Abstract

The role of sharia cooperatives includes building and developing the potential and abilities of members of the istighosah and tahlil congregations and society in general to improve their socio-economic welfare. In addition, sharia cooperatives can act as a center for Muamalah activities aimed at implementing and developing the national economy based on the principle of kinship and economic democracy. The rise of usury in Muamalah, especially in terms of credit and investment, as well as big businesses that dominate the economy make it difficult for small traders to develop and compete. This causes a decline in the economic level of society. Sharia cooperatives have great potential, both in terms of human resources and other supports, but there are still many sharia cooperatives that do not function optimally. The results of this study indicate that the istighosah-based Islamic Cooperative Society was established with the aim of strengthening ukhuwah Islamiyah, the spirit of mutual cooperation, and increasing the welfare and prosperity of the community. So far, this sharia cooperative has done a lot to meet the needs of its members and improve the economy, most of whom are congregations of Istighosah and Tahlil Tanjungsari Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the management used by ustad sarang in da'wah in tanjungsari village, so that da'wah can continue to exist in the community. The method used in this study is a descriptive method using qualitative data, to reveal that ustad sarung Tanjungsari Wanasar village, Brebes Regency preaches using management, for data collection. The author uses data collection tools with interviews, observations and documentation, while the analysis uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study showed that Ustad Sarung was an Ustad who graduated from Salafiyah (traditional) pesantren. and use management so that da'wah activities can run well in terms of time and place of recitation so that the community as pilgrims are able to carry out recitation activities without obstacles, because Ustad Sarung himself has many activities both da'wah and as community leaders, starting from the daily routine of da'wah, which is weekly, and monthly, not to mention events outside the schedule that are sometimes sudden. With da'wah management which includes planning, organizing, mobilizing, and evaluating, the recitation at the home of the mothers of Tanjungsari Village, Wanasari District, Brebes Regency can run as expected.

Abstract

The background of this research is the rise of the business world in the global era. The more new business openings, the tighter the competition will be. In order for companies to be able to introduce their products to the market, it is necessary to do marketing through advertising activities. This is like what Gallery Elzatta Kudaile Slawi has done.Of the many existing advertising activities, it must be adapted to business ethics in Islam so as not to disappoint consumers. So based on the background above, the research that you want to study is: 1) What are the advertising strategies that are adapted to Islamic business ethics? (2) How do Gallery Elzatta Kudaile Slawi's advertisements influence purchasing decisions? (3) To what extent do Gallery Elzatta Kudaile Slawi's advertisements affect purchasing decisions?This research consists of Advertising Variables (X) and Purchasing Decision Variables (Y). This research is included in the category of correlational study with a quantitative approach. Intake of research subjects using cluster random sampling technique, namely as many as 83 consumers of Gallery Elzatta Kudaile Slawi. For data collection techniques, researchers used interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses the classic assumption test -normality test and hypothesis testing in the form of simultaneous F test, Coefficient of Determination test (R2), and Partial t test.Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained, it is known that there is an influence from the advertising activities carried out by Gallery Elzatta Kudaile Slawi on consumer purchasing decisions, so that consumers are interested in buying products at the Elzatta Kudaile Slawi GalleryOf the many existing advertising activities, it must be adapted to business ethics in Islam so as not to disappoint consumers. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku bibit bawang merah di desa Dukuhwringin Brebes. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan kenyataan di lapangan, sikap para petani terhadap penggunaan benih bawang merah lokal dari desa dukuhwringin tidak dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman berusaha tani tetapi dipengaruhi oleh bukti yang telah dilihat dilingkungan sawah dan lingkungan rumah sekitarnya petani bawang merah. Petani cenderung mengamati dan menilai hasil dari petani lain yang telah lebih dahulu menggunakan benih bawang merah local desa dukuhwringin. Setelah mengetahui keunggulan benih bawang merahlocal dibandingkan benih impor, maka mereka baru tertarik untuk menggunakan benih local dukuhwringin kecamatan wanasari kabupaten brebes. sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian petani dalam memilih benih bawang merah dukuhwringin adalah kualitas bibit yang sudah teruji bagus, banyaknya variasi pilihan bibit bawang merah, serta harga yang bisa di negosiasi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa benih bawang merah dukuhwringin memiliki lebih banyak keunggulan dibandingkan dengan benih impor atau yang berasal dari daerah lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi adanya kasus peminjaman uang yang tidak sesuai dengan ekonomi syariah dimana peminjam uang dikenakan bunga atau dalam istilah syariah adalah riba (Rentenir). Dalam observasi awal yang dilakukan oleh peneliti kasus ini dikarenakan tidak terdapat adanya lembaga keuangan formal baik bank maupun nonbank pada wilayah tersebut dan kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang literasi keuangan terhadap ekonomi syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat literasi masyarakat Kecamatan Slawi Kabupaten Tegal tentang ekonomi syariah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi penelitian seluruh masyarakat Kecamatan Slawi Kabupaten Tegal sebanyak 76.493 orang. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik sampel secara acak (simple random sampling). Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa Literasi masyarakat Kecamatan Slawi Kabupaten Tegal terhadap ekonomi syariah adalah masih terbatas pada engetahuan dan pemahaman terhadap istilah-istilah yang sering ditemui atau sering itemukan prakteknya ditengah masyarakat seperti bank konvensional dan bank syariah, riba, asuransi syariah, pegadaian syariah serta koperasi syariah. Sementara untuk istilah-istilah yang jarang di temui seperti saham syariah, sukuk dan reksadana syariah juga hanya diketahui dan dipahami oleh orang tertentu saja. Perlu ada upaya meingkatkan literasi masyarakat tentang ekonomi syariah yang dapat dilakukan melalui sosialisasi mengenai beragam kegiatan yang diperbolehkan dan dilarang dalam ekonomi islam. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar masyarakat dapat melakukan berbagai kegiatan ekonomi yang sesuai dengan syariat islam

Abstract

An auction is a form of public sale of goods conducted openly to the public, with bidding prices that increase or decrease to reach the highest price. Bids can be submitted in writing or orally, and they are preceded by prior notification of the upcoming auction. The auctions conducted by Kospin Gama and KSPPS BMT KMA take place at the Office of State Property and Auction Services (KPKNL) through a website. Prior to conducting the auction, Kospin Gama and KSPPS BMT KMA provide advance notice to debtors. If there is no ability to settle the debt, an auction is conducted. The purpose of this study is to understand how the auction process is carried out and to compare the auctions conducted by Kospin Gama and KSPPS BMT KMA. In this research, the researcher employs field research methodology using a qualitative approach. Data is collected through interviews and documentation in the form of sound recordings. The research findings conclude that there are several differences in the process of auctioning collateralized properties conducted by Kospin Gama and KSPPS BMT KMA: a) Mechanism of Auction Price Determination, b) Notification of Auction Information to Customers, c) Utilization of Excess Funds from Auction Proceeds

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to analyze the differences in financial performance of Islamic bank by using the income statement approach and value added approach on financial ratios. Financial ratios used consisted of ROA, ROE, the ratio between the total net income by total earning assets, NPM, and BOPO. Object used in this research is PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Tegal. The population of this research is the financial statements PT. BMI Cabang Tegal, while the sample was consolidated financial statements year 2015-2017 for each of Income Statement Approach and Value Added Approach. Analysis tool used to prove the hypothesis of this study is an independent sample t-test. The results showed that the average financial ratio (ROA, ROE, net profit ratio of productive assets, and NPM) there are significant differences between the Income Statement Approach and Value Added Approach, while the BOPO ratio between the Income Statement Approach and the Value Added Approach there is not a difference. But when viewed in the overall level of profitability shows that there are significant differences between the Income Statement Approach and Value Added Approach.

Abstract

The philosophy of philanthropy has a major impact on the development of the Islamic economy in the modern era of globalization. This research method is qualitative library using a narrative approach. As for data collection techniques, it's orientation and exploration. The result of this research is that the truth of truth can be used as a concrete or abstract word. If the subject wants to tell the truth, it means that the proposition is true. Then there are the theories of the truths of philosophy, namely the theory of coherence, performative theory, consensus theory and correspondence theory. The truth has two main roles in the development of the Islamic economy. First, to formulate and conceive a new Islamic economic theory. Second, to test and evaluate the Islamic economy theory empirically.

Abstract

The ontological foundations of science in the western and Islamic views have differences. This has an impact on different classifications of science. One of the Muslim philosophers who classified science was al-Farabi.  This article aims to review or explain the ontological foundations of Science in Islamic and Western views, and the herarchy of existence according to al-Farabi. The study in this study uses qualitative methods, the source of data is in the form of ideas from Al-Farabi, which are obtained from secondary sources in the form of books, journals, and scientific articles.  Based on the results of this research, it was revealed that in the Islamic view ontological studies are not only limited to physical-empirical matters so that the classification of science according to al-Farabi includes all parts of both the physical and metaphysical fields. One of the important points of the classification of sciences according to al-Farabi's view is that he has classified sciences that depart from the division of the hierarchy of maujudat (ontological status) at 4 (four) levels, namely: Allah, as obligatory al-being, then angels, celestial bodies (celestial) and earth bodies (terrestrial). Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari adanya aturan Surat EdaranDirektur Jenderal Pendidikan Islam Nomor 697/03/2020 tanggal 26Maret 2020 tentang Perubahan atas Surat Edaran Direktur JenderalPendidikan Islam Nomor 657/03/2020 tentang Upaya PencegahanPenyebaran Covid-19 (Corona) di Lingkungan Perguruan TinggiKegamaan Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuiefektivitas dari penggunaan media pembelajaran online yangdigunakan selama perkuliahan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa IBN Tegal.Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 178 mahasiswa dari total populasisebanyak 300 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif denganpendekatan survei, teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah menghitung jumlah jawaban responden darisetiap pernyataan.
