Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of this classroom action research departs from the background of the need for renewal in teaching and learning activities both carried out by teachers and by students, especially those aimed at finding out the effectiveness of In House Training Techniques as an Effort to Improve Teacher Competence in Preparing RPP and Teaching and Learning Activities at SDN 016501 Pulo Bandring Kec. Pulo Bandring TP. 2019/2020; The school action research was conducted at SDN 016501 Pulo Bandring. The subjects of this study were teachers of SDN 016501 Pulo Bandring, data were collected through observation, interviews, tests, and study documentation. Through training activities scientifically proven to improve teacher competence in compiling syllabus and lesson plans at SDN 016501 Pulo Bandring Kec. Pulo Bandring. This is evidenced by the increase in the number of good teacher syllabi from 31% to 83% after academic supervision. In addition, the number of good quality RPPs also increased from 31% to 89%. Keywords: In House Training; teacher competence, teaching and learning activities  Abstrak: Dilaksanakannya penelitian tindakan kelas ini berangkat dari latar belakang perlunya pembaruan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar baik yang dilakukan oleh guru maupun oleh siswa khususnya yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Tehnik In House Training Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru Dalam Menyusun RPP dan Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar di SDN 016501 Pulo Bandring Kec. Pulo Bandring TP. 2019/2020; Penelitian tindakan sekolah dilaksanakan di SDN 016501 Pulo Bandring. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru SDN 016501 Pulo Bandring, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, test, dan study dokumentasi. Melalui Kegiatan Pelatihan terbukti secara ilmiah dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun silabus dan RPP di SDN 016501 Pulo Bandring Kec. Pulo Bandring. Ini terbukti dengan meningkatnya jumlah silabus guru yang baik dari 31% menjadi 83% setelah supervise akademik. Selain itu jumlah RPP yang berkualitas baik juga meningkat dari 31% menjadi 89%. Kata Kunci: In House Training; Kompetensi Guru, kegiatan belajar mengajar

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the dilemma of racial justice that arises in the enforcement of capital punishment in various contemporary legal systems. Although legal principles mandate justice and equality before the law, the enforcement of capital punishment often reflects glaring racial imbalance. This study analyzes the factors causing racial disparities in the application of capital punishment, as well as its impact on public trust in the legal system. The research also investigates various reform efforts that have been proposed or implemented to address the issue of racial justice in the enforcement of capital punishment. Referring to various reports, studies, and official sources from Indonesia, it can be concluded that urgent reforms are needed to address this dilemma. Measures such as racial awareness training for legal professionals, increased access to legal aid, and a review of law enforcement policies are key to improving racial justice and rebuilding public trust in the justice system. Thus, this analysis not only provides a deeper understanding of racial justice issues in the context of capital punishment in Indonesia but also highlights the efforts needed to create a fairer, more inclusive legal system respected by all members of society.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes to society, particularly in the behavior and morality of the younger generation. The development of information and communication technology, especially social media, has become an inseparable part of students' lives, while simultaneously presenting new challenges for Islamic educational institutions in fulfilling their role in character formation. This study aims to examine the strategies implemented by Islamic educational institutions in shaping students’ character in the digital age, as well as to evaluate their effectiveness in facing contemporary challenges. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature review as the main data collection technique. The findings show that the implemented strategies include the integration of Islamic digital education, exemplary teacher models, the application of technology in teaching Islamic values, the empowerment of digital-based religious activities, and the strengthening of parental and teacher supervision and guidance roles. Although some institutions have successfully implemented these strategies, challenges such as a lack of digital literacy, weak supervision, and limited resources remain significant obstacles. This study recommends the importance of collaboration among educational institutions, families, and society in formulating policies and character-building innovations that align with technological developments. These findings are expected to contribute to strengthening an Islamic education system that is responsive to the dynamics of the digital era.ABSTRAKEra digital telah membawa perubahan besar dalam kehidupan masyarakat, khususnya dalam perilaku dan moral generasi muda. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, terutama media sosial, telah menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan siswa, namun sekaligus menghadirkan tantangan baru bagi lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam menjalankan peran pembentukan karakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi yang diterapkan oleh lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam membentuk karakter siswa di era digital, serta mengevaluasi efektivitasnya dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi pustaka sebagai teknik pengumpulan data utama. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang diterapkan meliputi integrasi pendidikan digital Islami, model keteladanan guru, penerapan teknologi dalam pembelajaran nilai-nilai keislaman, pemberdayaan kegiatan keagamaan berbasis digital, serta penguatan peran kontrol dan pendampingan oleh orang tua dan guru. Meskipun beberapa lembaga berhasil mengimplementasikan strategi tersebut secara efektif, namun hambatan seperti kurangnya literasi digital, pengawasan yang lemah, serta keterbatasan sumber daya masih menjadi tantangan signifikan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya kolaborasi antara lembaga pendidikan, keluarga, dan masyarakat dalam menyusun kebijakan dan inovasi pembentukan karakter yang sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi kontribusi dalam penguatan sistem pendidikan Islam yang responsif terhadap dinamika era digital.

Abstract

Abstrak___Film animasi merupakan tontonan yang sangat disukai oleh anak-anak. Kebanyakan cerita sejarah dituangkan kedalam bentuk buku-buku sejarah, sehingga kurang menarik minat masyarakat untuk membacanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat film animasi 3d sejarah biografi Syeikh Nuruddin Ar-Raniri yang menarik. Pembuatan film animasi 3D ini dirancang menggunakan Software Blender 2.7 dengan metode servey, dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil dari Frame animasi yang telah digabungkan dirender dengan frame rate 24 fps, dan hasil akhir dari proses animasi ini berupa file video dengan format AVI. selanjutnya Hasil implementasi yang diperoleh berdasarkan kuisioner yang telah dibagikan 59% dari masyakarat dan 46% dari mahasiswa menyukai film animasi Syeikh Nuruddin Ar-Raniri.                Kata Kunci :Syeikh Nuruddin Ar-Raniri, Sejarah, Film 3D

Abstract

This article discusses the content of the value of Tawheed of Uluhiyah in the Verse of the Throne with the Comparative Study of the Interpretation of Sayyid Qutb and Ibn Kathir. The article purpose is to find out (1) the values ​​of Tawheed of Uluhiyah contained in the Verse of the Throne (2) The interpretation of Sayyid Qutb and Ibnu Kathir About the value of Tawheed of Uluhiyyah in the Verse of the Throne (3) the implications of Tawheed of Uluhiyah in life. The article uses a qualitative method, sourced from written literature, both the books of Tafsir Fii Zhilal Al-Qur’an, Tafsir Ibn Kathir and other books with a descriptive analysis approach, namely by outlining, analyzing and describing them, also uses the muqaran interpretation method. The results indicate that the methods and styles of interpretation used by Sayyid Qutb and Ibn Kathir are different. The Verse of the Throne, there are values ​​of Tawheed (1) Tawheed of Uluhiyah (2) Tawheed of Rububiyah (3) Tawheed of Asma Wa Sifat. In this study, the discussion of Tawheed is limited to the Tawheed of Uluhiyah, means acknowledging that Allah is the only God Worthy of Worship. So, a Muslim should leave himself and his affairs only to Allah.
