Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the effect of perceptions of organizational support, training, self-concept and communication individually or collectively on the effectiveness of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Muara Enim Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data by using the validity test, reliability test. Analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formula, partial test simultaneous test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study explain that perceptions of organizational support have no significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of Regional Secretariat employees in Muara Enim Regency. Training has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of the Regional Secretariat of Muara Enim Regency Staff. Self- concept has no significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of Regional Secretariat employees of Muara Enim Regency. Communication has no significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of the Regional Secretariat of Muara Enim Regency. Perceptions of organizational support, training, self-concept and communication have no significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of Regional Secretariat employees of Muara Enim Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of leadership and motivation on work engagement with competence as an intervention variable (a case study of a teacher at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat). This research method uses a quantitative approach. The research respondents were honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat as many as 39 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire on honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. The results of the study showed that leadership has a significant effect on honorary teachers' work engagement at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. Motivation has a significant influence on the work engagement of honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. Competence has a significant influence on honorary teachers' work engagement at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. Leadership, Motivation, and Competence have a significant influence jointly on honorary teachers' Work Engagement at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Education, Training, Personality, and Years of Service on the Competence of employees at the Regional Development Planning Board of Pagar Alam City. This study uses quantitative research methods with respondents, namely employees of the Regional Development Planning Board of Pagar Alam City, totaling 41 respondents. Tests in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the tools of the SPSS (Special Package and Service Solution) version 26 program. The results of the research show that Education, Training, Personality, and Years of Service have proven to have a significant effect on the competence of employees at the Regional Development Planning Board of Pagar Alam City, both partially and simultaneously

This study uses quantitative research methods with respondents, namely employees of the Regional Development Planning Board of Pagar Alam City, totaling 41 respondents. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job placement, career development, and coordination individually and together on the work performance of employees of the Muara Enim Regency Health Office. The research method used in this research is quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test data quality using validity test, reliability test. The data analysis technique used is Structural Modeling Equation (SEM) from the AMOS statistical software package used in hypothesis testing. The results of descriptive research to describe the perceptions of respondents on each variable can be concluded that: Respondents' perceptions of the employee Job Placement variable at the Muara Enim Regency Health Office are relatively good. Respondents' perceptions of employee career development variables at the Muara Enim Regency Health Office are relatively good. Respondents' perceptions of employee coordination variables at the Muara Enim Regency Health Office are relatively good. Respondents' perceptions of employee Work Achievement variables at the Muara Enim Regency Health Office are relatively good. Factors that affect employee work performance at the Muara Enim Regency Health Office are job placement and coordination, while career development has no direct effect on work performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Education and Culture, Mùara Èním Regency. The aim of the study was to analyze how the Implementation of the Control Function in the Employees of the Department of Education and Culture in the Regency of Mùara Èním. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. There are two methods of data collection in this study, namely literature study and field study consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. The controls in the Education and Culture Office of Mùara Èním Regency have generally been well implemented, such as: 1). Control over the activities that will be carried out by employees. The process of controlling activities or work programs has been carried out by determining who will carry out these activities and how these activities are carried out and where these activities are carried out. 2). Control over the process of determining the boundaries of what employees will do by determining the expected results. In this control, employees know what limits can be done with the aim of getting results as expected. 3). Control in determining the direction so that all activities run according to the target. In this control, employees in carrying out their activities have directions and goals or objectives that have been determined by the leadership. 4). Control in determining the organizational structure and division of tasks for each employee. Employees are given tasks according to their main duties and functions.

Abstract

now considered a bridge for MSME players to carry out marketing with a wider range even to international markets and is one of the factors for the rise of Indonesian MSMEs, as well as the growth of the digital economy in Indonesia. This paper examines how perceived value and perceived benefits affect cost reduction and consumer orientation in MSMEs in Jakarta and Palembang in adopting E-commerce. There were 101 respondents who filled out the questionnaire with data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Model (SEM). The findings from this study indicate that the perceived benefits of customers will significantly affect cost reduction and can increase customer orientation, conversely competitive value can significantly affect customer orientation, but has no significant effect on cost reduction. The research results are expected to be a benchmark for MSMEs in adopting E-commerce.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan penulis dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan, pendidikan, pengalaman kerja dan motivasi kerja baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama – sama terhadap prestasi kerja Pemerintahan Desa Muara Gula Baru Kecamatan Ujan Mas Kabupaten Muara Enim. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh anggota Pemerintahan Desa Muara Gula Baru Kecamatan Ujan Mas Kabupaten Muara Enim yang berjumlah 11 orang, RT.1/dusun 1, RT.2/dusun 1, RT.1/dusun 2, RT.2/dusun 2 sebanyak 4 orang dan Linmas sebanyak 15 orang. Jadi jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Sampling jenuh merupakan pengumpulan data terhadap semua populasi penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Uji kualitas data dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik dengan rumus regresi berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian didapat pengawasan, Pendidikan, Pengalaman Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara sendiri-sendiridan secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi kerja Pemerintahan Desa Muara Gula Baru Kecamatan Ujan Mas Kabupaten Muara Enim

Budaya Kerja, Pelatihan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama- sama terhadap prestasi kerja guru Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Muara Enim.
