Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Tegalrejo sebagai “Kampung Lele” dalam mengelola budidaya lele secara efektif dan efisien, mendorong diversifikasi produk olahan lele untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah dan daya saing, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi lokal melalui pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis budidaya lele. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi dan penyuluhan mengenai keberlanjutan dalam budidaya lele dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam, serta pengembangan strategi pemasaran untuk produk olahan lele guna memperluas pasar di tingkat regional bahkan nasional. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Kampung Lele, yang dilakukan selama pengabdia  dari 7 Mei hingga 7 Juni 2023, mencakup beberapa tahap. Pertama, dilakukan pengenalan kepada pemilik dan pengurus Kampung Lele untuk membangun komunikasi yang baik dan memahami visi, misi, serta kendala yang dihadapi. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pemilahan bibit lele yang baik dengan memilih bibit yang sehat dan berkualitas untuk mendukung pertumbuhan optimal. Kegiatan berikutnya adalah pemberian pakan yang konsisten dan berkualitas, di mana tim membantu menyusun jadwal pemberian pakan untuk memastikan pertumbuhan lele yang maksimal. Proses panen lele juga dilaksanakan dengan memisahkan lele yang sehat untuk dijual, guna meningkatkan kualitas produk yang dipasarkan. Setelah itu, dilakukan evaluasi dan pemantauan program untuk memastikan hasil yang diharapkan dan memberikan saran perbaikan. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas budidaya lele serta memperluas daya saing pasar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa Kampung Lele menunjukkan beberapa kekuatan, seperti lokasi strategis, kualitas produk unggul, harga terjangkau, dan kenyamanan tempat yang menarik konsumen. Ada juga peluang besar untuk ekspansi pasar produk olahan lele, seperti keripik dan abon, dengan memperkuat promosi dan pemasaran digital. Namun, terdapat kelemahan, seperti pencatatan manual dan pemasaran yang masih kurang efektif, yang perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan keuangan dan daya saing pasar. Pengembangan lebih lanjut pada sistem pembukuan dan pemasaran digital akan sangat mendukung kelancaran operasional dan ekspansi usaha di masa depan

Abstract

This research aims to determine the wage system and the application of the wage system from an Islamic perspective at the manufacturing company PT Anugrah Jaya Utama Karanganyar. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research used literature survey, observation and interview techniques. The result of this research is that the amount of employee salaries is in accordance with work wages, both per day and per month have the same salary. The time for paying salaries is also timely according to Islamic law so that wages are given before the sweat dries. According to the Islamic view, the manufacturing company PT Anugrah Jaya Utama Karanganyar cannot be said to be completely good, because the values in Islam have not been fully fulfilled. Wage determination can be seen from a fair and appropriate perspective when everyone has the same salary and salary can be categorized as a living wage which consists of 3 aspects, namely adequate food, clothing and shelter.

Abstract

Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the village level requires collaboration across institutions. However, such collaboration is often hindered by differing institutional orientations and interests. Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa), which aim to strengthen the local economy, hold significant potential for strategic partnerships. Unfortunately, cooperation between BUM Desa and other institutions such as Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), remains limited. Pesantren, as socio-religious institutions, have strong community networks and considerable influence. This study explores a collaboration model between BUM Desa and the Modern Islamic Boarding School (PPMI) Assalam in Sukoharjo Regency. It aims to analyze how these institutions, despite their distinct orientations, work together to support SDG implementation. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through interviews with BUM Desa managers, pesantren leaders, village officials, and community figures, alongside observations and document analysis. Thematic analysis was conducted through data collection, condensation, presentation, and conclusion stages. Findings reveal nine joint initiatives: four in the economic sector, three in the social sector, and two in the environmental sector. The success of this collaboration is driven by five key factors: (1) initial conditions, (2) institutional design, (3) facilitative leadership, (4) collaborative dynamics such as trust, dialogue, and shared understanding, and (5) tangible outcomes aligned with SDG targets. This study integrates collaborative governance, social enterprise, stewardship, and sharia enterprise theories. Practically, it offers guidance for policymakers and local leaders to develop culturally grounded partnerships that connect economic innovation with social and spiritual legitimacy, accelerating SDG achievement at the village level. Abstrak Mewujudkan SDGs di Tingkat Lokal: Studi Kasus Model Kolaborasi antara BUM Desa dan Pesantren di Jawa Tengah. Pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) di tingkat desa memerlukan kolaborasi antar-lembaga. Namun, kolaborasi ini sering terhambat oleh perbedaan orientasi dan kepentingan kelembagaan. Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUM Desa), yang bertujuan memperkuat ekonomi lokal, memiliki potensi besar untuk membangun kemitraan strategis. Sayangnya, kerja sama antara BUM Desa dan lembaga lain seperti pesantren, masih terbatas. Padahal, pesantren sebagai lembaga sosial-keagamaan memiliki jaringan kuat dan pengaruh besar di masyarakat. Penelitian ini mengkaji model kolaborasi antara BUM Desa dan Pondok Pesantren Modern Islam (PPMI) Assalam di Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Tujuannya adalah menganalisis bagaimana kedua lembaga dengan orientasi berbeda dapat bekerja sama dalam mendukung implementasi SDGs. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan pengelola BUM Desa, pimpinan pesantren, aparat desa, dan tokoh masyarakat, serta observasi dan analisis dokumen. Analisis tematik dilakukan melalui tahapan pengumpulan, kondensasi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sembilan inisiatif bersama: empat di sektor ekonomi, tiga di sektor sosial, dan dua di sektor lingkungan. Keberhasilan kolaborasi ini didorong oleh lima faktor utama: (1) kondisi awal, (2) desain kelembagaan, (3) kepemimpinan fasilitatif, (4) dinamika kolaboratif seperti kepercayaan, dialog, dan pemahaman bersama, dan (5) hasil nyata yang selaras dengan target SDGs. Studi ini menggabungkan teori tata kelola kolaboratif, kewirausahaan sosial, stewardship, dan kewirausahaan syariah. Secara praktis, studi ini memberikan panduan bagi pembuat kebijakan dan pemimpin lokal untuk merancang kemitraan berbasis budaya yang menghubungkan inovasi ekonomi dengan legitimasi sosial dan spiritual dalam percepatan SDGs di tingkat desa.

Abstract

Product development research, aims to identify and analyze the attributes of batik fabric products developed and expected consumer desires based on marketingmix. The results of the research as input for product development for batik MSMEs, development of the attributes of batik fabric products of interest to consumers. The research used an exploratory method through a sample of 100 consumers who had purchased batik fabric products at the Masaran Sragen batik MSMEs. Data collection methods are through questionnaires, interviews to respondents and surveys, interviews, direct observation with MSMEs. Data analysis uses conjoint and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. Based on the analysis that batik fabric products are in demand by consumers characterized by: (1) product variables: (a) fabric material made of cotton fabric; (b) features modern-traditional combination motifs; (c) fabric size 110 cm x 240 cm; (d) combination batik, written and stamped; (2) price variables: (a) selling price between Rp. 150,000, - to Rp. 200. 000 per piece; (b) cash payment system; (c) giving discounts when purchasing; (3) promotion variables: (a) advertisements on social media/internet, marketing personnel and signboards; (b) sold in stores/boutiques and online shops; (c) actively participating in events; (4) distribution variables; (a) sold in stores in all districts/cities in Indonesia; (b) timely delivery; (c) sales through stores and online. Abstract

The aim of this research is to formulate the development of an entrepreneurial model to improve students business independence through workshop to equip entrepreneurial knowledge and internships to hone entrepreneurial skills. There were 40 students involved in this research as an experimental test, through workshop activities: business planning and analysis, business model canvas and MSME internship activities to hone skills through making business prototypes and marketing products for the students. Testing through a pretest and post-test is carried out through control group design field experiment approach.
