Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan formal bertujuan mempersiapkan lulusan untuk masuk ke dunia kerja. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kompetensi guru produktif pemasaran masih kurang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman mengajar dan etos kerja terhadap kompetensi profesional guru produktif pemasaran SMK Binis dan Manajemen di Kota Semarang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 guru produktif pemasaran SMK Binis dan Manajemen di Kota Semarang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) ada pengaruh pengalaman mengajar terhadap kompetensi profesional sebesar 17,47%, (2) ada pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kompetensi profesional sebesar 18,31% dan (3) ada pengaruh antara pengalaman mengajar dan etos kerja terhadap kompetensi profesional guru produktif pemasaran SMK Binis dan Manajemen di Kota Semarang secara simultan sebesar 59,5%. Hasil persamaan regresi diperoleh Y = 4,823 + 0,277X1 + 0,660X2. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu, ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman mengajar dan etos kerja terhadap kompetensi profesional guru produktif pemasaran baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Vocational High School (SMK) is one of the formal educational institutions aimed at preparing graduates to enter the workforce. Based on the results of preliminary observations indicate that the level of competence of teachers of productive marketing is still not good. This study aimed to analyze the influence of teaching experience and work ethic to the professional competence of teachers of productive marketing vocational high school Binis and management in Semarang. either partially or simultaneously. the population of this research is 50 teachers of productive marketing vocational high school binis and management in semarang.. the data was collected using documentations and questioner method. The data an alysis technique used in this research was descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results of this study were (1) the influence of teaching experience on the professional competence of 17.47%, (2) the influence on the work ethic of professional competence by 18.31% and (3) the influence between teaching experience and work ethic to professional competence Binis vocational teacher productive marketing and management in Semarang simultaneously of 59.5%. Results of regression equation obtained Y= 4,823 + 0,277X1 + 0,660X2. The conclusion of the research is that there is an influence positive and significant of teaching experience and personality work ethics toward professional competence teachers of productive marketing vocational high school business and management in semarang either simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based employee recruitment information system for Nassa School Bekasi using the Waterfall method to address practical issues in recruitment processes. Utilizing a combination of observation, interviews, and literature studies, data were collected and analyzed to specify software needs, interface design, databases, and functional requirements. The system was developed using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap with MySQL for the database. The resulting system simplifies the recruitment process, reduces administrative errors, and increases efficiency, offering practical guidance for similar implementations in other institutions.

Abstract

Masalah gizi stunting di Indonesia mengakibatkan gangguan pertumbuhan balita akibat kekurangan nutrisi sejak kehamilan hingga usia 24 bulan, berdampak pada perkembangan fisik, mental, dan kognitif anak serta meningkatkan risiko penyakit degeneratif. Pemerintah meluncurkan Rencana Aksi Nasional Penanganan Stunting pada Agustus 2017, menekankan intervensi gizi pada 1.000 hari pertama kehidupan. Di Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB), prevalensi stunting menurun dari 20,9% pada 2021 menjadi 18,9% pada 2022, namun masih di atas target nasional 14%. Kabupaten Lombok Timur telah menurunkan stunting dari 37,6% pada 2021 menjadi 17,63% saat ini. Bupati Lombok Timur optimis target nasional dapat tercapai dengan kolaborasi dan dukungan pendanaan. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi program Posyandu dan respon masyarakat terhadap penanggulangan stunting di Desa Pohgading, Kecamatan Pringgabaya, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan kebijakan implementasi program pelayanan Posyandu terhadap pemahaman anak stunting di Desa Pohgading melalui studi kasus yang menghasilkan deskripsi kata-kata tertulis dan lisan dari informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program pelayanan Posyandu di Desa Pohgading efektif dalam menurunkan angka stunting dan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya gizi dan kesehatan anak, melalui komitmen dan koordinasi antara pemerintah desa, puskesmas, dan posyandu serta dukungan aktif dari masyarakat

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss diverting payments to other parties in terms of buying and selling credit goods. These cases have recently rampant occurred in the midst of modern society. Therefore, we tried to find out how Islamic law views such practice. The method used in this study is library research, conducted by collecting library materials such as journals, books, and archives of literature documents. We review them with various theories that have a relationship with the problem being investigated. As for sources for primary legal theory in our research, we used the Quran, Hadith, Laws, and Regulations. The result of our study concludes that the practice of diverting payments to other parties in the sale and purchase of credit goods today, in fact, only involves the first and second buyers unbeknownst to the leasing company - which is supposedly the legal owner of the credit goods being traded. Originated from such a problem transaction that ignores the procedural and regulatory aspects of the leasing company, it causes a default in the form of delays in payment of installments and embezzlement credit objects. Even though this is a common issue, however, in the view of Islamic law, diverting payments to other parties in buying and selling credit goods is allowed as long as it meets the requirements and pillars and is based on the correct procedure by involving the leasing party.Keywords: Credit Goods, Islamic Law, Diverting of Payments,
