Abstract

This research aims to know the existence of pricing and promotion, influence the attitude of consumers against purchasing decisions through the brand image as intervening variable. The population of this research is that consumers do purchase decisions helbal medicine outlets Nyonya Meneer in East Semarang. Sampling by using acidental sampling technique, the number of respondents were 116 respondents. Data collection method used is the method of observation, and a questionnaire method. Path analysis Analyse the data using SPSS version 16. These results indicate that the promotions significantly influence purchase decisions through brand image for a total impact for 0.502, significantly influence the price of purchase  decisions through the brand image for a total of 0.421 and significantly influence the consumer attitudes of purchase  decisions through the brand image for a total of 0.214. The conclusions of this study proved that the brand image has a role as an intervening variable between promotions, price and consumer attitudes to purchase decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the existence of a Labor Social Security System that can provide motivation and loyalty to the company will increase which in turn will have a positive impact on work productivity and from the company will encourage companies to increase efficiency. Two things were raised as the focus of research. First, how is the Social Security System for Workers at PT. Fortuna Marina Sejahtera Palembang? Second, What Is the Review of the Shari'ah Economic Law Regarding the Labor Social Security System for Workers at PT. Fortuna Marina Sejahtera Palembang?. From the descriptions presented by various reviews, this study concludes that the Workforce Social Security System for Workers at PT. Fortuna Marina Sejahtera Palembang is a Workforce Social Security System for Workers at PT. Fortuna Marina Sejahtera Palembang runs based on the applicable law and also complies with Shari'ah economic law because in Shari'ah economic law social security is strongly recommended. Then Review of Syari'ah Economic Law on Workers' Social Security System for workers at PT. Fortuna Marina Sejahtera Palembang in all matters that provide protection in activities in accordance with Islamic sharia can be permitted, the prohibition that occurs is if safety is used not for welfare and safety that is applied in PT. Fortuna Marina Sejahtera Palembang Keywords: Social Security, Work Accident, BPJS Employment Penelitian ini di latar belakangi dengan adanya suatu Sistem Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja dapat memberikan motivasi dan kesetiaan pekerja terhadap perusahaan akan meningkat yang pada akan gilirannya akan berdampak positif terhadap produktivitas kerja dan dari sisi perusahaan akan mendorong perusahaan meningkatkan efisiensi. Dua hal yang diangkat sebagai fokus penelitian. Pertama, Bagaimana Sistem Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja Bagi Pekerja Di PT. Fortuna Marina Sejahtera Palembang?Kedua, Bagaimana Tinjauan Hukum Ekonomi Syari’ah Terhadap Sistem Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja Bagi Pekerja Di PT. Fortuna Marina Sejahtera Palembang?. Dari uraian-uraian yang disajikan berbagai tinjauan maka penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Sistem Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja Bagi Pekerja di PT. Fortuna Marina Sejahtera Palembang adalahSistem Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja Bagi Pekerja di PT. Fortuna Marina Sejahtera Palembang berjalan berdasarkan Undang-Undang yang berlaku dan sesuai juga dengan hukum ekonomi syari’ah karena didalam hokum ekonomi syari’ah jaminan sosial sangat di anjurkan untuk dilaksanakan.Kemudian Tinjauan Hukum Ekonomi Syari’ah terhadap Sistem Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja Bagi pekerja Di PT. Abstract

Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mendeskripsikan dari model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT). Tindakan penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X AP 2 di SMK Negeri 1 Pati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: NHT sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil tes evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I hasil nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 77 dan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 63% dengan nilai tertinggi 90, nilai terendah 65, serta banyaknya siswa yang tuntas 22 siswa dan sisanya 13 siswa yang tidak tuntas. Sedangkan analsis hasil tes evaluasi siswa pada siklus II, menunjukkan hasil nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 86 dan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 91% dengan nilai tertinggi 100, nilai terendah 75, serta banyaknya siswa yang tuntas 32 siswa dan 3 siswa yang tidak tuntas. Siswa memberikan respon yang positif pada pembelajaran NHT. The action research was selected as a research design. The subjects were students of class X AP 2 SMK Negeri 1 Pati. The result showed that: NHT was effective to increase the students outcomes. Analysis of test results obtained by students in the first cycle of evaluation, showed the average value of 77 and the percentage of students classical completeness by 63% with the highest value of 90, the lowest score of 65, and the number of students who pass the 22 students and the remaining 13 students who did not complete. While the analysis of the test results of evaluation of students in the second cycle, showed the average student is 86 and the percentage of classical completeness by 91% with the highest value of 100, the lowest value of 75, and the number of students who pass the 32 students and 3 students who do not complete. The students gave positive response to NHT.

Abstract

Learning is less interesting with conventional learning methods that still use learning media using books or images that have been printed out. The purpose of this research is to build an educational game application to increase children's motivation and understanding of Arabic language subjects. The research method used focuses on the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) method which consists of 6 stages. To developers who want to develop this Arabic Language Animal Recognition Educational Game, namely by adding some icons to make it more complete and designing a more attractive game display. Pembelajaran kurang menarik dengan metode pembelajaran masih konvensional yang masih menggunakan media ajar dengan menggunakan buku atau gambar yang sudah diprint out. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi game edukasi untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman anak pada mata pelajaran bahasa Arab. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berfokus pada Metode Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) yang terdiri dari 6 tahapan. Game Edukasi Pengenalan Hewan Berbahasa Arab ini dibuat untuk membuat pengetahuan siswa yang ada di sekolah SDIT Annajiyah Kota Lubuk Linggau terhadap hewan berbahasa Arab dapat meningkat. Kepada pengembang yang ingin mengembangkan Game Edukasi Pengenalan Hewan Berbahasa Arab ini yaitu dengan menambahkan beberapa icon agar lebih lengkap serta mendesain tampilan Game yang lebih menarik lagi.

Abstract

A comprehensive review of Means Ends Analysis (MEA) impact on mathematical problem-solving skills has not been studied extensively, As a result, few teachers are aware of the benefits that this approach has for children. This meta-analysis study was conducted to assess the overall impact of teaching students to solve mathematical problems using the MEA approach. Empirical information was obtained from URL links, Semantic Scholar, and Google Scholar. The search produced 18 articles that were written between 2009 and 2023. 18 items were eligible for analysis because they met the inclusion criteria. In the analysis tool, a random estimation model and Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (CMA) software are both utilized. The outcomes showed that the overall effect size of the study was 0.920. These results imply that the use of the MEA has a significant impact on students' mathematical problem-solving skills. After examining the moderator variables, it was found that the MEA model was successful when considering student sample sizes, but not when considering the educational level and demographics of the students. The application of MEA in enhancing students' mathematical problem-solving should be employed more frequently, particularly in elementary schools, according to this meta-analysis study's advice to Indonesian math teachers.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKeinginan mempercantik diri dapat menggunakan produk kecantikan salah satunya kosmetik. Selain pada wajah kosmetik juga digunakan pada rambut. Salah satu kosmetik untuk rambut adalah hair tonic. Pada usia remaja akan mengalami beberapa masalah rambut seperti rambut rontok dan ketombe. Penyebab rambut rontok pada remaja biasanya akibat pengaruh hormon selama masa pubertas. Hair tonic (penyegar rambut) merupakan sediaan kosmetik berbentuk cair yang merupakan campuran bahan kimia dan atau bahan alami lainnya yang digunakan untuk membantu menguatkan, memperbaiki pertumbuhan dan menjaga kondisi rambut. Penggunaan lidah buaya bermanfaat untuk mengatasi kerontokan, melebatkan dan menumbuhkan rambut. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman anak-anak tentang. Hair Tonic Lidah Buaya (Aloe vera L) sebagai perawatan rambut degan upaya pencegahan rambut rontok pada anak-anak di Panti Asuhan Kemala Puji Bandar Lampung. Metode kegitatan ini adalah sosialisai serta pengisian kuisioner sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Dari hasil analisis terkait dengan posttest dan pretest, diperoleh informasi bahwa rata-rata pengetahuan anak-anak terkait dengan pemanfaatan lidah buaya sebagai bahan alami untuk pembuatan hair tonic di Panti Asuhan Kemala Puji Bandar Lampung sebelum dilakukannya penyuluhan adalah 49.67%. Setelah dilakukannya penyuluhan diperoleh rata-rata penilaian sebesar 91,61%. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan kenaikan yang menjadi penanda keberhasilan penyusun dalam melakukan penyuluhan. Kata Kunci : Penyuluhan, Hair Tonic, Lidah Buaya
