Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine Brand Image and Credibility on Customer Loyalty with Halal Certification as a moderating variable. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The sampling technique used in this study is the saturated sample technique found in non-probability sampling, namely the sampling technique when all members of the population are used as a sample of 118 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all Resellers consisting of Agents, Wholesalers and Retailers who partnered with CV distributors. Pekanbaru's New Taste. The data analysis technique used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, f test, coefficient of determination and moderated regression analysis (MRA) using the IBM SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that brand image partially influences significant to Customer Loyalty and Credibility has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Simultaneously Halal Certification as a moderating variable is able to moderate the relationship between Brand Image and Customer Loyalty. Halal Certification as a moderating variable is not able to influence the relationship between Credibility and Customer Loyalty.Key words: Brand Image, Credibility, Halal Certification, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Kehidupan manusia tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan masalah ekonomi yang menyangkut hubungan manusia dengan manusia lainnya, hubungan tersebut harus dilandasi oleh norma-norma agama yang mengatur seluruh aspek kehidupan termasuk yang berkaitan dengan masalah mu'amalah. Dalam konteks upaya mengembangkan sistem ekonomi Islam, kita akan melihat konsep pemikiran yang sangat cemerlang pada zamannya sebagai inspirasi dan tuntunan, yang didasarkan pada pokok pikiran Ibnu Taimiyah yang telah memberikan banyak jawaban bagi Negara dalam masalah mekanisme pasar, harga dan konsep keadilan yang merupakan pos peningkatan kualitas yang mendalam untuk menyadarkan masyarakat akan pentingnya standar moral dan kualitas akhlak sebagai kaidah kemajuan dan dapat merealisasikannya dalam kehidupan finansial. Artikel ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian pustaka (Library Research), dimana data dan informasi yang terdapat didalamnya diperoleh dengan melakukan penelusuran literatur dari buku-buku, artikel dan penelitian penelitian terdahulu. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa prinsip ekonomi Islam yang lahir dari pemikiran Ibnu Taimiyah yang harus dipenuhi dalam kegiatan ekonomi Islam. Prinsip-prinsip tersebut antara lain: tauhid, aturan, kebebasan, keadilan, keseimbangan dan tanggung jawab. Tentunya pemikiran Ibnu Taimiyyah ini memiliki makna dan tujuan tersendiri untuk mengembangkan kegiatan ekonomi, khususnya ekonomi Islam.

Abstract

Pemikiran tentang sistem Ekonomi Islam telah hadir semenjak periode klasik. Ibnu Khaldun merupakan salah satu tokoh yang sangat berperan penting dalam sejarah perkembangan sistem Ekonomi Islam hingga saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun tentang ekonomi islam. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan library research dengan menggunakan pendekatan historis. Penelitian ini menganalisis pemikiran Ibnu Khaldun tentang Ekonomi Islam, yang terdiri atas kekayaan nasional, keseimbangan ekonomi makro, teori upah, perdagangan internasional, uang, pajak, dan mekanisme pasar.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze what factors influence the effectiveness of alms management at the Ngider Indonesia Alms Foundation in Ciracas District, East Jakarta using quantitative methods with primary data sources obtained from distributing questionnaires via the Google Form digital platform which was processed with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program . Effectiveness can be measured from several indicators such as goal achievement, adaptation, integration and one other indicator outside the effectiveness measurement indicator, namely leadership. The type of research used was field research (Field Research) with a sample of 400 people using cluster random sampling technique. The research results concluded that partially the leadership, goal achievement and adaptation variables had a significant effect on the effectiveness of alms management, while the integration variable had no effect on the effectiveness of alms management. The variable that dominates the effectiveness of alms management is the leadership variable. Simultaneously, the variables of leadership, goal achievement, integration and adaptation are able to influence the effectiveness of alms management at the Ngider Indonesia Alms Foundation in Ciracas District, East Jakarta by 54.1%, while the remaining 45.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
