Abstract

In times like this, there are still many young people who ignore morals or commendable behavior towards themselves, other people and the environment in which they are. Seeing incidents like that the school should also take part in improving the attitude and mentality of their students because this is also a link in the learning process. Knowing about such things at the school we met, namely SMK Darul Ulum Purwodadi, handled it by deepening their religious knowledge by disciplining Duha and Dhuhur prayers in congregation every day. The goal in this case is to accompany Duha prayers and congregational Dhuhur prayers for self-accustoming at Darul Ulum Purwodadi Vocational School. The method of implementing the activity is using the PAR (participatory action research) method. The results of the activity show that 90% of this habituation has been very successful in its application, so that students are able to get used to thinking, behaving, and acting in accordance with the teachings of Islam.

Abstract

E-bekal is an electronic currency founded by the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School which is used as a commodity. This research on the use of E-Provisions on students' buying interest uses a quantitative descriptive approach. This research was implemented at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School because based on the results of initial research observations, the Islamic Boarding School has an electronic payment facility, namely E-Supplies, which can influence students' buying interest. This research uses quantitative methods. Apart from that, the research results show that E-supplies play a constructive and significant role in controlling student spending, with an influence of 83.7%. This shows that the existence of E-supplies can increase students buying interest and can also fulfill their daily needs.

Abstract

Identifying learners' initial abilities is a key step in learning. This article describes six important indicators that can help an educator to identify learners' initial abilities. Like a chef planning a family meal, a teacher needs to understand the unique needs and abilities of each learner. Every learner has an initial ability, an ability that has been possessed before acquiring specific new end abilities Initial skills represent the learner's current level of knowledge and skills to achieve the future status that the educator expects from the learner. To analyze students' initial abilities, at least an educator can identify the initial abilities of students by using techniques to detect initial abilities. In addition, educators can know well the learning styles of different students. The ability of educators to analyze students' initial abilities affects the learning methods they develop, which ultimately results in superior learning outcomes.

Abstract

In Islamic education, perennialism philosophy is a tradition that emphasizes the values of eternal and supernatural truths. This school emphasizes the importance of developing students' character through holistic and cyclical application of values. The goal of this development is to form insan kamil, or whole human beings, who possess truth and goodness. Perennialism, which comes from the Latin word "perennis", meaning eternal or immortal, places the highest truth values derived from God in education. According to perennialism, the main goal of education is to gain possession of principles about reality, truth, and value that are not limited to time or place. Perennialism in Islamic education has many important aspects. First, the perennialism approach sees students as rational humans who have potential (fitrah) that needs to be mobilized. Educators have the main role in organizing learning activities and helping students. Second, perennialism theology emphasizes the importance of mental and intellectual exercises to find the real truth. Education must seek ways to acquire consistent and consistent knowledge, so the educational process must be the same and in accordance with the truth. Perennialism argues that the Islamic education curriculum should be centered on eternal truth values and should include material that can shape the student's personality so that it is in accordance with the goals of the educator.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh promosi, harga, dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Kirana Store Sumberbaru, Jember. Kirana Store merupakan salah satu bentuk usaha ritel lokal yang menghadapi persaingan ketat di tengah perubahan gaya hidup dan perkembangan teknologi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana ketiga faktor tersebut secara parsial maupun simultan memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan konsumen yang berbelanja di toko tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen Kirana Store dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, promosi, harga, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Promosi yang menarik, harga yang kompetitif, dan pelayanan yang ramah serta profesional terbukti mampu meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku UMKM, khususnya dalam sektor ritel, untuk lebih fokus pada strategi pemasaran yang terintegrasi guna membangun keunggulan kompetitif. Kirana Store disarankan untuk terus mengoptimalkan promosi digital, menjaga stabilitas harga, dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan sebagai strategi menghadapi persaingan pasar yang semakin kompleks. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Konsumen, Promosi, Harga, Kualitas Layanan     Abstract This research aims to determine the extent to which promotion, price, and service quality affect consumer satisfaction at Kirana Store Sumberbaru, Jember. Kirana Store is a form of local retail business that faces intense competition amid changes in lifestyle and technological development. The focus of this research is to analyze how these three factors partially and simultaneously influence the level of consumer satisfaction when shopping at the store. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative method, where data is collected through distributing questionnaires to Kirana Store customers and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The research results indicate that both partially and simultaneously, promotion, price, and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Attractive promotions, competitive prices, and friendly as well as professional service have proven capable of enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. These findings provide practical implications for MSME players, especially in the retail sector, to focus more on integrated marketing strategies to build competitive advantages. Kirana Store is advised to continue optimizing digital promotions, maintaining price stability, and improving service quality as strategies to face increasingly complex market competition. Abstract

The ability to use image applications with accuracy, fluency and good and correct understanding is a challenge for students in forming new knowledge. There are still many students who do not master the skills of taking pictures of their surroundings in the Arloopa Application. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate the application of image media techniques to the skill of taking pictures of surrounding objects. This research is descriptive qualitative research. This research was carried out in three cycles, each consisting of two face-to-face learning cycles. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the research show that students in cycles I, II and III have average scores which indicate that the application of image media techniques can improve their ability to use image media applications. It was concluded that the application of effective image media can increase the ability to take pictures of surrounding objects so that they become spatial shapes. Image media can facilitate students in learning English Mathematics.
