Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the improvement of critical thinking skills through the application of the every one is a teacher here learning method for class V students in science learning at SDN Sindang Mandi. This research was conducted in six meetings, one pre-test, four lessons and one post-test. The subjects of this research were all class V of SDN Sindang Mandi. This research is experimental research and data collection techniques use tests and non-tests. This research's data analysis technique uses data from pre-test and post-test results and N-Gain to determine the increase in critical thinking skills in both classes. The research results showed an increase in students' critical thinking skills through the N-Gain test in the experimental class, with an average value of 0.6713 > 0.3493 in the control class. From these results it can be said that the every one is a teacher here method has a higher percentage of learning improvement than conventional methods in terms of critical thinking abilities.

Abstract

When learning is in the 21st century and technological developments are increasingly rapid, students are required to have 4C skills to face future challenges, one of the skills needed is critical thinking skills. Through education and learning is one provision for developing these skills, including through the application of the STEAM learning approach. This research aims to determine learning planning using the STEAM approach, the process of implementing learning using the STEAM approach and how students critical thinking skills use the STEAM approach. This research uses a qualitative approach, a descriptive method, where data collection uses data in the form of words and image. The results of the research show that the learning activities using the STEAM learning approach carried out by the teacher run according to the plans prepared in the RPP and carry out learning in accordance with the STEAM stages. The application of STEAM learning helps teachers develop critical thinking skills in students. Train students to form their own knowledge and solve problems during learning activities for class III students at SDIT Raudhatul Jannah.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of implementing the project-based learning model in grade 5 students at SDN Malangnengah 01 and to determine the increase in students' conceptual understanding of the ecosystem theme through the project-based learning model in grade 5 SDN Malangnengah 01. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type Classroom Action Research which was carried out on 10 grade 5 students at SDN Malangnengah 01 in the odd semester of 2023. Data collection used observation, interviews and tests. The results of the research explain that: 1) the process of implementing the project-based learning model for grade 5 students at SDN Malangnengah 01 goes through 6 stages, namely problem recognition, determining basic questions/collecting information, designing product plans, preparing production schedules, monitoring student activity and product development, testing the results and finally the evaluation and reflection stage. Students can complete the project in 2 cycles, however in this case there are several notes such as incomplete student attendance, some still look lethargic and lack enthusiasm; 2) The project-based learning model can improve the understanding of science concepts for grade 5 students at SDN Malangnengah. This is known from the comparison of students' understanding of science concepts in each cycle which has increased significantly. In the pre-cycle, there were 3 students in the complete category with a percentage of 30%. After conducting classroom action research using a project-based learning model, this increased to 6 students with a percentage of 60% in cycle I, then experienced an increase again in cycle II. to 10 students or in other words reaching a percentage of 100%.

Abstract

This research and development aims to describe the development process, feasibility and students' responses to snake and ladder augmented reality (SLAR) media in the science and sciences subject on the topic of plant reproduction in class IV elementary school. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research method with the ADDIE development model. This research uses data collection techniques of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive analysis based on Likert and Guttman scales with interpretation referring to Riduwan's criteria. The subjects in this research were 30 class IV students at SDN Serang 3 for the 2024/2025 academic year.  Based on the results of the product validation assessment, media expert validation obtained an average score of 86.87% with the criteria "very feasible", material expert validation obtained an average score of 91.81% with the criteria "very feasible", and language expert validation obtained an average -average score 86.25% with "very feasible" criteria. So the overall percentage of product feasibility was 88.31% with very feasible criteria and student responses obtained a percentage of 99.44% with "very good" criteria. Thus, snake and ladder augmented reality (SLAR) media in the science and sciences subject on the topic of plant reproduction in class IV elementary school is very feasible and gets a very good response from students. So the media developed is very suitable for use in the learning process in class IV elementary schools.
