Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang menjadi kendala dalam proses pembelajaran adalah terkait keaktifan siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Siswa hanya terfokus pada guru, sehingga siswa menjadi bosan dan pasif. Selain itu masih kurangnya pengembangan varasi dalam pembelajaran. Hal tersebut perlu adanya pengembangan variasi dalam pembelajaran dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang mengutamakan keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran, metode tersebut adalah metode pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dan  Think Pairs Share (TPS). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Penentuan kelas Sampel dengan cara cluster random sampling, terpilih kelas X1 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan metode pembelajaran Think Pairs Share (TPS) dan kelas X2 sebagai kelas Eksperimen dengan metode pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT). Berdasarkan hasil uji tahap akhir, diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen meningkat yaitu 77,07 sedangkan kelas kontrol yaitu 70,04. Nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol.The main problems were are an obstancle in the process of learning is related to activity of students during the learning process. Students are only focused on the teacher, so that students become bored and passive. In addition to the lack of development in learning varasi. It is necessary of the developmnet of varation in learning by applying active learning method that promotes student learning, the method thet promotes student learning, the method is a method learning Numbered Heads Together (NHT) and the Think Pairs Share (TPS). Determination of sample by Cluster random sampling, was selected as a control class X1 class with learning method Think Pairs Share (TPS) and X2 class as a class experiment with teaching methods Numbered Heads Together (NHT). Based on the results of the final phase of testing, the average values obtained experimental class higher than the control class.

Abstract

Conditions that affect a person's ability to develop normally are known as developmental disorders. The developmental disorders discussed in this study are Autism, ADHD and Down Syndrome. The purpose of this research is to find out the basic concepts of learning difficulties caused by developmental disorders. Through the analysis of the literature study, the researcher can draw conclusions regarding the definition of learning difficulties, defining developmental disorders, and to improve learning outcomes, learning disorders must be overcome. Learning disabilities need to be overcome to improve achievement in learning outcomes and give every individual the right to learn.

Abstract

The importance of developing annual and semester programs in Guidance and Counseling (BK) at schools is the primary focus of this article, which aims to enhance the quality of counseling services. This research intends to provide practical guidelines for BK teachers in designing effective programs that are responsive to students' needs. The methodology employed in this study is qualitative, utilizing a literature review approach that involves collecting data from various relevant sources. The findings indicate that a well-structured BK program can optimize services, increase student participation, and address various challenges in program implementation. A well-designed program should include the identification of student needs, the establishment of clear objectives, and periodic evaluations to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of services. Thus, this article emphasizes the significance of structured planning in improving the quality of BK services in schools.

Abstract

Pernikahan dini masih menjadi fenomena yang kuat dalam budaya masyarakat Madura, terutama ketika dipengaruhi oleh nilai-nilai lokal seperti pamali dalam penolakan lamaran. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika psikologis konseli yang mengalami pernikahan dini karena tekanan budaya, serta pendekatan konseling yang efektif dalam menangani permasalahannya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah konseling dengan teknik Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) dan pendekatan multikultural, mengingat latar belakang budaya konseli sangat mempengaruhi proses pengambilan keputusan dan dinamika rumah tangga. Hasil dari proses konseling menunjukkan bahwa konseli mengalami tekanan emosional, keterbatasan dalam pengembangan diri, serta konflik rumah tangga yang kompleks akibat dominasi nilai patriarki dan kurangnya dukungan emosional dari pasangan. Pendekatan EFT membantu konseli mengenali dan mengekspresikan emosinya secara sehat, sedangkan pendekatan multibudaya memungkinkan konseli memahami pengaruh budaya terhadap pengambilan keputusan hidupnya. Konseling ini memberikan hasil positif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran diri, keberdayaan emosional, serta strategi adaptif dalam menghadapi tekanan budaya dan konflik relasi.
