Abstract

Big Book is an especially characterized storybook that being enlarged, both the text and the pictures and designed as interesting as possible so it could motivate the students in learning the lesson in school. Big Book media in this research was developed based on local wisdom in Baduy as the effort to introduce the local wisdom values in Baduy custom area, so it may grow the love towards the local custom. The benefit of using the local wisdom based Big Book is the teacher can easily interest the students to focus on the story that will be read and make it easier for the students in understanding the material because the contents of the material are related directly to the student’s daily life. From the data that have been gathered, there are 79.7% to learning material expert validation and 83.41% to learning media validation. So, it can be concluded that Big Book media is appropriate to be used in the learning process.

Abstract

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pengembangan media pembelajaran Augmented Reality di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan yang tujuannya adalah mengetahui kelayakan, mengetahui peningkatan, dan mengetahui respon siswa terhadap suatu produk. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada siswa kelas V SDN Serdang Kulon IV yang ada di Kabupaten Tangerang. Data yang digunakan berupa wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes. Pelaksanaan penelitian mengikuti model pengembangan ADDIE. Pertama, tahap analisis meliputi analisis kebutuhan, kurikulum dan materi. Kedua, tahap perancangan desain pembuatan media. Ketiga, tahap pengembangan media pembelajaran. Keempat, tahap implementasi atau uji coba produk. Kelima, tahap evaluasi. Dari hasil validitas produk dan berdasarkan masukan dari ahli, kemudian dilakukan revisi terhadap produk yang dikembangkan. Berdasarkan hasil validasi para ahli, didapatkan bahwa media Augmented Reality mendapatkan kategori “Sangat Layak” untuk digunakan. Diperoleh kesimpulan penguasaan materi siswa meningkat dilihat dari hasil N-Gain yang termasuk kriteria “Sedang”, serta peningkatan nilai rata-rata yang termasuk kategori “Baik”. Lalu didapatkan respon siswa yang termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Positif” terhadap media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the improvement of school quality through student management at Elementary School Banjarsari 4. Descriptive qualitative method is the research method used in this study. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. So the results of this study show that all schools implement student management starting with planning, organizing, fostering and developing, evaluating and organizing graduates. This application will have an impact on improving the quality of schools in academic and nonacademic aspects

Abstract

Management means organizing, carrying, or directing. Management carried out in schools is certainly closely related to the management of students. Student management is an effort to provide services that are provided as well as possible to students from the beginning of entering school to graduation to help the growth and development of students. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the management of students in SD Islam An-Nur. In conducting research, researchers use a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results showed that the management of participants at SD Islam An-Nur had been carried out very well and planned. This can be seen through the management process starting from planning, acceptance, placement, coaching, to evaluation that has been carried out in a structured manner. In its management, the school has prioritized the needs of students and involved all elements in the school to the parents of students to take part so that student management in the school can be carried out properly and optimally

Abstract

This study aims to increase student interest in class VI by using interactive media based on Adobe Flash at SDN Kota Baru. The research method used by the author is the research and development method or Research and Development (R&D) which is the method used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. With seven stages: problem analysis, data collection, product design, product design validation, product revision, product testing, and final results. To prove the media from Adobe Flash interactive media, validation tests were carried out by media experts and material experts. After testing the product, the subject of this research is class VI SDN Kota Baru students. Based on the validation, it was stated that Adobe Flash interactive learning media was "very feasible" to be used. Validation carried out by media experts obtained a percentage value of 86% and material experts 94% who were in the "very feasible" category and the respondents given by students received 91.4 presentations. % that fall into the “very good” category. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that Adobe Flash interactive media is "very suitable for use in science learning".

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the improvement of critical thinking skills through the application of the every one is a teacher here learning method for class V students in science learning at SDN Sindang Mandi. This research was conducted in six meetings, one pre-test, four lessons and one post-test. The subjects of this research were all class V of SDN Sindang Mandi. This research is experimental research and data collection techniques use tests and non-tests. This research's data analysis technique uses data from pre-test and post-test results and N-Gain to determine the increase in critical thinking skills in both classes. The research results showed an increase in students' critical thinking skills through the N-Gain test in the experimental class, with an average value of 0.6713 > 0.3493 in the control class. From these results it can be said that the every one is a teacher here method has a higher percentage of learning improvement than conventional methods in terms of critical thinking abilities.

Abstract

When learning is in the 21st century and technological developments are increasingly rapid, students are required to have 4C skills to face future challenges, one of the skills needed is critical thinking skills. Through education and learning is one provision for developing these skills, including through the application of the STEAM learning approach. This research aims to determine learning planning using the STEAM approach, the process of implementing learning using the STEAM approach and how students critical thinking skills use the STEAM approach. This research uses a qualitative approach, a descriptive method, where data collection uses data in the form of words and image. The results of the research show that the learning activities using the STEAM learning approach carried out by the teacher run according to the plans prepared in the RPP and carry out learning in accordance with the STEAM stages. The application of STEAM learning helps teachers develop critical thinking skills in students. Train students to form their own knowledge and solve problems during learning activities for class III students at SDIT Raudhatul Jannah.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of implementing the project-based learning model in grade 5 students at SDN Malangnengah 01 and to determine the increase in students' conceptual understanding of the ecosystem theme through the project-based learning model in grade 5 SDN Malangnengah 01. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type Classroom Action Research which was carried out on 10 grade 5 students at SDN Malangnengah 01 in the odd semester of 2023. Data collection used observation, interviews and tests. The results of the research explain that: 1) the process of implementing the project-based learning model for grade 5 students at SDN Malangnengah 01 goes through 6 stages, namely problem recognition, determining basic questions/collecting information, designing product plans, preparing production schedules, monitoring student activity and product development, testing the results and finally the evaluation and reflection stage. Students can complete the project in 2 cycles, however in this case there are several notes such as incomplete student attendance, some still look lethargic and lack enthusiasm; 2) The project-based learning model can improve the understanding of science concepts for grade 5 students at SDN Malangnengah. This is known from the comparison of students' understanding of science concepts in each cycle which has increased significantly. In the pre-cycle, there were 3 students in the complete category with a percentage of 30%. After conducting classroom action research using a project-based learning model, this increased to 6 students with a percentage of 60% in cycle I, then experienced an increase again in cycle II. to 10 students or in other words reaching a percentage of 100%.

Abstract

This research and development aims to describe the development process, feasibility and students' responses to snake and ladder augmented reality (SLAR) media in the science and sciences subject on the topic of plant reproduction in class IV elementary school. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research method with the ADDIE development model. This research uses data collection techniques of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive analysis based on Likert and Guttman scales with interpretation referring to Riduwan's criteria. The subjects in this research were 30 class IV students at SDN Serang 3 for the 2024/2025 academic year.  Based on the results of the product validation assessment, media expert validation obtained an average score of 86.87% with the criteria "very feasible", material expert validation obtained an average score of 91.81% with the criteria "very feasible", and language expert validation obtained an average -average score 86.25% with "very feasible" criteria. So the overall percentage of product feasibility was 88.31% with very feasible criteria and student responses obtained a percentage of 99.44% with "very good" criteria. Thus, snake and ladder augmented reality (SLAR) media in the science and sciences subject on the topic of plant reproduction in class IV elementary school is very feasible and gets a very good response from students. So the media developed is very suitable for use in the learning process in class IV elementary schools.
