This study aims to identify dysfunctions experienced by school principals who hold additional roles in schools located in suburban areas, using a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observations and interviews with the principal and students to understand the impact of holding multiple positions on leadership and school management. The findings reveal that the principal faces significant challenges in time management, which affects the effectiveness of performing key tasks such as interacting with students and managing school administration. Contributing factors include a shortage of teaching staff and the assignment of additional roles to the principal that require more attention. Although the principal gains managerial experience from holding multiple positions, this negatively impacts optimal relationships with students and reduces overall leadership effectiveness. Based on the study’s findings, it is recommended to ensure a more equitable distribution of teaching staff, provide training in time management, and review policies regarding the limitation of holding multiple roles to enhance the quality of education in suburban schools.

Technology the more develop in various fields , including service counseling that is now accessible online . For parents child in need special , counseling based on technology become effective solution in the midst limitations time and access in the area urban areas . However, studies on the effectiveness of these services are still limited, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the role of technology-based counseling in supporting parents of children with special needs in urban areas, with a focus on effectiveness, accessibility, and challenges faced. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with a semi-structured interview technique on 20 parents in urban areas who use technology-based counseling services. Data were also collected through participant observation during counseling sessions. Data analysis was carried out using thematic analysis. The results of the study showed that technology-based counseling greatly helped parents in managing daily challenges, improving the quality of family life, and providing easier and more flexible access than face-to-face counseling. However, obstacles such as unstable internet connections and emotional limitations in virtual interactions are still challenges. This study also found that technology-based counseling can be an effective solution for families in urban areas if supported by better infrastructure and additional training for counselors.

This research is based on the background of adolescent development starting from the formation of personality or the period where adolescents begin to understand themselves and also others. Self-acceptance is when someone recognizes both their strengths and weaknesses without blaming others, and has a strong drive to continue to develop. The importance of self-acceptance is that an individual's ability to accept themselves is the foundation for individuals to embrace all aspects of their lives, both pleasant and challenging, as part of the process of personal experience. The purpose of the research is to help students understand self-acceptance. The method applied in this study is Research and Development (RnD). This scrapbook media is in the form of non-digital media whose material is in the form of books with creativity and animation so as to attract students' reading interest. In the media scrapbook contains the definition of self-acceptance, aspects of self-acceptance, factors of self-acceptance, the impact of self-acceptance, tips for increasing self-acceptance, and is also equipped with positive affirmations, pearls, and also student activities that contain student sharing and are equipped with short stories related to self- acceptance, in order to reflect and evaluate after conducting services. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the development of scrapbook media, with the results of feasibility evaluation by material experts 97.5%, media experts 82.5%, practitioner experts 92.5% and limited product trials on students 87.5%, can be considered very suitable for use in the field. So that the scrapbook development media about self-acceptance for class X students of SMK Negeri 1 Godean is declared very feasible to use. The benefits of this research produce a variety of media in the implementation of guidance and counseling services. However, there are several recommendations for developing this media, namely the need to develop scrapbook media in digital form by processing scrapbook media online or through an application..

PKM untuk pengentasan pengangguran di Masyarakat dalam persiapan kerja pada karang taruna kalurahan Margomulyo, Seyegan Sleman ini bertujuan memenuhi kebutuhan mengenai keterampilan dalam merencanakan dan mempersiapkan karir. Kegiatan terdiri dari 3 tema utama yaitu pelatihan persiapan karir, pelatihan keterampilan komunikasi, dan pelatihan optimalisasi teknologi digital. Peserta kegiatan merupakan 37 orang anggota Sub Unit Karang Taruna Padukuhan Jingin yang masuk pada kriteria usia angkatan kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah Community Based Participatory Research. yang didasari oleh kebutuhan mitra dan disesuaikan dengan kompetensi tim PKM. Hasil dari seluruh rangkaian pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan peserta kegiatan dalam mempersiapkan karir, keterampilan komunikasi, dan optimalisasi teknologi digital. Indikator ketercapaian diukur melalui skor pre-test dan post-test. Rekomendasi bagi kegiatan selanjutnya adalah menghadirkan Dunia Usaha dan Industri untuk melakukan seleksi kerja langsung sehingga manfaat kegiatan dapat lebih konkret dirasakan.
