Abstract

Abstract Employee job satisfaction with the company can affect employee performance. Reward is one aspect that can affect the level of employee satisfaction. HRD Pesonna Hotel Malioboro Yogyakarta is the department responsible for implementing rewards for employees.Purpose: The writing of this article was conducted to determine employee satisfaction with the implementation of giving rewards at Pesonna Hotel Malioboro Yogyakarta.Research methods: Collecting data in the form of participatory observation, in-depth interviews with resource persons related to the research topic, and literature study.Results and discussions: The results obtained are that the application of rewards affects employee satisfaction based on four aspects, which consist of: the work itself, salary, promotion, and leadership.Conclusion: Most employees are satisfied with the application of rewards because there is already an appreciation felt by employees from the company. However, it still needs improvement so that the application of rewards can be maximized

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pengaruh Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Pengalaman Terhadap Minat Pembelian Ulang Paket Wisata Religi Dengan Kepuasan Jamaah Sebagai Variabel Mediasi (Studi Kasus : Biro Perjalanan Umrah dan Muslim Tour Bukittinggi)”. Metode analisis statistik digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah primer bersumber dari pengumpulan data dengan instrument skala likert yang disebar melalui kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari konsumen dan jamaah dari 3 travel (Ventour Travel Bukittinggi, Rizkia Amanah Mandiri, Sultan Trip Holidays) dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 100 orang dengan kriteria sampel pernah bertransaksi dan melakukan perjalanan umrah atau Muslim Tour di 3 biro tersebut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan bantuan software Smart-PLS 3.0. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan Kualitas Pengalaman berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Niat Beli Ulang, Kualitas Pengalaman berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Niat Beli Ulang, Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang (Y) melalui variabel Kepuasan Konsumen (Z) sebagai vaariabel mediasi. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Pengalaman, Kepuasan Konsumen, Paket Wisata Religi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, democratic leadership, and conflict on employee performance at Phia Deva Yogyakarta. The research employs a quantitative approach using survey methods and questionnaires as data collection instruments. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample consisting of 30 respondents, representing the total number of employees. Data analysis was conducted using simple and multiple regression techniques to assess the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The method employed is quantitative survey research. The results of the F-test indicate that organizational culture, democratic leadership style, and conflict simultaneously have a significant positive influence on employee performance at Phia Deva Yogyakarta. The significance value (F statistic) of 0.000 is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, and the F statistic value is greater than the F table value (35.527 > 2.91). This demonstrates that organizational culture, democratic leadership style, and conflict collectively have a significant positive effect on employee performance at Phia Deva Yogyakarta. The results of the determination coefficient test (R2) or R Square are 0.804 or 80.4%, indicating that organizational culture (X1), democratic leadership (X2), and conflict (X3) collectively explain 80.4% of the variability in employee performance (Y), while the remaining 19.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian untuk menemukan strategi pemasaran kain tenun Songke dalam mendukung kepariwisataan di Kabupaten Manggarai Barat serta menemukan perumusan yang tepat menurut perspektif wisatawan terhadap kain tenun Songke. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dari pemasaran kain tenun songke dan merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang tepat dengan menggunakan analisis bauran pemasaran (9P). Metode dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif analisis dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara serta menggunakan teknik analisis skala likert dan triangulasi. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa masih terdapat faktor penghambat dalam pemasaran kain Songke sehingga masih perlu dilakukan peningkatan terhadap strategi pemasaran yang tepat.

Abstract

This article describes an edutourism model that integrates management between tourism areas and education as a strategy to increase the attractiveness of potential tourists. The Tugu Pahlawan area of ​​Surabaya City needs to develop an edutourism concept with the aim of maintaining cultural heritage, namely remembering the history of the struggle, and also needs to be an educational medium for visitors. Both of these things must go hand in hand to increase public interest, especially cultural innovation and entertainment. The purpose of this study is to apply the concept of edutourism and management of the Tugu Pahlawan area so that it becomes an object of historical education and entertainment tourism. The concept used in this study is edutorism using strategies from the results of the SWOT analysis used to explore potential and formulate programs. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach by collecting primary and secondary data. The results of this study are the potential for why development needs to be carried out, namely physical and non-physical potential. Physical in the form of buildings, objects and monuments that can be seen while non-physical are the values ​​contained in the physical. In addition, non-physical also includes activities to attract potential tourists such as music, classical drama, bazaars and other education. The potential analyzed becomes a SWOT matrix which is used for the next formulation. SWOT produces development strategies in management management such as planning, implementation, supervision and evaluation monitoring.
