Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze whether the right issue information has information content or not. The information contained in the corporate action right issue is in line with the concept of market efficiency where security prices are formed based on the reflection of the availability of information, one of which is the concept of weak form market efficiency. In addition to analyzing the information content, this study analyzes whether the companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2023 period are weakly efficient or not and have a random pattern or not. This test uses event studies with one sample t-test statistical tests, series correlation tests and run tests. The variables used in this test are stock returns. The results of the study show that in the 2012-2023 period, right issue information has information content as indicated by the presence of significant returns around the date of the right issue information and changes in stock returns have a random pattern so that the capital market is categorized as a weak form efficient market where current stock returns are formed based on right issue information and investment decisions determined by investors cannot use previous stock returns to obtain abnormal returns. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah informasi right issue memiliki kandungan informasi atau tidak. Informasi yang terkandung dari corporate action right issue sejalan dengan konsep efisiensi pasar dimana harga-harga sekuritas terbentuk atas cerminan dari ketersediaan informasi salah satunya konsep efisiensi pasar bentuk lemah. Selain menganalisis kandungan informasi, penelitian ini menganalisis apakah perusahaan-perusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2023 sudah efisien dalam bentuk lemah atau tidak dan sudah berpola acak (random walk) atau tidak. Pengujian ini menggunakan event studies dengan uji statistik one sample t-test, uji korelasi seri dan run test. Variabel yang digunakan dalam pengujian ini yaitu return saham. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada periode 2012-2023 informasi right issue memiliki kandungan informasi yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya return yang signifikan disekitar tanggal informasi right issue dan perubahan return saham sudah berpola acak (random walk) sehingga pasar modal dikategorikan sebagai pasar efisien bentuk lemah dimana return saham saat ini terbentuk atas adanya informasi right issue dan keputusan investasi yang ditentukan investor tidak dapat menggunakan return saham sebelumnya dalam memperoleh abnormal return.

Abstract

Abstract. The rapid growth of streaming services in Indonesia has led to increasingly intense competition in the industry. Netflix, as one of the popular streaming services, must continuously innovate to maintain its position. To remain competitive with other players in the same business environment, a study was conducted. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of customer satisfaction with Netflix's service quality and to assess the alignment between the service quality attributes that customers expect and what Netflix provides. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. The research method utilizes the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The results of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) indicate a score of 86.19%, which falls into the "Very Satisfied" category for Netflix's streaming services. The results of the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) show an average conformity level of 95.81%. These findings suggest that the majority of respondents feel that Netflix's service performance closely aligns with their expectations or needs. However, there are five attributes that need improvement, including Netflix having a strong privacy policy to protect customers' personal data, guaranteeing the recovery of accounts that encounter issues, providing parental control features within accounts, ensuring that user privacy data will not be misused, and providing age rating information on all content. Abstrak. Pesatnya pertumbuhan layanan streaming di Indonesia, persaingan di industri ini semakin ketat. Netflix, sebagai salah satu layanan streaming yang populer, harus terus berinovasi untuk mempertahankan posisinya. Untuk tetap dapat bersaing dengan pesaing lainnya dalam lingkungan bisnis yang sama, dilakukanlah sebuah penelitian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan Netflix dan mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian atribut kualitas pelayanan oleh pelanggan dengan apa yang diberikan oleh Netflix. Jenis teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sampling jenuh. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil dari Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) senilai 86,19% yang termasuk kedalam kriteria “Sangat Puas” dengan layanan streaming Netflix. Hasil dari Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) tingkat kesesuaian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 95,81%. Hasil tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa mayoritas responden merasa bahwa kinerja layanan Netflix sangat sesuai dengan harapan atau kebutuhan mereka. Terdapat 5 atribut yang perlu diperbaiki diantaranya, Netflix memiliki kebijakan privasi yang kuat untuk melindungi data pribadi pelanggan, memberikan jaminan terhadap pengembalian akun yang mengalami masalah, menyediakan fitur kontrol orang tua dalam suatu akun, jaminan data privasi yang dimiliki pengguna tidak akan disalahgunakan, dan menyediakan informasi rating usia di setiap konten.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the condition of ROA, FDR, Zakat and Company Size in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the period 2018-2022 and to determine the effect of ROA and FDR on zakat expenditure moderated by Company Size. Based on the criteria using purposive sampling, a sample of 8 Islamic Commercial Banks was obtained. The analysis technique was carried out using a moderated regression model. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables ROA, FDR and Company Size have a significant effect on zakat expenditure of Islamic Commercial Banks with a significance level of 5%. Partially, the results show that the variables ROA and Company Size have a significant positive effect while the FDR variable has no effect on zakat expenditure of Islamic Commercial Banks. Company Size is able to moderate the effect of the ROA variable on zakat expenditure of Islamic Commercial Banks, but is unable to moderate the effect of the FDR variable on zakat expenditure of Islamic Commercial Banks. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondiai ROA, FDR, Zakat dan Ukuran Perusahaan pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2018-2022 dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ROA dan FDR terhadap pengeluaran zakat yang dimoderasi oleh Ukuran Perusahaan. Berdasarkan kriteria dengan menggunakan purposive sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 8 Bank Umum Syariah. Teknik analisis dilakukan dengan model regresi moderasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel ROA, FDR dan Ukuran Perusahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengeluaran zakat Bank Umum Syariah dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Secara parsial diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel ROA dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan sedangkan variabel FDR tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pengeluaran zakat Bank Umum Syariah. Ukuran Perusahaan mampu memoderasi pengaruh variabel ROA terhadap pengeluaran zakat Bank Umum Syariah, namun tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh variabel FDR terhadap pengeluaran zakat Bank Umum Syariah.

Abstract

Digital literacy is an important factor in supporting the implementation of more optimal learning activities in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), more than that digital literacy can have a good influence on the development of early childhood. The purpose of this research is to provide a further understanding of digital literacy and social media interactions in the PAUD Education environment. As well as providing complete counseling on techniques and materials for making interactive learning videos. This service program uses participatory techniques through mentoring and training methods with comprehensive teaching media based on learning videos to meet learning needs in PAUD. Teachers will be given training on various digital applications that can support learning. Teachers and parents will have the ability to make teaching videos for students and children, which will indirectly direct them to become content creators in the field of education.

Abstract

With the advancement of technology, competition in the mid-to-low-end business sector has intensified. Both large businesses and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are facing challenges and obstacles. On the other hand, MSMEs will have greater opportunities to market their products due to advances in information technology. When starting a business, branding communication is very important. Each individual has a different brand image. By using the right promotional strategy, effective branding communication can provide consumers with the opportunity to recognize certain goods and services, evaluate their quality, reduce purchase risks, and get different experiences and satisfaction. Every business field must have a strategy to increase sales. The right promotional strategy can communicate branding well. To achieve goals, every business sector needs a promotional strategy, especially for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Promotion planning is carried out to improve services and sales by introducing products to potential customers and improving services by focusing on online-based promotions by utilizing social media and marketing through the marketplace. In a startup business, where the business has just started and continues to grow, business actors are considered necessary to continue to develop products and find the right target market. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide an assessment of branding and promotional communication strategies to increase customers for this startup business.

Abstract

Effective financial management is a major challenge for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Cikarang, especially in the culinary sector such as Ayam Geprek Bungsu. The main problems faced by business owners are economic limitations and uncertain fluctuations in raw material prices, which have an impact on the stability of cash flow and business profits. This condition results in suboptimal financial management, because often business owners are unable to separate personal and business finances, as well as difficulties in long-term budget planning. This activity aims to analyze the financial management of Ayam Geprek Bungsu and identify strategic steps that can be taken to improve financial efficiency. The research method used is a case study through interviews and analysis of simple financial statements. The results of the analysis show that the lack of regular financial records and the absence of a structured financial management system are the main causes of financial inefficiency. In addition, dependence on a single supplier for raw materials led to vulnerability to price increases. As a solution, this report recommends the implementation of a simple yet regular financial recording system, financial management training for business owners, and diversification of raw material suppliers to minimize the impact of price fluctuations. With these measures, Ayam Geprek Bungsu is expected to improve financial stability, optimize cash flow management, and ultimately strengthen business sustainability amid dynamic economic challenges. The growth and role of MSMEs can still be improved not only because of their resilience in the face of various economic shocks, but also their ability to provide employment, and overcome poverty.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui harga wajar saham atau nilai intrinsik saham pada perusahaan sektor keuangan yang terdaftar di LQ45 Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2022. Berdasarkan kriteria purposive sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 4 perusahaan sektor keuangan yang terdaftar di LQ45 Bursa Efek Indonesia berdasarkan Kelompok Bank Modal Inti (KBMI) 4 yaitu PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, dan PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Dividend Discount Model (DDM). Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa dengan menggunakan Dividend Discount Model (DDM) Multi-Periode pada saham BBCA, BBRI, BBNI, dan BMRI keempat saham terebut berada dalam kondisi Undervalued. Keputusan Investasi pada keempat saham BBCA, BBRI, BBNI, dan BMRI yang tepat bagi calon investor yang berorientasi pada jangka panjang adalah membeli saham (buy) pada saat harga saham sedang rendah Abstract. This study aims to determine the fair price of shares or the intrinsic value of shares in financial sector companies listed on the LQ45 of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. Based on purposive sampling criteria, a sample of 4 financial sector companies listed on the LQ45 of the Indonesia Stock Exchange was obtained based on the Core Capital Bank Group (KBMI) 4, namely PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, and PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. Data analysis techniques are carried out using the Dividend Discount Model (DDM) method. In this study, it was concluded from this study that by using the Multi-Period Dividend Discount Model (DDM) on BBCA, BBRI, BBNI, and BMRI stocks, the four stocks were undervalued. Investment decisions on the four stocks BBCA, BBRI, BBNI, and BMRI that are right for potential investors who are long-term oriented are to buy shares (buy) when the stock price is low.
