Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan layanan TIK di SMP 1 Kudus tahun 2015/ 2016. Jenis penelitian adalah studi evaluasi pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan model evaluasi Stake. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian di SMP 1 Kudus menunjukan 1) Perencanaan layanan TIK sudah berjalan cukup baik, masih ada beberapa warga sekolah kurang paham konsep layanan TIK, 2) Pelaksanaan layanan TIK sudah baik sesuai dengan indikator keberhasilan program, dan 3) Hasil layanan TIK masih belum terlaksana dengan baik, bentuk penilaian jarang digunakan dan tidak ada bentuk pelaporan. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyse the implementation of the ICT Service in SMP 1 Kudus in the academic year of 2015/ 2016. This was an evaluation study research with qualitative approach. It used Stake Evaluation model. The sources of the research were informant, observation result, and bibliography. The technique of data collection used interiew, observation, and documentation. The result of the study in SMP 1 Kudus showed: 1) The planning of ICT service has been running quite well, there are still some people in schools do not understand the concept of ICT service. 2) The implementation of ICT service has been running well based on the indicator of program success. 3) The result of ICT service still hasn’t been implemented well, rarely used form of assessment and no report form.

Abstract

This research examines in more depth how legal certainty regarding the validity of marriage certificates of different religions is held abroad after being recorded and reported to the Population and Civil Registry Office (Dukcapil), where the couple resides upon returning to the homeland. With lex loci celebrationis and lex fori principles, the state is expected to accept, recognize, and respect as the basis for recording and registration with the Dukcapil. This type of research is normative research using a statutory and factual approach. The data collection method used literature study, field research, and interviews. Based on the results and discussion of the research, it is found that Indonesian Citizens (WNI) who enter into marriages of different religions abroad under International Civil Law (HPI) are valid and recognized. However, when viewed from the applicable marriage law in Indonesia, it is invalid because it still has to be based on religious law. However, sociologically, the community still recognizes and accepts the existence of interfaith marriages.

Abstract

Pemasaran secara daring saat ini semakin meraih popularitas dikalangan masyarakat, kegiatan ini dilakukan di platform media sosial, situs web, dan e-commerce. Transaksi penjualan yang terjadi menyebabkan penumpukan data, agar transaksi penjualan menjadi informasi yang bernilai guna untuk mendukung penjualan maka dibutuhkan sebuah teknologi data mining. Toko Anticka Shop menghadapi permasalahan dalam menentukan pola pembelian produk secara bersamaan dan produk yang diminati pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menerapkan algoritma FP-Growth pada transaksi penjualan guna mengidentifikasi pola pembelian dan mengetahui produk yang paling diminati. Pengujian ini menggunakan nilai minimum support 0.015 dan minimum confidence 0.8, pengujian menghasilkan 10 aturan dengan tingkat confidence tertinggi. Aturan dihasilkan antara lain: jika pelanggan membeli aksesoris kerudung dan kemeja, maka kemungkinan akan membeli kerudung dengan tingkat kepercayaan 100%; jika pelanggan membeli aksesoris kerudung dan tas wanita, maka kemungkinan akan membeli kerudung dengan tingkat kepercayaan 100%; jika pelanggan membeli kemeja dan kaos kaki, maka kemungkinan akan membeli baju gamis dengan tingkat kepercayaan 100%; jika pelanggan membeli aksesoris rambut dan baju daster, maka kemungkinan akan membeli baju anak dengan tingkat kepercayaan 100%; jika pelanggan membeli baju gamis, aksesoris kerudung, dan tas wanita, maka kemungkinan akan membeli kerudung dengan tingkat kepercayaan 100%.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of sharia-compliant digital marketing strategies to enhance the sales turnover of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Parepare City. Using a qualitative approach with a case study methodology, data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research focuses on understanding the effectiveness of digital marketing through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok while adhering to Islamic ethical principles. The findings reveal that before adopting digital marketing strategies, MSMEs in Parepare City experienced stagnant, declining, or inconsistent turnover due to reliance on traditional marketing methods. However, after utilizing social media for product promotion, most MSMEs reported turnover increases ranging from 20% to 80%. Facebook emerged as the most widely used platform, providing significant outreach and engagement opportunities. Additionally, TikTok and Instagram contributed to customer engagement through creative and interactive content. From an Islamic perspective, the study highlights that MSME actors operate their businesses in line with the principles of falah (worldly and spiritual prosperity), emphasizing transparency, fairness, and ethical practices in their marketing efforts. The adoption of sharia-compliant digital marketing strategies not only enhanced sales performance but also supported sustainable and ethical business operations. This study underscores the potential of digital marketing as a transformative tool for MSMEs, particularly when aligned with Islamic values. Future research could expand the scope by exploring additional sectors or regions to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the impact of digital marketing strategies on business growth.

Abstract

The learning process is one of the keys to the success of education, where education is the development of potential in preparing students through learning and training activities for their future roles. In the learning process, educators are the main actors in how the learning process can be carried out, including in mathematics education in calculation material. The solution so that learning mathematics can be understood and not monotonous, for example using the problem solving learning model. The problem solving learning model will make students active by solving problems in their own way which is done together with group mates. This study aims to determine the effect of problem solving learning on the mathematical numeric abilities of class V SDN 1 Way Lunik Panjang Bandar Lampung. This study uses a type of quantitative experimental research, quasi-experimental type. The research design used was a pretest-posttest control group design. The results showed that after the researchers carried out data analysis and tested the hypothesis, namely: The use of the Problem Solving learning method had an influence on students' numerical abilities. So this shows the conclusion that there is an influence of the Problem Solving Method on the Numerical Ability of fifth grade students at SDN 1 Way Lunik Panjang Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Means End Analysis (MEA) lebih baik dari pada konvensional, untuk mengetahui sikap kemandirian belajar siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika menggunakan model pembelajaran Means End Analysis (MEA), dan untuk mengetahui hambatan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Metode penelitiannya adalah eksperimen kuasi dan desain penelitiannya Nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA PASUNDAN CIKALONGKULON dengan sampel sebanyak dua kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Kelas XI MIPA-3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI MIPA-1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen berupa tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis, angket dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Means End Analysis (MEA) lebih baik dari konvensional. Hasil angket siswa kelas XI MIPA-3 memperoleh hasil hampir seluruhnya positif respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran Means End Analysis (MEA). The purpose of this research is to find out whether the improvement of students 'mathematical problem-solving abilities using the Means-End Analysis (MEA) learning model is better than conventional learning, to determine the attitudes of students' learning independence towards mathematics learning using the Means-End Analysis (MEA) learning model, and to find out the obstacles of students in solving problems mathematical problem-solving abilities. The research method is a quasi-experiment, and the research design is Nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMA PASUNDAN CIKALONGKULON with a sample of two classes. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique. Class XI MIPA-3 as an experimental class and class XI MIPA-1 as a control class. The instruments were in the form of tests of mathematical problem-solving abilities, questionnaires, and interviews. Based on the results of data analysis, the improvement of students' mathematical problem-solving abilities using the Means-End Analysis (MEA) learning model is better than conventional. The results of the XI MIPA-3 class questionnaire obtained almost entirely positive student responses to the Means-End Analysis (MEA) learning model.

Abstract

This qualitative study examines how interpersonal communication between vaporistas (vape shop frontline staff) and consumers builds trust at AMW Vapestore Samarinda, Indonesia. Using social penetration theory by Altman and Taylor (1973), the research explores five stages of relationship development: orientation, exploratory affective, affective, stable, and depenetration. Through in-depth interviews with vaporistas and regular customers who visited at least five times, findings reveal that trust building begins with simple conversations during the orientation stage, progresses through gradual self-disclosure and emotional expression, and culminates in stable relationships characterized by mutual openness and predictability. Vaporistas demonstrate customer service excellence by actively providing product information, showing empathy, and maintaining supportive attitudes. The study confirms that interpersonal communication significantly influences consumer trust, with successful relationships reaching the stable stage where personal connections transcend transactional interactions. However, conflicts can lead to relationship deterioration. The research contributes to understanding frontline communication strategies in the vape retail industry and provides practical implications for employee training and customer relationship management.
