Abstract

This study's goal was to describe how teachers in the Akidah Akhlak subject helped MTS sunan ampel krejengan students develop strong religious values. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology with specific steps. The findings demonstrated how important it was for teachers to teach Aqidah Aqidah classes to MTS students in order to establish religious values, given the modern environment's substantial impact on kids. The lecture technique and habituation method are the methods the teacher uses to teach aqeedah morals. The method for understanding the significance of teaching pupils about aqidah morality is reviewed, particularly those that have been used at MTS Sunan Ampel Krejengan in the Probolinggo area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan krativitas anak usia dini di RA Islamiyah dengan menggunakan bahan alam. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 16 orang siswa kelompok B terdiri dari 9 siswa perempuan dan 7 siswa laki-laki. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada prasiklus hanya 2 anak yang berkembang sangat baik atau 12,5%, pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan menjadi 6 anak yang berkembang sangat baik atau 37,5%, dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan anak yang berkembang sangat baik sebanyak 13 orang atau 81,2%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa dengan menggunakan media bahan alam dapat meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia dini di RA Islamiyah.

Abstract

The objectives of this research is to know the difference of moral reasoning between boys and girls perceived from authoritarian, authoritative and permissive parents. The subjects of this research were 81 students at primary school of Al Falah Sei Mencirim Kutalimbaru Sumatera Utara. The data of the study was collected by using two scales, they are Moral Reasoning scale and parenting style scale. Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was applied to analyze the data, which resulted that parenting styles and gender interact each other in affecting moral reasoning (F : 5,580; p = 0.006 < 0.05), and it means that there is a difference of moral reasoning among boys and girls perceived from authoritarian, authoritative and permissive parenting styles. Based on the finding above, it is suggested that educators should develop suitable teaching strategy which may enhance positive developmental aspects by avoiding sex stereotypes; encouraging to be independent and take a risk; and guiding in problem solving. It is suggested too that parents should avoid different parenting between boys and girls and help them to make moral decision properly so the can avoid social adapting problems.

Abstract

IntroductionInfluencer marketing on social media has gained widespread attention for its ability to enhance promotional effectiveness by leveraging the authenticity and credibility of influencers. However, concerns about transparency, especially related to sponsorship disclosures, along with the credibility of influencers and businesses—particularly micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs)—require deeper investigation, especially in emerging local markets.ObjectivesThis study investigates how sponsorship disclosure (explicit, implicit, or none), influencer credibility, and MSME credibility affect consumer perceptions and promotional effectiveness on social media. Additionally, the study examines the mediating role of consumer trust in these relationships within the context of MSMEs in Palopo City.MethodA quantitative approach utilizing a structured survey was employed. Data were collected from 133 active social media users in Palopo City who had experience interacting with influencer promotional content. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through SmartPLS software was used to analyze both direct and indirect effects among the study variables.ResultsFindings revealed that influencer credibility exhibited the strongest positive influence on promotional effectiveness, followed by MSME credibility and explicit sponsorship disclosure. Consumer trust significantly mediated these relationships, enhancing the overall impact of sponsorship disclosure, influencer credibility, and MSME credibility on promotional effectiveness.ImplicationsThe results underscore the importance for MSMEs to collaborate strategically with credible influencers and maintain transparency in sponsorship disclosures. Such practices can substantially increase consumer trust and, consequently, the effectiveness of promotional campaigns. Additionally, these findings highlight the necessity of regulatory support for transparent advertising practices.Originality/NoveltyThis research extends existing literature by exploring influencer marketing dynamics within a local MSME context, specifically examining how transparency in sponsorship disclosure, coupled with influencer and MSME credibility, influence promotional outcomes through consumer trust.

Abstract

Linguistic intelligence is the ability to organize thoughts clearly and be able to use them competently through words to express thoughts in speaking, reading and writing. This study aims to find out the effect of story-reading on the development of linguistic intelligence in early childhood, especially in Ra Al-WasliyahJl. Asahan Km. 17 woke up. This research was conducted at RA Al - Wasliyah jl. Asahan km. 17 Wake up. On March 6 - March 8, 2023. This research uses the type of Classroom Action Research (Teacher PTK) which is research conducted in the classroom using an action to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process in order to obtain better results than before. From the results of the study it was found that story-reading had several positive influences on increasing linguistic intelligence, namely: (1) early childhood knew and understood new vocabulary (2) understood the plot of a story (3) arranged words to convey the implied message of a story. In conclusion, that storyreading can have an influence on the development of linguistic intelligence in early childhood.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of the savings and loan cooperatives Karya Samaturu Kendari City. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The data processed is the financial statements of the savings and loan cooperatives of Samaturu in the 2021 Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Report. The data collection techniques used are documentation techniques and library techniques. Technical analysis of the data used in this research is quantitative with the formula: Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, Profitability Ratio. The results showed that in general the financial performance of the Karya Samaturu Savings and Loan Cooperative, Kendari City, was good in managing the finances of the Samaturu Cooperative. This can be seen from the results of the calculation of the Liquidity Ratio categorized as very good, namely 228.5% where the standard is at a value of 200-250% (very good). The first Solvency Ratio measured using the Debt to Asset Ratio shows a good value, namely from Rp. 100.00 cooperative assets, 40.45% are financed by debt and 59.55% are financed by capital where the standard is > 40% - 50% ( good), the second Solvency Ratio measured using the Debt to Equity Ratio shows a very good value, namely every Rp. 62.94 of debt is guaranteed by Rp. 100.00 of invested capital, where the standard is at <70% (very good). And the first Profitability Ratio measured using Return on Assets shows a fairly good value, namely 5.99%, meaning that every Rp. 1.00 of total cooperative assets can generate a profit of Rp. 0.0599 where the standard is at 3% - <7% ( pretty good). The second is the Profitability Ratio measured using Return on Equity which shows a fairly good value of 11.19% meaning, every Rp. 1.00 of own capital the cooperative can generate a profit of Rp. 0.0112. Where is the standard 9% - <15% (good enough). The third is the Profitability Ratio measured using the Net Profit Margin showing an unfavorable value of 2.48%. That is, every Rp. 1.00 of income generates a net profit (SHU) of Rp. 0.0248. And is at the standard 1% - <5% (not good). Because the higher the NPM, the cooperative is considered efficient

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sampah anorganik, khususnya botol plastik, sebagai media tanam alternatif dalam budidaya tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA) guna mewujudkan Green area di UPT SPF SDN Mangasa. Pengelolaan sampah anorganik merupakan permasalahan serius di lingkungan sekolah, dan pendekatan ini diharapkan mampu mengurangi limbah sekaligus menciptakan ruang hijau yang bermanfaat bagi pendidikan dan kesehatan siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan beberapa tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi program, pengumpulan dan modifikasi botol plastik, penyiapan media tanam, penanaman bibit tanaman obat, serta implementasi Green area. Penanaman dilakukan pada botol plastik yang telah dimodifikasi sebagai pot dengan media campuran tanah dan pupuk organik. Siswa dan guru dilibatkan aktif dalam seluruh proses, mulai dari pengumpulan sampah hingga perawatan tanaman di Green area. Botol plastik efektif digunakan sebagai media tanam alternatif, terutama bagi tanaman obat seperti jahe dan lidah buaya yang menunjukkan pertumbuhan signifikan. Meskipun beberapa tanaman seperti kunyit dan sereh membutuhkan perawatan khusus terkait kelembapan, secara keseluruhan penggunaan botol plastik berhasil memberikan solusi praktis dan ramah lingkungan dalam upaya penghijauan sekolah. Implementasi Green area juga berhasil meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan lingkungan dan memberikan dampak positif bagi suasana belajar serta kualitas udara di sekolah.
