Abstract

The purpose of  this research is to find out whether there was influences of  working discipline, working motivation, school principal supervision toward working per-formance teachers. The population in this research was 37 teacher’s, determination of  the sample using the formula developed by Isaac & Michael, amounting to 34 teacher’s. Samples were taken using simple random sampling technique. The data collection methods used a closed questionnaire. The analysis technique use were de-scriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The research results are simultaneous the influence of  working discipline, working motivation, and school principal supervi-sion toward working performance teachers is 65.4%. There is a partial influence of  working discipline is 17.56%, work motivation is 27.77%, and school principal supervision of  15:21% toward performance of  teachers. With the existence of  work-ing discipline, working motivation, and school principal supervision can improve teacher performance.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze HR Competence and organizational culture on performance through the use of information technology. The population used in this study was all employees with a total sample of 96 respondents. Data analysis in this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, with the results of the study showing that there is a significant influence between HR competence and organizational culture on performance through the use of technology. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant positive influence on both HR competency variables and organizational culture on performance through the use of technology.

Abstract

Ammani Beach is a beach tourist attraction that has quite a variety of attractions. This beach tourism activity is included in the recreational category, which is the type of activity that is most dominantly carried out by tourists. Ammani Beach tourism seems to be in the involvement phase. The involvement phase is marked by an increase in visitors who encourage local residents to offer facilities exclusively to visitors/tourists. In this phase, there is pressure on the government to provide supporting facilities for tourists. A tourist attraction will develop because of the presence of tourists, without tourists visiting a tourist attraction location, the tourist attraction will be difficult to develop. This study aims to describe tourists' perceptions of objects and natural tourist attractions, infrastructure and facilities in the Ammani Beach area. Sampling in this study was carried out on tourists visiting the Ammani Beach area as many as 30 people using the accidental sampling method. Data collected using questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive analysis. The results showed that the perception of tourists about Ammani Beach is very good in terms of tourism support facilities, the condition of the beach is still natural and clean. Public transportation facilities to the tourist sites of Ammani Beach are still lacking. The local community is very friendly and open to the presence of tourists because their awareness of increasing the economic sector in their area can prosper the community if the beach is crowded with tourists.

Abstract

Pasien dengan penyakit paru obstruktif kronik (PPOK) mengalami penurunan aliran udara saat bernapas keluar, peningkatan resistensi pada saluran napas, dan hiperinflasi. Pengetahuan merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya PPOK. Wilayah Sudimara Barat memiliki tingkat polusi udara yang tinggi, yang dapat menyebabkan masalah pada sistem pernapasan. Selain polusi udara, kebiasaan merokok di masyarakat wilayah tersebut juga menjadi faktor risiko penyakit sistem pernapasan. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi perawat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat yang berisiko guna mencegah atau mengurangi faktor risiko terhadap PPOK. Untuk mengetahui dampak positif dari program yang akan dilaksanakan atau sejauh mana program tersebut berjalan, perlu dilakukan evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang mencakup pre-test dan post-test tentang pengetahuan PPOK. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang faktor risiko gangguan sebelum edukasi rata-rata berada pada angka 4,0417 dari rentang nilai 0-11, dan meningkat menjadi 7,1458 setelah edukasi. Pengetahuan tentang gejala gangguan pernapasan sebelum edukasi rata-rata berada pada angka 2,4167 dari rentang nilai 0-5, dan meningkat menjadi 3,9375 setelah edukasi. Pengetahuan tentang pengobatan dan terapi gangguan pernapasan sebelum edukasi rata-rata berada pada angka 3,6042 dari rentang nilai 0-10, dan meningkat menjadi 7,0625 setelah edukasi. Ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa edukasi dan pelatihan secara signifikan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pasien PPOK serta keluarga mereka. Meskipun edukasi telah meningkatkan pengetahuan, intensifikasi edukasi masih diperlukan untuk mencapai kategori pengetahuan yang sangat baik.

Abstract

Edukasi kesehatan dan literasi digital terhadap insomnia di kalangan remaja dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran siswa tentang pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap pola tidur. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di SMA X, Jakarta Utara, dengan melibatkan 50 siswa sebagai peserta. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan edukasi kesehatan berbasis literasi digital melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan sesi tanya jawab. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa mengenai penyebab dan pencegahan insomnia setelah mengikuti edukasi. Seluruh peserta mampu memahami pentingnya menjaga keseimbangan antara aktivitas digital dan waktu istirahat. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa literasi digital yang dikombinasikan dengan edukasi kesehatan efektif dalam membentuk perilaku hidup sehat di era digital. Dengan demikian, program pengabdian masyarakat ini berkontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan kesadaran remaja dalam mencegah gangguan tidur akibat penggunaan media sosial berlebihan.
