, case studies and direct practice in creating digital content. monitoring and evaluation: developing monitoring and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of the training and obtain feedback from participants. continued support: providing continued support after training ends, such as online consultations or additional resources to support the application of acquired skills. It is hoped that the benefits of this training can be seen in increasing the promotion and competitiveness of the MSME coffeeshop dimme place business through digital media. This proposal will also include a budget, training schedule, and expected results to ensure successful implementation of the program.

Abstract

Abstract Implementing Material Requirement Planning (MRP) is something that must be done for companies or MSMEs engaged in manufacturing. The aim of this research is to assist HK Hydroponics MSMEs in designing MRP for the production of AB MIX Fertilizer products. This research uses library study and field research methods consisting of interviews and observations. This research produces an MRP design for AB MIX Fertilizer in one period so that it can be useful as a reference for MRP design in subsequent periods. Keywords: Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Hydroponic, Fertilizer, Jambi City Abstrak Implementasi Material Requirement Planning (MRP) merupakan hal yang harus dilakukan untuk perusahaan ataupun UMKM yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membantu UMKM HK Hidroponik dalam merancang MRP untuk produksi produk Pupuk AB MIX. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dan penelitian lapangan yang terdiri dari wawancara dan observasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan MRP Pupuk AB MIX dalam satu periode sehingga dapat bermanfaat sebagai acuan dari perancangan MRP di periode-periode berikutnya. Abstract

Momoci Dessert, a culinary UMKM, faces difficulties in maintaining and improving marketing performance amidst increasingly tight competition. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the marketing mix strategy (four Ps: product, price, place, and promotion) along with SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) evaluation. The purpose of this analysis is to create a strategic plan that can improve marketing performance. This study was conducted descriptively qualitatively, and data were collected through observation, document analysis, and interviews. The results showed that Momoci Dessert's new flavor variations (strawberry, mango, and chocolate) and the use of social media as the main promotional tool succeeded in attracting customers. However, the SWOT analysis showed that promotions and threats from larger competitors were inconsistent. Increasing local snack trends can help expand market share. This study found that creative marketing mix strategies and proper SWOT analysis can help optimize the marketing performance of MSMEs. This study is also expected to provide practical insights for other MSMEs facing similar problems.

Abstract

This study used a random probability sampling technique to determine how customer decisions about J&T Express delivery services in Jambi City are influenced by pricing, security, and the promptness of product delivery. Data for this study, which employs quantitative methods, was gathered using a questionnaire. One hundred respondents from Jambi City who had utilized delivery services and analyzed their data using the SPSS software made up the research sample. The study's findings demonstrated that (1) Price had a positive and significant influence, with a significant value of 0.023. (2) Security had a favorable but not statistically significant impact on the decision to employ J&T Express delivery services in Jambi City, as indicated by its significance value of 0.617. (3) A significant value of 0.000 was achieved for the timeliness variable. Timeliness plays a major role in the decision to employ J&T Express services in Jambi City, and it has a positive impact. Price and timeliness are the most important factors when choosing to use J&T Express delivery services in Jambi City, according to data collected for this study.

Abstract

Niat perilaku (behavior intention) individu dalam mengadopsi dan menggunakan suatu teknologi dapat dipengaruhi oleh 4 faktor menurut model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), yaitu; performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions terhadap behavior intention penggunaan digital payment QRIS pada UMKM Sektor Industri Makanan dan Minuman di Kota Jambi, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 80 orang responden, dimana data dari sampel dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner untuk kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil uji T statistik membuktikan bahwa secara parsial variabel performance expectancy dan effort expectancy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavior intention penggunaan digital payment QRIS, sedangkan variabel social influence dan facilitating conditions berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap behavior intention penggunaan digital payment QRIS. Hasil uji F statistik membuktikan bahwa secara simultan variabel performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavior intention penggunaan digital payment QRIS.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of social media marketing and promotional strategies on consumer purchase intention at Onoy Bakery in Arizona, Jambi. In today’s highly competitive bakery industry, digital marketing plays a crucial role in attracting consumer interest. The research was conducted by gathering insights from consumers through questionnaires. The findings reveal that social media marketing has a strong impact on consumers' willingness to make a purchase, particularly through the use of engaging visual content, interactive communication, and platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. On the other hand, traditional promotional methods did not appear to significantly affect consumer interest. These results highlight that while social media marketing is an effective tool for increasing purchase intention, conventional promotional strategies may require further innovation to remain relevant. This study underscores the importance for businesses to adapt to digital trends in order to maintain consumer engagement and drive purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research investigates the entrepreneurial dimension, innovation, and digital marketing on market and finance performance. These research samples consist of 260 MSME actors in the city of Jambi. This study employs the Likert scale to measure construct variables in order to test their validity and reliability. The data and hypothesis of this research were examined using partial least square (PLS). The findings of this study indicate that entrepreneurial factor influences innovation and digital marketing positively. Innovation and digital marketing positively impact the performance of MSMEs. However, innovation and digital marketing have no relationship.
