Abstract

Critical thinking skill of students is affected by many factors, including the learning model. There are many kinds of learning model; one of it is cooperative learning model with student facilitator and explaining type. This article discussed the results of research on the application of the student facilitator and explaining model in improving critical thinking skill of students in introduction of office administration subject. This study used a quasi-experimental method with Nonequivalent Control Group design. The results of conducted research showed a positive and significant difference in the application of the cooperative learning model with student facilitator and explaining type to improve critical thinking skill of learners.ABSTRAKKemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya adalah model pembelajaran,dimana model pembelajaran ini banyak sekali macamnya salah satunya adalah model cooverarative learning tipe student facilitator and eksplaining. Artikel ini membahas hasil penelitian tentang penerapan model student facilitator and eksplaining dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada mata pelajaran pengantar administrasi perkantoran. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang positif dan signifikan dalam penerapan model pembelejaran kooperatif tipe student facilitator and eksplaining untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik.

Abstract

In a paper-based records management practices, many problems faced, so as to provide space in the electronic media as an alternative in the management of archives. In the terminology of archival, electronic media is classified as a new media archive. One new form of archive storage media is digital media. Digital media typically requires tools such as computers, because it can not be read directly. Archives are stored in digital form can include images, sound, video, text or any other that can be used as a data in binary form (binary), can be processed in a computer program and stored in a digital data storage media.Abstrak : Dalam praktik pengelolaan arsip berbasis kertas, banyak permasalahan yang dihadapi, sehingga memberikan ruang pada media elektronik sebagai alternatif dalam pengelolaan arsip. Dalam terminologi kearsipan, media elektronik dikelompokan sebagai arsip media baru. Salah satu bentuk penyimpanan arsip media baru adalah media digital. Media digital biasanya memerlukan alat bantu berupa komputer, karena tidak dapat dibaca secara langsung. Arsip yang disimpan dalam bentuk digital dapat berupa gambar, suara, video, tulisan atau lainnya yang dapat dijadikan sebuah data dalam bentuk biner (binary), dapat diolah dalam program komputer dan disimpan dalam media penyimpanan data digital.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah yang menarik untuk dikaji dan menjadi fokus kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang efektivitas pembelajaran kearsipan. Permasalahannya adalah belum sepenuhnya ada model pembelajaran kearsipan yang dapat dirujuk oleh dosen-dosen sebagai standar yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran, termasuk pembelajaran kearsipan elektronik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah riset dan pengembangan (RD) dengan metode penelitian survey eksploratif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian sebagai sumber data adalah praktisi pendidikan (dosen dan guru) dan praktisi industri dan dunia kerja (iduka) di bidang kearsipan dan TIK. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan SWOT Analysis. Selanjutnya validasi dilakukan melalui diskusi terbatas (focused group discussion), untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang bermakna dari konteks yang diteliti. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian dapat ditafsirkan secara kreatif, terbuka, dan bermakna bagi perbaikan mutu hasil penelitian. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian Arsip Software Pembelajaran adalah terciptanya software aplikasi untuk pembelajaran kearsipan di UPI yang sesuai kebutuhan industri dan dunia kerja (iduka) dan relevan dengan standar pengelolaan kearsipan nasional (ANRI), dan juga dapat menjadi acuan atau prototype bagi perguruan tinggi lainnya dan sekolah-sekolah dalam mengembangkan software aplikasi pembelajaran kearsipan.

Abstract

In this research focused on the issue of low achievement of class To overcome this problem, this research aims to identify problems in the application of project-based learning methods (Project Based Learning) and their influence on the achievement of student learning outcomes.By using the pre-experiment method and quantitative approach, data was collected through treatment results by looking at the post-test results. There is documented data on learning outcomes in 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 which is data for comparing average scores to determine whether there are significant differences between the groups tested.The results of the analysis show that the application of project-based learning methods (Project based learning) has a positive and meaningful impact on the achievement of student learning outcomes, with a high level of correlation and a positive direction. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of project-based learning methods has a positive impact on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yakni mengenai kualitas arsiparis dan pengelola kearsipan di lingkungan fakultas Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dalam segi kompetensi teknis, manajerial, dan sosial kultural. Masalah ini penting untuk dikaji agar dapat mendukung pengelolaan kearsipan dilaksanakan dengan optimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan data yang diperolah melalui penyebaran angket kepada 62 responden yatitu arsiparis/pengelola kearsipan di lingkungan fakultas UPI. Dengan analisis data secara deskriptif dan analisis inferensial mengunakan Uji One-Way Anova. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kompetensi kearsipan pada arsiparis dan pengelola kearsipsn di lingkungan fakultas di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia pada kategori cukup kompeten, dan diketahui terdapat perbedaan tingkat pemenuhan kompetensi kompetensi teknis, manajerial, dan sosial kultural pada arsiparis dan pengelola kearsipsn di lingkungan fakultas UPI.

Abstract

Various impacts of current globalization require organizations to continue to develop in accordance with predetermined goals and policies. Problems that still often arise in an agency are the  inadequate employee performance, the inadequate use of technology, and the low quality of human resources. In its development, the agency has improved employee performance through several strategies and programs that support the implementation of work. This analysis aims to determine employee views on the SRIKANDI application, the influence of human resource quality and employee performance level assessments at ANRI. This study uses a quantitative method by collecting data through distributing questionnaires to 93 ANRI employees and the data is analyzed using descriptive and inferential data. Based on the results of this study, the SRIKANDI Application is in the fairly effective category, the quality of human resources and employee performance are in the moderate category. The results of hypothesis testing indicate the influence of the SRKANDI Application and the quality of human resources on employee performance. And when viewed from the value of the influence of the SRIKANDI Application and the quality of human resources, it has a fairly strong influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Mental health issues are increasingly recognized as a global challenge, affecting more than 450 million people worldwide, with a significant treatment gap in developing countries such as Indonesia. The limited number of mental health professionals highlights the need for alternative solutions to support early diagnosis. This study aims to design and implement an intelligent expert system for the diagnosis of mental disorders using the Certainty Factor (CF) method. The CF approach was selected for its ability to handle uncertainty and subjectivity in expert reasoning, particularly in cases where symptoms overlap across different disorders. The research methodology includes problem analysis, data collection, system design, implementation, and evaluation. The system was tested using a dataset of mental disorder symptoms, including depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. The results indicate that the system can diagnose bipolar disorder with the highest CF value (0.951), followed by depression (0.883), anxiety disorder (0.853), and schizophrenia (0.510). These findings demonstrate that the CF-based system can provide accurate and realistic initial diagnoses that approximate expert judgment. This research contributes to the field of health informatics by providing a decision-support tool that can be integrated into telehealth platforms, enabling communities to gain faster access to mental health screening.
