Abstract

Badan usaha miliki desa memiliki fungsi untuk meningkatkan semangat kewirausahaan desa dalam rangka meningkatakan perekonomia desa, namun saat ini masih terdapat beberapa desa di Kecamatan Bangkala Kabupaten Jeneponto yang belum memaksimalkan peran BUMdes dikarenakan beberapa peramasalahan yang mendasar, Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pengelolaan BUMDes kepada pemerintah desa di Kecamatan Bangkala Kabupaten Jeneponto, agar masalah yang ada dapat ditemukan solusi pemecahannya. Dari kegiatan ini pemerintah desa mendapatkan pengetahuan dalam merumuskan landasan hukum pembentukan dan pengelolaan BUMDes. Selain itu kegiatan ini telah membantu pengurus BUMDes dan pemerintah Desa dalam menentukan jenis usaha yang dapat dikembangkan sesuai dengan potensi atau sumber daya yang dimiliki. Abstract. Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) have the function of increasing the entrepreneurial spirit of the village to improve the village economy, but currently, there are still several villages in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency that has not maximized the role of BUMdes due to some basic problems. BUMDes management training to village governments in Bangkala District, Jeneponto Regency, so that solutions to existing problems can be found. From this activity, the village government gains knowledge in formulating the legal basis for the formation and management of BUMDes. In addition, this activity has helped the BUMDes management and the village government in determining the type of business that can be developed by the potential or resources they have.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the policy of Village Fund management activities and one of the government's strategies to help villages become self-reliant and develop the potential of the community in terms of community empowerment in managing village funds. This study adopts a qualitative research design with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this research are village officials and the community of Tojabi Village. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data is then processed and analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana method, which involves data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings indicate that the community of Tojabi Village actively participates in the management of village funds through their choices of utilization and social benefits. The community's involvement takes the form of ideas, labor, and material resources.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product differentiation on consumer satisfaction of Toyota Avanza car users at PT Hadji Kalla Alauddin Makassar City Branch. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques in this study using observation and questionnaires. The population in this study was 844 people. The sampling method used is the Krejcie table with a sample of 243 respondents. The data obtained from the research results were processed using linear regression data analysis and the use of the SPSS 25 application which consists of validity and reliability tests. Descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential stratistic analysis. The results of the study based on (t test) showed that product differences had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Determinant Coefficient test results obtained R Square of 0.457. This shows that the dependent variable of customer satisfaction of 45.7% is influenced by the independent variable of product differentiation, while the rest is influenced by other factors not included in this study. It can be said that product differentiation, in other words, the company must develop much better product differentiation if it is to continue to benefit from customer satisfaction.
