Abstract

Good quality curriculum is very important to create highly competitive graduates, thereby it require curriculum review regularly to adjust recent health insurance institutions needs based on graduates users needs particularly at the Diploma Program of Health Insurance STIKIM. The research aims to understand the implementation and relevance of the diploma program curriculum in health insurance at the health insurance education institutions. We used a qualitative method by interviewing 5 informants who consists of the Head of Health Insurance Diploma Program STIKIM, 1 lecturer, 1 alumni, 1 student, and 1 graduate user, and then the data were analyzed using Bogdan and Biklen model. The result showed curriculum implementation of Health Insurance Diploma Degree STIKIM 2010 academix year still relevant to the expected measure, this reflected from alumni is easier getting a job in their respective field. However, there are still weakness in the implementation of the curriculum such as internship program for final year student is still limited due to lack of cooperation with government and private sectors. This study concluded that curriculum of Health Insurance Diploma Program STIKIM 2010 academic year is still relevant to the to the needs of graduates users, so for now it is no needs to update the curriculum of Health Insurance Diploma Program STIKIM 2010 academic year.

Abstract

It requires an application that can help the queue, the recording process, the storage process and payment of medical record data. The purpose of this study is to examine the development of an Android and web-based Pusat Jantung Nasional Harapan Kita (PJNHK) application system at the general polyclinic outpatient registration. This type of research is qualitative research and development. The informants of this study were SIMRS information technology officer, person in charge of patient admission, and outpatient polyclinic patients. This research was conducted in October - December 2019 at the Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah Harapan Kita Hospital in Jakarta. Android-based application system development consists of improving patient validation and confirmation of registration via WhatsApp, dynamic and attractive display, information presented updates, easier doctor appointments with special features can see photos of doctors, doctor schedules that display doctor profiles, can see info bed, appointment cancellation feature, see the patient's status on the Electronic Medical Record, and see the patient's prescription drug status on E-Prescription. Whereas the development of a web-based application system consists of improving patient validation and confirmation of registration via WhatsApp, dynamic and attractive display, information presented updates, easier doctor appointments with special features can see photos of doctors, doctor schedules that display doctor profiles, can see bed info, and agreement cancellation features. It is hoped that hospitals will continue to develop Android and web-based PJNHK application systems for services that are more effective and efficient and of high quality, such as in the future information is added about whether the doctor is on leave or not and there is a quick notification when doctors cancel their service practices. Keywords: development; system; application; Android; web ABSTRAK Dibutuhkannya sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu proses antrian, proses pencatatan, proses penyimpanan serta pembayaran data rekam medis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pengembangan sistem aplikasi berbasis android dan web Pusat Jantung Nasional Harapan Kita (PJNHK) di tempat pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan poliklinik umum. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif dengan penelitian dan pengembangan. Informan penelitian ini adalah petugas informasi teknologi SIMRS, penanggungjawab tempat penerimaan pasien, dan pasien poliklinik rawat jalan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober – Desember 2019 di Rumah Sakit Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah Harapan Kita Jakarta. Pengembangan sistem aplikasi berbasis android terdiri dari Perbaikan validasi pasien dan konfirmasi pendaftaran via whatsapp, tampilan dinamis dan menarik, informasi yang disajikan update, perjanjian ke dokter yang lebih mudah dengan fitur khusus dapat melihat foto dokter, jadwal dokter yang menampilkan profile dokter, dapat melihat info tempat tidur, fitur pembatalan perjanjian, melihat status pasien pada Electronic Medical Record, dan melihat status resep obat pasien pada E-Resep. Sedangkan pengembangan sistem aplikasi berbasis web terdiri dari Perbaikan validasi pasien dan konfirmasi pendaftaran via whatsapp, tampilan dinamis dan menarik, informasi yang disajikan update, perjanjian ke dokter yang lebih mudah dengan fitur khusus dapat melihat foto dokter, jadwal dokter yang menampilkan profile dokter, dapat melihat info tempat tidur, danfitur pembatalan perjanjian. Diharapkan rumah sakit untuk senantiasa terus mengembangkan sistem aplikasi berbasis android dan web PJNHK guna pelayanan yang lebih efektif dan efisien serta bermutu, seperti kedepannya ditambahkan informasi mengenai status dokter apakah cuti atau tidak dan adanya pemberitahuan yang cepat bila dokter membatalkan praktik pelayanannya. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung serta besarannya motivasi kerja, beban kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala ruangan terhadap produktivitas kerja perawat ruang rawat inap di RS Bhineka Bhakti Husada (BBH) Tangerang Selatan 2014. Penelitian ini berfokus pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja perawat di ruang rawat inap di rumah sakit. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional pada 80 orang perawat ruang rawat inap RS BBH yang diperoleh dengan tehnik total sampling. Hasil uji koefisien parameter antara beban kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh langsung sebesar 15,57%, sedangkan untuk pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 2,17%. Hasil lainnya antara motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh langsung sebesar 26,77%. Hasil uji koefisien parameter antara kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh langsung sebesar 27,90%, sedangkan untuk pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 8,22%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa variabel produktivitas dipengaruhi oleh beban kerja, kepemimpinan, dan motivasi secara stimultan sebesar 80,63%.

Abstract

The strategic decision-making model at the University of Indonesia Maju (UIMA) needs to be known because there is a change in form from the Indonesian Advanced College of Health Sciences (STIKIM) to UIMA based on the Decree of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology No. 0302/E1/KB.01.00/2022 dated January 17, 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategic decision-making model at the University of Indonesia Maju (UIMA). The research method used is qualitative research with a case study design. The data analysis method is based on the Miles and Huberman model, which provides directions for the sequence of data analysis activities with several steps, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. This study lasted for (4) four months with 7 (seven) informants. The results of the study showed that UIMA leaders used the Organizational Process Model strategic decision-making. The suggestion from the results of this study is that there should be a special day used for management meetings in making strategic decisions that have an impact on the survival of UIMA.
