Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine whether there is a relationship between self-esteem and the intensity of selfies in housewives.The hypothesis proposed is that there is a relationship between Self-Esteem and Selfie Intensity. The sample subjects in this research were 40 housewives in Jombang. The sampling methode used in this research is purposive random sampling. Based on the results of Sperman's rho analysis, it was found that the rho index = 0.076 with p value = 0.641 (p > 0.05). It shows that there is no correlation between self-esteem and selfie intensity in housewives. Keywords: Self-Esteem, Selfie Intensity.

Abstract

Vocational high schools (SMK) are educational institutions designed to produce graduates who are mature and ready to face the world of work. However, several factors that cause the increase in the level of career maturity of students are a consideration that must be considered. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of relationship between social support and career maturity and to determine whether there is a significant relationship between social support and career maturity of class XII students of SMKS Al-Mahrusiyah Lirboyo Kediri City. This study uses quantitative methods with inferential statistical data analysis techniques. the sample of this study amounted to 77 students using purposive random sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses Spearman's Rho correlation using the help of the IBM SPSS Statistic version 25 application. Based on the results of the study found that the average grade XII student of SMKS Al-Mahrusiyah Lirboyo Kota Kediri has a level of social support in the moderate category with a percentage of 77% as many as 59 students, and a level of career maturity in the moderate category with a percentage of 74% as many as 57 students, with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between social support and career maturity. The correlation between social support and career maturity is 0.557, which means the relationship is strong.

Abstract

Every individual will definitely go through phases of life, especially adolescence, in this phase adolescents will search for their identity for a better survival, which this process will not be easy to go through so adolescents will need social encouragement from sources of support around them. Peer groups or peers have a great influence on adolescents to form their identity. Peer groups are a place where each individual feels recognized, gets sympathy and gets encouragement. But there are times when in the peer group environment adolescents will get pressure in it to be able to match the habits of the group. Therefore I made this article which discusses the influence of the peer group environment on adolescents because to more clearly know the other influences on adolescents. The author uses the library research method by collecting data or reports from the previous 5 years, to allow researchers to collect and analyze information scientifically, so that the results of the study can be based on strong empirical evidence.

Abstract

This service uses a problem-based approach that is considered effective for change, which is a research model by looking for something to be associated with the research process towards the process of social change. The purpose of this service is to 1. Analyze the mental condition of teenage dropouts who are members of The Kanisir in Kampung Baru, Lamong village, Badas sub-district, Kediri district. 2. Proving Solutive Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) as a psychological intervention in rehabilitating the mentality of adolescents who drop out of school. 3. Assessing the achievement of change through Solutive Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) as a psychological intervention in rehabilitating the mentality of adolescents who drop out of school. SFBT psychological intervention was conducted in 3 sessions with a duration of 60 minutes in each session. It is known that the psychological dynamics of the subject seen from the aspects of cognitive abilities, affective abilities, and conative abilities still have a dominant tendency to deficiencies or weaknesses. 2. It is known that the implementation of SFBT runs smoothly, the subject follows the stages well, starting from preparation, intervention, to the implementation of problem-free talk techniques, scaling questions techniques, exception seeking questions techniques, miracle questions techniques. 3. Solutive Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) psychological intervention can be an effective method in helping adolescents discover their internal strengths, build hope, and develop strategies to achieve their goals.
