Super Priority Destinations (DSP) are one of the efforts of the Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy to increase tourism in Indonesia. One of the DSPs is Likupang in North Minahasa Regency. Revisit Intention is the main goal of tourism managers. The purpose of this research is to look at the factors that influence Revisit Intention at the Likupang DSP. From the results of multiple regression analysis, it is obtained that Customer Experience and Social Media Marketing have a significant influence on Revisit Intention. Tourism managers, in this case the Provincial and Regency Governments and related agencies, need to pay attention to the experiences that can be obtained by tourists, as well as maximize Social Media as an effective marketing tool to increase Revisit Intention to Likupang Super Priority Destinations.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the leading sectors in the economy of Minahasa Regency for the 2019-2023 period using the Location Quotient (LQ) method. The data used is secondary data in the form of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Minahasa Regency and North Sulawesi Province obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The results of the analysis show that there are several basic sectors with an LQ value> 1, namely agriculture, forestry and fisheries (LQ = 1.28), mining and quarrying (LQ = 1.28), processing industry (LQ = 1.15), electricity and gas supply (LQ = 1.18), water supply and waste management (LQ = 1.07), construction (LQ = 1.14), real estate (LQ = 1.27), and government administration (LQ = 1.21), education services (average LQ = 1. 06), and other services (average LQ = 1.06). An important finding in this study is the significant transformation in the manufacturing sector which experienced a drastic increase from LQ=0.78 in 2022 to LQ=2.56 in 2023. Meanwhile, the tourism, transportation, and information communication sectors are still classified as non-base sectors with LQ values <1. This study recommends strengthening the basic sectors through industrialization, agricultural modernization, and infrastructure development policies, as well as special programs to develop non-base sectors to create more equitable and sustainable economic growth in Minahasa Regency.

Abstract

Abstract

The research analyzes predictions of regional development bank ratings, using financial risk factors, namely profitability, asset quality, and capital, each of which uses the ROA ratio, NPL, and the amount of core capital or Tier 1 capital from the bank. As a development by applying similarities from previous research, the current research examines the financial performance of PT Regional Development Bank North Sulawesi Gorontalo during 2019-2023. The results of this research show that by applying equations in bank rating predictions that take into account financial risk factors, BSG received a rating that was different from the actual rating given by the designated rating agency. This research will discuss the prediction results with analysis that focuses more on BSG's own financial performance, especially financial risk factors.

Abstract

This paper examined the correlation of financial risk factors to bank rating. The financial risk factors such profitability, asset quality, and bank capital were respectively measured by return on asset ratio, non-performing loan ratio, and amount of Tier-1 capital from bank’s quarterly financial report as of December 31, 2019-2022. The data of bank ratings were obtained from rating reports released by PEFINDO for 2019-2022. The profitability and asset quality had a negative correlation to bank rating but weak, while bank capital had a positive correlation and moderate.

Abstract

The gap in financial literacy and inclusion is occurring not only in urban areas but also in rural areas. This gap indicates that people who use financial products or services are still not well-literate. Financial problems found in the field suggested that high living expenses make it difficult to set aside or save money, especially for investment purposes. Community service activities in Lemoh Uner Village focused on providing financial literacy through financial education for villagers. Community service activities were implemented through the preparation, implementation, reporting, and publication stages. The increase in financial literacy resulting from the implemented education was indicated by a change from a pre-test score of 38.89 percent to a post-test score of 76.85 percent, suggesting that financial education in Lemoh Uner Village increased local villagers' financial knowledge and literacy, especially regarding a conscious investment lifestyle. By increasing financial knowledge or literacy, it is also expected that Lemoh Village residents will have wiser financial attitudes. Community service through financial education can build awareness among Lemoh Uner Village residents about planning for future funds and investing intelligently and safely.
