Abstract

ABSTRAK Kecemasan merupakan suatu perasaan takut dan khawatir yang pada sesuatu yang tidak jelas atau belum pasti akan terjadi. Banyak mahasiswa mengalami kecemasan dalam menjalani perkuliahan, termasuk mahasiswa keperawatan dalam menghadapi praktik klinik keperawatan. Hal ini dapat terjadi disebabkan karena kurangnya pengalaman mahasiswa dalam melakukan praktik klinik dan adanya perubahan lingkungan baru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan mahasiswa tingkat 2 Prodi D3 Keperawatan Sidoarjo dalam menghadapi praktik klinik keperawatan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan mengumpulkan data melalui pernyataan terstruktur Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). Penelitian dilakukan di Prodi D3 Keperawatan Sidoarjo pada bulan Maret 2023. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu seluruh mahasiswa tingkat 2 Prodi D3 Keperawatan Sidoarjo yang berjumlah 47 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan presentase tingkat kecemasan yang dialami mahasiswa yaitu, 55% mahasiswa mengalami kecemasan ringan,28% mahsiswa mengalami kecemasan sedang, 4% mahasiswa mengalami kecemasan berat, 13% mahasiswa tidak mengalami kecemasan dan tidak ada mahasiswa yang mengalami kecemasan berat sekali. Sebagian besar mahasiswatingkat 2 Prodi D3 Keperawatan Sidoarjo mengalami kecemasan ringan dalammenghadapi praktik klinik keperawatan dengan tanda dan gejala yang hampir sama,yaitu mengalami lemah, kepala terasa berat, tegang, dan gelisah.  Kata Kunci: Tingkat kecemasan, mahasiswa, praktik klinik, HARS  ABSTRACT Anxiety is a feeling of fear and worry about something unclear or not sure what will happen. This can happen due to the lack of experience of students in carrying out clinical practice and changes in the new environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of anxiety level 2 students of the Sidoarjo D3 Nursing Study Program in dealing with clinical nursing practice in hospitals. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach by collecting data through structured statements of the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). The research was conducted at the Sidoarjo D3 Nursing Study Program in March 2023. The subjects of this study were all level 2 students of the Sidoarjo D3 Nursing Study Program, a total of 47 students. The results of this study indicate the percentage level of anxiety experienced by students, namely, 55% of students experienced mild anxiety, 28% of students experienced moderate anxiety, 4% of students experienced severe anxiety, 13% of students did not experience anxiety and no students experienced very severe anxiety. Most students level 2 of the D3 Nursing Study Program in Sidoarjo experienced mild anxiety facing clinical practice of nursing with signs and symptoms that are almost the same,namely experiencing weakness, a heavy head, tension, and anxiety.  Keywords: Anxiety level, student, clinical practice, HARS

Abstract

Stroke sering menyebabkan kecacatan jangka panjang yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien, termasuk munculnya depresi dan berkurangnya kemampuan untuk melakukan Aktivitas Kehidupan Sehari-hari (ADL). Depresi pada pasien stroke dapat memperburuk kondisi fisik dan emosional mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh intervensi medis dan perilaku peduli keluarga terhadap depresi dan ADL pasien pasca-stroke. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuasi-eksperimental dengan pendekatan Nonrandomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group. Sebanyak 30 pasien pasca-stroke dari Kabupaten Mojokerto dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: kelompok perlakuan (15 pasien) yang menerima intervensi medis dan dukungan keluarga, dan kelompok kontrol (15 pasien) yang hanya menerima perawatan medis konvensional selama dua bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok perlakuan mengalami penurunan depresi yang signifikan (p = 0,000) dan peningkatan ADL yang signifikan (p = 0,000). Sebaliknya, kelompok kontrol tidak menunjukkan perubahan signifikan pada depresi (p = 0,508) dan ADL (p = 0,091). Kombinasi antara intervensi medis dan perilaku peduli keluarga dapat efektif dalam mengurangi depresi dan meningkatkan ADL pada pasien pasca-stroke di Kabupaten Mojokerto. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan keluarga dan perawatan yang melibatkan keterlibatan keluarga dapat menjadi komponen penting dalam rehabilitasi stroke, selain perawatan medis.

Abstract

Anemia is a health problem that can occur in all age groups from toddlers to old age. Young women are susceptible to suffering from anemia because they experience a menstrual cycle every month. This study aims to determine the influence of age, menstrual pattern, nutritional adequacy rate (energy adequacy rate and protein adequacy rate), and nutritional status on the incidence of anemia in female students at Sidoarjo Islamic Middle School. The design of this research is observational analytic with a cross sectional approach. The population was female students at Sidoarjo Islamic Middle School with a sample size of 53 people. The independent variables in this study were age, menstrual pattern, nutritional adequacy rate (energy adequacy rate and protein adequacy rate), and nutritional status; and dependent variable is anemia. Data collection was carried out by checking Hb and Hct levels, measuring body weight and height, and filling out questionnaires. The collected data was analyzed using path analysis using smart Partial Least Square (PLS). There is a significant effect of protein adequacy on hemoglobin (Hb) levels. Female students with adequate protein intake tend to have better Hb levels, which play a role in preventing anemia. Therefore, meeting optimal protein needs is very important to support blood health and prevent health problems in female students.

Abstract

The existence of children with special needs in the family will be a separate stressor for each family member because it can be a burden on the family both mentally and materially, stress for parents is a form of process that results in psychological and physiological reactions that are not good that come from having to fulfill obligations as a person. old. The purpose of this research is to find out the stress level of parents who have mentally retarded children at SLB-AC Dharma Wanita Sidoarjo.This type of research is descriptive research using a questionnaire using a Depression Anxiety Stress measuring instrument questionnaire (DASS 42) filled in by parents of students of SLB-AC Dharma Wanita Sidoarjo. This research was conducted with a cross sectional approach and found 46 parents as a sample.The results of this study found that the stress level of parents who had mentally retarded children was obtained by some parents experiencing mild stress as many as 10 people (22%), parents who experienced moderate stress as many as 4 people (8%) and some parents who did not experience stress as many as 32 people ( 70%). From the results of this study, it can be concluded that almost all of the parents of SLB-AC Dharma Wanita Sidoarjo, only a few people experienced mild stress and none experienced severe stress. Abstract

Anxiety in facing menarche is one of the problems that is often experienced by young women. This condition can cause a decrease in pain threshold, exacerbate menstrual pain, and has the potential to become physical and emotional disturbances. Young women in Indonesia, including in Sidoarjo Regency, also face similar challenges. Lack of experience, information, and understanding about menarche is a factor causing high levels of anxiety in young women. This situation has an impact on academic achievement and can lead to depression . Study This aim to know the description of anxiety in facing menarche on fifth grade students at SD Negeri Sumput. Study This done for prevent happening anxiety in adolescents daughter moment will experience menarche. Study This use method descriptive with collect data through statement structured Revised Children's Manifest Anxiety Scale (RCMAS). Study This conducted at Sumput Public Elementary School in the month March 2023. Subject study This is female student class V SD Negeri Sumput who have not experience menarche which numbered 42 female students. Research results This show percentage level experienced anxiety students who don't experience worry ie 66.7% and students who experience worry namely 33.3%. According to researcher students who don't experience worry because they Already many earn information about menarche through a number of source information that is through electronic media, print media and direct media so that There is readiness for students in face menarche. From the results study the can concluded that female student class V SD Negeri Sumput part big female student class V SD Negeri Sumput No experience worry in face menarche.

Abstract

Introduction: Stroke is the number one cause of disability and the number three cause of death in the world. The burden caused by stroke is mainly caused by disability (a public health problem) which also creates a high cost burden for the sufferer, their family, society, and the government. Methods: The type of research in this research is a case study using quantitative descriptive design methods. This research was conducted in the working area of "‹"‹the Candi, Urang Agung, and Prambon Community Health Centers which are Community Health Centers in the Sidoarjo Regency Health Service Area. This research uses primary data and secondary data as sources of research data. Data samples were taken from 100 respondents at 9 Integrated Development Posts for Non-Communicable Diseases (IDP NCD) at the Prambon Health Center, Urangagung Health Center, and Candi Health Center, Sidoarjo Regency. Results: The research showed that the high-risk factors for stroke were hypertension in the high category at 41%, random blood sugar in the high category at 49%, cholesterol in the high category at 52%, and BMI in the high category at 40%. Conclusions: Based on the research results, the highest risk factors for stroke are cholesterol, random blood sugar, hypertension, and BMI which indicates obesity. The results of the analysis of stroke risk factors are still high, so it is necessary to optimize advocacy and integrated partnerships in stroke prevention and control through promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative activities in an integrated and sustainable manner.

Abstract

Diarrhea is still one of the main causes of morbidity and mortality in almost all geographic regions in the world, where all age groups can be attacked by diarrhea. Toddlers are an age group that is vulnerable to disease because their immune systems are still weak so they are easily attacked by bacterial, viral and parasitic infections. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers in the Candi Sidoarjo Health Center work area. This research method uses descriptive research involving 44 respondents. Data collection using observation sheets. The results of the examination showed that most respondents had a clean water source (68%), healthy toilets (66%), but there were still SPAL and trash bins that did not meet the requirements (48% and 52% respectively). In addition, although most mothers had good hand washing behavior (86%), diarrhea was still found. The conclusion of this study is that environmental and behavioral factors, especially those related to SPAL, waste management, and hand hygiene, play an important role in the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers. Education efforts and improvement of sanitation facilities are needed to reduce the prevalence of diarrhea in toddlers in the Candi Sidoarjo Health Center area.

Abstract

Anemia is a health problem that can occur in all age groups ranging from toddlers to the elderly. Adolescent girls are prone to anemia due to the monthly menstrual cycle. Anemia in adolescents is defined as a state of hemoglobin (Hb) levels in the blood less and normal numbers according to sex and age groups. The incidence of anemia in East Java in 2021 showed a percentage of 57.1%. Meanwhile, the incidence of anemia in Sidoarjo district is 46.7%. In setting a diet with balanced nutrition in adolescent girls, iron intake is so important, so snack innovations with high iron content are needed.Objectives: To determine the acceptability of rainbow meatballs as an alternative iron-rich snack to prevent anemia in adolescent girlsMethods: This research design is a Pre Experiment research design with organoleptic tests on 30 adolescents aged 10-19 years as panelists with random sampling technique. The population was taken from a class of 42 students of the Diploma in Nutrition Program who had been trained. The sample was determined based on the slovin formula and 30 panelists were obtained with an alpha of 0.01. The data that has been collected will then be processed, tabulated, and interpreted, and analyzed. the data analysis technique used is the Kruskal Wallis statistical test and continued with Mann Whitney.Results: The most preferred formula and has the highest iron content is formula 3 with an average value of 4.01 and iron content of 0.41 mg each 100 g of product. The results of statistical tests using Kruskal Wallis showed significant differences in taste and appearance indicators, which then after further testing using Mann Whitney found significant differences between the 3 rainbow meatball formulas on taste and appearance indicators.Conclusions: The most preferred rainbow meatball formulation by panelists is formula 3 with an average score of 4.01. In the Kruskal Wallis statistical test, differences were found in the taste and appearance indicators. After further testing using Mann Whitney on the taste indicator, there was a significant difference between three formulation of rainbow meatballs. The formulation with the highest iron content is formula 3 with the addition of carrot extract.
