Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication on employee work productivity at the Pekanbaru Smart Fast Global Education Institute. The sample in this study were 34 employees of the Smart Fast Global Education Pekanbaru Institute. Analysis of the data used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test simple linear regression, coefficient of determination test and T test. The results of the research are the effect of communication on employee work productivity at the Smart Fast Global Education Pekanbaru Institute which has a significant effect with a determination coefficient value R2 of 0.398 . This means that the work productivity variable (Y) is influenced by the communication variable (X) by 39.8%, while the remaining 60.2% is explained by other factors not examined by the authors. The communication variable (X) has a positive influence on work productivity (Y) with a regression coefficient of 0.790 indicating that if communication increases by 1 unit, the employee productivity variable will increase by 0.311, which means that the higher the communication, the higher the work productivity. The results of the hypothesis test show that the value of t count > t table (4.604 > 1.693) with sig 0.000 < sig 0.05 which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that communication has a significant effect on employee work productivity at the Smart Fast Global Education Institute.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of Siak Grosir Pekanbaru employees. The sample in this study were employees at Siak Grosir Pekanbaru, totaling 60 people. While the variables examined in this study are work discipline and employee performance. Data analysis used a simple linear regression method using validity, reliability, normality tests, R2 tests and t tests. The test is carried out in order to determine the relationship between the independent variable (independent variable) and the dependent variable (the dependent variable). Based on the results of the study, work discipline simultaneously influences employee performance with a correlation value of R=0.495 which indicates a close relationship between work discipline and employee performance at Siak Grosrir Pekanbaru. While the R square is 0.245, which means that work discipline has a balance contribution of 24.50%. While the remaining 75.50% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in the research model. Partially, it was obtained that the work discipline variable had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Siak Grosir Pekanbaru employees with t count. It can be seen that t count 4,341 > t table 2,001 with a significant 0.000 smaller than alpha 0.05. The simple linear regression equation in this study: Y = 14,792 + 0.390X.

Abstract

This research was carried out to determine the role of parents in the formation of religious values ​​in early childhood. The method used in this research is qualitative research, where qualitative research as a scientific method is often used and carried out by a group of researchers in the field of social sciences, including educational sciences. Primary data is data taken directly from primary sources, both individuals and legal entities who are competent in their field. Secondary data is data obtained or collected by researchers from various existing sources (researchers as second hand) (Husni Fuaddi, et al, 2023). Secondary data is collected from books, seminar papers, scientific journals and the internet related to the problems studied. The technique for collecting data is by conducting a literature review. The data sources in this study consist of two, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data related to the title of this research, while secondary data is supporting data for the title of this research. The data analysis used in this research is qualitative analysis. The data that has been obtained is then arranged systematically. by using an inductive thinking method, namely drawing conclusions and problems that are general in nature and then drawing them into conclusions that are specific in nature. The results of the research are that the role of parents in the formation of religious values ​​in early childhood includes the family as the foundation for religious and socio-cultural education, a place to foster feelings of affection and a place to learn.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the price of palm fruit bunches on the welfare of farmers in Beringin Village, Talang Muandau District, Bengkalis Regency. The sample in this study were oil palm collectors and farmers in Beringin Village, Talang Muandau District, Bengkalis Regency totaling 30 people. While the variables examined in this study is the of  price of palm fruit bunches and welfare of farmers. Based on the results obtained that price of palm fruit bunches simultaneously affect the welfare of farmers with a value of correlation R = 0.731 which shows the close relationship between the of price of palm fruit bunches and welfare of farmers in Beringin Village, Talang Muandau District, Bengkalis Regency. While the R-square at 0.535 which can mean of price of palm fruit bunches has a contribution of 53.5% contribution to welfare of farmers in Beringin Village, Talang Muandau District, Bengkalis Regency. Partially obtained of price of palm fruit bunches effect on the welfare of farmers in Beringin Village, Talang Muandau District, Bengkalis Regency with signifivantly 0.000 smaller than alpha 0.05. With simple linear regression equation in this study : Y = 7.008 + 0.809X.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service innovation on public satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pekanbaru City. The sample in this study was the community at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pekanbaru City totaling 100 people. The data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression, determination coefficient test and partial test (t test). Based on the results of the study, it is known that the determination coefficient of the Service Innovation variable as a whole has an influence of 57.5% on Public Satisfaction while the remaining 42.5% is influenced by other factors not studied by the author. The results of the hypothesis test show t count (11,514)> t table (1.984) with sig 0.000 <sig 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on Service Innovation on Public Satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

The objectives to be obtained in this study are 1) To determine the effect of wages on the morale of drivers at PT. Nusantara Balawan Logistics Pelalawan Kerinci Branch. 2) To determine the effect of incentives on the morale of drivers at PT. Nusantara Balawan Logistics, Pelalawan Kerinci Branch and 3) To determine the effect of wages and incentives together on the morale of drivers at PT. Nusantara Balawan Logistics Pelalawan Kerinci Branch. This research was conducted on all employees at PT. Nusantara Balawan Logistics, Pelalawan Kerinci Branch, totaling 30 people. Considering that the population is large, the sampling technique is when the entire population is used as a sample and is also known as a census, if the total population is less than 100 people, then the total sample is taken as a whole. In this study, 30 drivers will be the sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it is concluded that the calculated F value is 15,860 greater than Ftable which is 3.34 with a probability of 0.000 less than 0.05 and the obtained value of Fcount> Ftable is obtained by looking at table F using a 95% confidence level , α = 5%, the value of df1=k- 1(3-1)=2, and df2= (n-k)= 30-2= 28. Then the value of Ftable is 3.34. Thus the value of Fcount> Ftable (15,860 > 3.34) is obtained. Based on the hypothesis testing criteria, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, that is, together the independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. The wage and incentive variables together have a significant effect on employee morale at PT. Archipelago Balawan Logistics Pelalawan Kerinci.

Abstract

Indonesia, renowned for its strong philanthropic culture rooted in traditions like gotong royong and Islamic giving (zakat), paradoxically faces persistent poverty affecting over 60% of its population. This study explores the complex interplay between generosity and economic disparity in Indonesia by reviewing literature on financial inclusion, digital inequality, and poverty alleviation strategies. Despite notable economic growth and extensive charitable activities, structural issues such as unequal access to education, healthcare, and financial services particularly in rural areas continue to hinder inclusive development. The research highlights the limitations of traditional charity in addressing long-term poverty and underscores the importance of integrated approaches that combine government policy, technological advancement, financial literacy, and community empowerment. Strengthening digital infrastructure, expanding access to financial services, and supporting small and medium enterprises are identified as crucial pathways toward reducing inequality. The study concludes that aligning Indonesia’s philanthropic spirit with inclusive development strategies is essential to achieving sustainable poverty alleviation and economic resilience.

Abstract

Tujuan – Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana sertifikasi guru dan budaya sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun kinerja guru di SMAN 1 Kampar, dengan penekanan pada kontribusi faktor individu (sertifikasi) serta faktor lingkungan (budaya sekolah) dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas dan performa guru. Kebaruan – Keunikan penelitian ini terletak pada penggunaan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi dalam menguji keterkaitan antarvariabel. Selain itu, studi ini difokuskan di SMAN 1 Kampar dengan melibatkan seluruh tenaga pendidik aktif, sehingga mampu menghadirkan gambaran empiris yang lebih mendalam dibandingkan penelitian sebelumnya yang cenderung bersifat umum tanpa menitikberatkan pada konteks sekolah tertentu. Metode – Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik total sampling terhadap 64 orang guru. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.0. Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sertifikasi guru dan budaya sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja terbukti berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, di mana sertifikasi guru memengaruhi kinerja secara langsung, sedangkan budaya sekolah memengaruhi kinerja secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja. Keterbatasan dan Implikasi – Penelitian terbatas pada satu sekolah, sehingga hasilnya belum dapat digeneralisasi secara luas. Temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi praktisi pendidikan dan pembuat kebijakan untuk merancang strategi peningkatan mutu guru melalui pelaksanaan sertifikasi yang lebih efektif dan penguatan budaya sekolah yang kondusif.
