Abstract

Indonesia was shocked by the entry of the Covid-19 virus that was sweeping the world. The virus, which first occurred in the Chinese city of Wuhan, occurred in early 2020, was so massive and caused many deaths. The calamity of the entry of the Covid-19 virus also coincided with many other natural events that occurred in Indonesia. Starting from the tsunami disaster in Palu, the earthquake in Lombok, landslides and flash floods in West Java, Sumatra and not to mention DKI Jakarta, the handling to prevent the transmission of the corona virus has not been able to run optimally. However, due to the increasingly dangerous corona virus, the government finally created a Task Force for handling the Corona Virus. Destinations in Indonesia have not been spared from the Covid-19 outbreak, as well as tourism in Indonesia, which has been closed for an indefinite period of time. In fact, many tourism businesses eventually went bankrupt and went out of business. That's why this normative research was carried out by the author, to find out how the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia.Keywords: Covid-19, Destinations, Tourism

Abstract

AbstractCredit card is one of tool for simply payment, and its giving efficient and more value for customer. It is also completing retail transaction that publish as a payment tool that used in some transaction. Criminal acts of credit cards abuse is an act committed by some individuals or groups which missues credit cards. Utilization of this acts is often haven already becoming more frequent, either conducted by the owner of the credit card or by hackers who using chips from customer of credit card. In order to reduce criminal act that using credit cards at banks, the goverment published some regulation in the form of Regulation Indonesian Bank and Indonesian Bank Circular Letter, this regulation obligated banks to implement management risk in the activity of internet banking. This regulation is implement principle of know your customer / Know Your Customer Principles (KYCP) and to secured technology information system in activity of payment by using Credit Card and implemented information transparency related to Bank products and the utilizations of Customer Personal Data.Keywords: Credit Card, Credit Card Crime, Effort of Prevention of Credit Card Abuse.

Abstract

The rise of drug trafficking without marketing authorizationin the societyis very distressedus as members of society. It shows that the people’s awareness of the law is still very low that tends to commit criminal offenses including distributing pharmaceutical preparations without a marketing authorization. This study was conducted to determine how the rule of law against the crime of distributing pharmaceutical preparations without a marketing authorization and the efforts made to overcome them. This research uses normative juridical method using secondary data through library is conducting research on various sources of literature books, laws and regulations relating to the crime of distributing pharmaceutical preparations without a marketing authorization. The result of the research conducted can be concluded that the crime of distributing pharmaceutical preparations without a marketing authorization as stipulated in act No. 36 Year 2009 on Health serves as optimizing the criminal act as a tool in crime prevention efforts. Application of the Act is expected to ensnare the perpetrators distribute pharmaceutical preparations without a marketing authorization. As well as the efforts to be made in the handling of this criminal act is done with penal and non-penal policies.Keywords: Crime, Authorization, Drug.

Abstract

Tourism has a lot of origins about tourist attractions, as well as the people. The community is basically an important role in the realization of a tourism place. There are local people who act as owners and managers and run their business in the tourism area, as well as the community as visitors from tourism places. In tourism there is a tourism industry in it, which is one of the largest and fastest growing industries in the world. The tourism industry is one of the largest and fastest growing industries in the world. The Tourism Industry is very different from other industries, such as the clothing industry and the agricultural industry, the Hospitality Industry is more likely to operate in providing services. Tourism is part of business development in Indonesia, ranging from hotels in it, modern tourism, marine tourism and other tours, which play a role in the progress and development of business in Indonesia. The increasing population growth, coupled with increasing economic needs, has made people develop creativity from their communities to develop businesses based on the tourism industry.

Abstract

Museum merupakan sebuah tempat yang didalamnya terdapat barang atau koleksi yang bernilai historis untuk tujuan penelitian, pendidikan dan kesenangan. Pendirian sebuah museum perlu mengikuti peraturan pemerintah yang berlaku agar terlindungi dari ancaman yang dikhawatirkan nantinya akan menghalangi operasional museum. Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 66 Tahun 2015 Tentang Museum, dapat dijadikan dasar hukum bagi pendiri museum. Museum Chocolate Monggo Yogyakarta, merupakan museum swasta yang dibangun untuk mengedukasi masyarakat bagaimana cokelat yang baik dikonsumsi. Pendirian Museum Chocolate Monggo dapat dikatakan sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 66 Tahun 2015 Tentang Museum. Namun, ada beberapa hal yang belum berjalan optimal sesuai dengan peraturan seperti standardisasi dan evaluasi museum dimana hingga sekarang belum terealisasikan.

Abstract

Kawasan Malioboro merupakan salah satu daya tarik wisata di Kota Yogyakarta yang wajib dikunjungi oleh wisatawan. Kesan baik wisatawan ketika berkunjung ke Malioboro dapat ditimbulkan dari pemberian pelayanan yang baik. Namun, sering dijumpai pelayanan parkir di Kawasan Malioboro yang kurang baik. Setelah dianalisis, ditemukan kurangnya penerapan hukum Peraturan Daerah Kota Yogyakarta Nomor 2 Tahun 2019 Tentang Parkiran. Dalam peraturan tersebut sudah diatur mengenai standar perparkiran untuk Kota Yogyakarta agar tertib dan dapat memberikan kenyamanan dan keamanan khususnya bagi wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Malioboro.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penyelesaian konflik pengelolaan obyek wisata Goa Pindul dan kendala yang dihadapi pemerintah dalam menyelesaikan konflik berdasarkan tinjauan atas Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Gunungkidul Nomor 5 Tahun 2013 tentang Penyelenggaraan Kepariwisataan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik penentuan subjek penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Pengundangan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Gunungkidul Nomor 5 Tahun 2013 tentang Penyelenggaraan Kepariwisataan merupakan salah satu solusi dan mampu meredam konflik pengelolaan Goa Pindul melalui upaya: memberikan kepastian hukum kepada pihak yang berwenang mengelola Obyek wisata Goa Pindul melalui Keputusan Kepala Dinas Kebudayaan dan Kepariwisataan.

Abstract

Maliboro merupakan objek wisata yang wajib dikunjungi oleh wisatawan ketika datang ke Yogyakarta. Hal tersebut membuat Pemerintah Daerah memunculkan berbagai upaya dalam menertibkan Kawasan Malioboro, terkhususnya ketika peak season atau musim berlibur. Upaya tersebut sudah tertuang pada Peraturan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Nomor 2 Tahun 2017 Tentang Ketentraman, Ketertiban Umum Dan Perlindungan Masyarakat. Berbagai kendala turut dihadapi oleh Pemerintah Daerah. Namun hal tersebut cukup teratasi dengan memberikan kegiatan pendidikan, sosialisasi, bimbingan teknis dan monitoring dan evaluasi. Sehingga masyarakat tidak terganggu dalam menjalankan aktifitas dan wisatawan juga dapat menikmati kegiatannya berlibur.

Abstract

Malang Regency is one of the largest regencies in East Java that has unique and diverse tourism potential. Although the tourism potential is large, tourist visits are still not optimal. This is due to the lack of knowledge and understanding of tourists about Malang's tourism potential. The purpose of the research is to find out the strategies and policies of the Malang Regency Government in developing the tourism industry. The research method used is normative legal research with a statutory approach and conceptual approach. The results show that the Malang Regency Government has implemented a number of policies to develop the tourism industry. These policies include the establishment of the Tourism and Culture Office, branding "Malang Regency: The Heart of East Java," promotion through several events, the formation of Sub-district Tourism Partners, and the preparation of the regency tourism development master plan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate the criminal liability imposed on tourists who damage the Uma Lengge Maria cultural heritage in Maria Village, Wawo District, Bima Regency. Bima is an area that has cultural and tourism diversity. One of the cultural and tourism diversity is the Uma Lengge Maria Cultural Reserve which is located in Maria Village, Wawo District, Bima Regency. Uma Lengge is a traditional house of the Bima people which has existed for a long time and must be maintained in its existence and beauty so that it remains intact and its beauty can be enjoyed for the future. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. A descriptive approach is an approach that aims to systematically describe the facts and characteristics of a particular population or in a particular field factually and carefully. Data collection methods were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method is carried out in the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that legal action is taken against criminal liability for tourists who damage the cultural heritage at Uma Lengge Maria. Uma Lengge in the Maria Village Tourist Area, there are 13 uma lengge and 103 jompa. The existence of uma lengge must be maintained so that its existence remains well into the future. there are sanctions and criminal liability for tourists who damage the Uma Lengge Maria cultural heritage in Wawo District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.
