Abstract

AbstrakPeneliti melakukan penelitian yang berjudul Variasi Inovasi Leksikal Bahasa Melayu Riau di Kecamatan Pulau Merbau. Dialektologi adalah mengkaji dialek khususnya dari segi variasi inovasi leksikal yang terdapat pada dialek Melayu Riau tepatnya di Kecamatan  Pulau Merbau. Penelitian ini yang menjadi objek penelitiannya adalah dialek Melayu Riau tepatnya di Kecamatan Pulau Merbau. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan variasi inovasi leksikal dan bagaimana perbedaan dan persamaan inovasi leksikal tersebut. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif.Kata kunci: Variasi Inovasi Leksikal, Bahasa melayu Riau, Kecamatan Pulau  Merbau.AbstractResearchers conducted the research entitled “innovative-varriation towards Riau Malay language lexical in the district of Merbau Island. Dialectology analyzed dialect especially in lexical Innovative-varriattion which can be found in the dialect of Riau Malay Language in the district of Merbau Island. The object of the research is its dialect and the purpose of the research is to describe lexical innovative varriattion and what are the differences and similarities of the lexixal innovation. Abstract

Perpustakaan mempunyai 2 (dua) sisi nilai, yakni nilai ekstrinsik dan instrinsik. Nilai ekstrinsik seperti gedung, fasilitas, koleksi, anggaran, sumber daya manusia dan layanan. Sedangkan nilai intrinsik adalah nilai atau dampak dari pemanfaatan perpustakaan secara utuh, misalnya diperpustakaan itu ada nilai pendidikan, nilai sosial, nilai demokrasi, nilai budaya dan nilai ekonomi. Dua sisi nilai tersebut saling menyatu dan mendukung sehingga mengangkat perpustakaan menjadi Aset yang berharga.

Abstract

Language diversity is not only show their social differences in society, but also an indication of the situation-speaking members that reflect the objectives, topics, rules and the mode user mode language. Variety Indonesian used by people who live in the neighborhood terminal will of course be different from the kind of language the people who live in a residential neighborhood, a variety of language teachers must be different with a variety of languages merchant, or a variety of language public figures will vary with variety of language ordinary people , as well as language diversity of people who have a low level of the economy generally different regional variations of rich people.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Evaluation of Cooperation in the Development of the Riau University Library with the Archives and Documentation Library of Riau Province". The purpose of this research is to find out the form of realization of cooperation and what are the obstacles faced by the Riau University Library with the Riau Province Archives and Documentation Library in the development of the Riau University library. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques using interviews. With the number of informants as many as 10 people. The results of data analysis show that the form of realization of collaboration with the Riau University library is collaborating with the Archives and Documentation Library of Riau Province, namely. Becoming a Member of the Suman HS Regional Library With the Electronic system, the collaboration has not been implemented. The obstacles faced by the Riau University Library and the Riau Province Documentation Archives Library are the change in the head of the library, lack of coordination between leaders, the application is not integrated, and the lack of experts on duty.

Abstract

The title of this research is the analysis of the subject of library collections at the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the Lancang Kuning University Library. The purpose of this study was to determine how the subject analysis in the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Lancang Kuning University Library. The method used is descriptive quantitative, with a sample of 867 collection titles in the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the Lancang Kuning University Library. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The results showed that from a total of 867 collections, a small part (7%) of collection subjects were in accordance with the principle of determining the subject specifically and directly, then out of a total of 867 collection titles, a small part (7%) of collection subjects were in accordance with the usability principle, then from a total of 867 the title of the collection a small part (6%) of the subject of the collection is in accordance with the principle of uniformity, then from a total of 867 titles of the collection a small part (4%) of the subject of the collection is in accordance with the principle of subdivision of physical form, then from a total of 867 titles of the collection a small part (3%) of the subject of the collection in accordance with the principle of a specific topic or aspect, then out of a total of 867 collection titles, a small portion (1%) of the subject of the collection is in accordance with the principle of geographical subdivision, then the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the Lancang Kuning University Library does not apply a collection of chronological subdivisions, further from a total of 84 the title of the collection there are 19 collections on the principle of biography a small part (23%) subj oak collections are in accordance with biographical principles, then out of a total of 175 collection titles there are 38 collections on the principles of language and literature, a small portion (22%) of collection subjects according to the principles of language and literature.

Abstract

This service activity aims to provide understanding and training to librarians and school administrators throughout Pekanbaru City. Associated with Archive and Archive issues. The common problem of partners is that the discovery of several librarians and school administrators in Pekanbaru City Middle City does not understand the importance of managing and maintaining records properly in accordance with applicable provisions such as Law no. 43 of 2009 concerning archiving The target of the results of this community service activity is to provide increased understanding and training for Librarians and Administration on how to manage archives and implement digital archive management in libraries and in schools. activities that can be carried out in the school library and provide an understanding of the importance of maintenance (archive preservation). The output produced according to this activity plan for proposers is in the form of scientific articles and enriching teaching materials. The method of implementing activities is counseling. The delivery of material is carried out by lecturers who are members of the team that propose community service activities.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilakukan atas dasar bahwa penulis tergerak setelah melakukan survey ke Kantor Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir, Penulis melihat masih belum terkelolanya arsip dengan baik dan juga sistem pengarsipan yang belum sesuai dengan standar. Dalam praktik pengelolaan arsip berbasis kertas, banyak permasalahan yang dihadapi, sehingga memberikan ruang pada media elektronik sebagai alternatif dalam pengelolaan arsip. Dalam terminologi kearsipan, media elektronik dikelompokan sebagai arsip media baru. Salah satu bentuk penyimpanan arsip media baru adalah media digital. Media digital biasanya memerlukan alat bantu berupa komputer, karena tidak dapat dibaca secara langsung. Arsip yang disimpan dalam bentuk digital dapat berupa gambar, suara, video, tulisan atau lainnya yang dapat dijadikan sebuah data dalam bentuk biner (binary), dapat diolah dalam program komputer dan disimpan dalam media penyimpanan data digital. Mudah-mudahan dengan adanya pengabdian ini akan menambah ketrampilan mereka dalam hal mendigitalisasikan Arsip dan penggelolaan Arsip dan sistem pengarsipan yang baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan Publik. Pengabdian ini akan dilaksanakan untuk Staff di Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir. Untuk mencapai target luaran kegiatan ini, maka metode yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan kepada mitra. Pelatihan yang diberikan adalah teknik tata cara mendigitalkan Arsip, pengelolaan dan pemberian motivasi untuk bisa memengelola Arsip dengan baik. Rancangan PKM : (1) Sebelum diberikan materi pelatihan peserta diberikan selembar kuesioner untuk melihat kemampuan dan pengetahuan peserta tentang Arsip Digital setelah itu peserta diajak untuk memahami pentingnya pelatihan ini sebagai bekal dalam meningkatkan ketrampilan dan (2) peserta diajak untuk praktik dengan dipandu oleh seorang instruktur yang sudah berpengalaman. (3) Pada tahap terakhir, setelah peserta memiliki ketrampilan dalam mendigitalkan Arsip dan mengelola kearsipan serta bagaimana tata cara penyusunan arsip difilling Kabinet selanjutnya mereka diberikan selembar kuesioner, dari hasil olahan kuesioner dapat dilihat bahwa kemampuan staf meningkat secara signifikan sebesar 64,62%, kemudian dari jumlah peserta yang ditargetkan 10 orang ternyata yang ikut 13 orang, ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini memang sangat diperlukan staf dalam pekerjaan sehari hari. Abstract

This service activity aims to provide understanding and training to Administrative Employees of Limbungan Village Office. A common problem with partners is that they do not have adequate skills in managing archives electronically. This service activity can improve the understanding and skills of the Administration employees in Limbungan Village Office. The outputs produced according to this activity plan are in the form of scientific articles. The method of implementing the activity is counseling. Submission of material is carried out by lecturers who are members of the team proposing community service activities. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the participants' understanding of electronic archives and their management using a system, where this system will also assist in the retrieval of these archives.

Abstract

Majalah Menyimak merupakan berkala sastra yang pernah terbit di Pekanbaru Riau pada rentang waktu 1992-1994. Menyimak bertahan terbit hingga delapan terbitan dan mesti terhenti karena masalah biaya produksi. Keberadaan Menyimak penting untuk dicatat. Penelitian ini adalah upaya untuk mencatat dan mengkaji Menyimak sebagai sebuah bagian dari kerja budaya di Riau pada era menjelang reformasi. Terdapat dua kerja dalam penelitian ini, pertama yaitu penelusuran bentuk fisik majalah dan proses digitalisasi dan kedua adalah penyajian isi dari majalah tersebut. Dari proses penelusuran, hanya berhasil ditemukan lima terbitan Menyimak dari total delapan terbitan. Terbitan yang masih perlu dicari adalah terbitan satu, dua dan empat. Dari segi telaah isi maka ditemukan pola dari setiap terbitan majalah tersebut yakni memberitakan khazanah sastra dunia, memberi ruang untuk para penulis lokal, membuka ruang untuk para penulis luar Riau, dan tetap menjaga ingatan pada akar sastra Riau dengan menyertakan bagian khusus untuk tokoh-tokoh Rusdyah Club. Kesimpulan yang kemudian peneliti peroleh bahwa majalah ini adalah sebuah bentuk gerakan intelektual di Riau di tengah isu desantralisasi sebelum reformasi.
