Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara pendidikan dan olahraga serta upaya pemerintah untuk menciptakan generasi bangsa sedini mungkin yang sehat jasmani dan rohani, memiliki sifat kompetitif serta mempunyai kesadaran sosial yang tinggi, meliputi aspek rekrutmen atlet dan pelatih, program dan kepelatihan yang terarah, aspek program pembinaan berjenjang dan berkelanjutan, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana serta strategi pencapaian prestasi yang terarah dan terukur melalui Sekolah Khusus Olahragawan (SKO) Ragunan Kemenpora sehinga dapat berprestasi di tingkat nasional, regional dan internasional. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini CIPP Model (Stufflebeam & Shinkfield) dengan metode penelitian yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif model etnografi Spradley. Adapun subyek penelitian terdiri dari atlet, pelatih, dan pengurus Sekolah khusus Olahragawan Ragunan (SKO) Kemenpora. Adapun hasil penelitian bahwa (1) aspek rekruitmen (X1) mempunyai hubungan dengan aspek pembinaan (X3) dan bersama-sama dalam penelitian ini mempunyai hubungan dengan peningkatan prestasi (Y) Sekolah Khusus Olahragawan (SKO) Ragunan Kemenpora. (2) Aspek Kepelatihan (X2) mempunyai hubungan dan signifikan mempengaruhi peningkatan Prestasi (Y) atlet Sekolah Khusus Olahragawan (SKO) Ragunan Kemenpora. (3) Aspek sarana dan prasarana (X4) mempunyai hubungan mempengaruhi peningkatan prestasi (Y) atlet Sekolah Khusus Olahragawan (SKO) Ragunan Kemenpora akan tetapi membutuhkan perhatian khusus dalam hal peremajaan alat, penambahan alat yang lebih modern serta peningkatan keamanan dan kenyamanan dalam latihan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide a comprehensive picture of the development of decodable books based on human security in an effort to strengthen the Pancasila student profile for students in the Early Readers category in elementary schools (SD). The qualitative approach presented descriptively through library research shows several conceptual findings, such as: (1) Decodable Books Terminology; (2) Characteristics of Decodable Books for Early Readers Category (B1); (3) The Concept of Human Security in SD; (4) Internalization of Pancasila Student Profile Values in the Context of Developing Decodable Books in Elementary Schools The library research was carried out in a comprehensive manner by conducting a meta-analysis of several relevant previous studies, taking inventory of several theoretical studies from various sources, and supporting government policies related to the focus of this study. The results of the study show that book development is explicitly contained in BSKAP No. 030/P/2022 Concerning Guidelines for Leveled Books, although unfortunately this has not been comprehensively discussed. The results of this literature study produce propositions that can be followed up in other, more complex studies. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai pengembangan buku ramah cerna berbasis human security sebagai upaya penguatan Pancasila student profilepada siswa kategori Pembaca Awal di Sekolah Dasar (SD). Pendekatan kualitatif yang disajikan secara deskriptif melalui library research menunjukan beberapa temuan yang bersifat konseptual seperti: (1) Hakikat Buku Ramah Cerna; (2) Klasifikasi Buku Ramah Cerna dan Buku Berjenjang; (3) Karakteristik Buku Ramah Cerna untuk Kategori Pembaca Awal (B1); (4) Konsep Human Security di SD; (5) Internaliasi Nilai-Nilai Pancasila student profiledalam Konteks Pengembangan Buku Ramah Cerna di SD. Studi pustaka dilakukan secara komprehensif dengan melakukan metaanalisis pada beberapa penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dan inventarisasi pada beberapa kajian teori dari berbagai sumber serta kebijakan-kebijakan pemerintah yang mendukung terkait fokus kajian ini. Hasil kajian menunjukan bahwa pengembangan buku secara eksplisit terdapat dalam BSKAP No. 030/P/2022 Tentang Pedoman Perjenjangan Buku, walaupun sayangnya belum dibahas secara komprehensif. Hasil studi pustaka ini menghasilkan proposisi yang dapat ditindaklanjuti pada penelitian lainnya yang lebih kompleks.

Abstract

Community Service Activities are carried out in Sekarwanggi Village for the Batu Asih Volley Ball Club in increasing the achievement abilities of volleyball athletes by using the Sport Science approach and increasing the economic capabilities of the people who are members of the Batu Asih Volley Ball club by using the Sport Entrepreneur approach. Community Service activities are carried out for five months, starting from May until September 2023. Initial activities in Community Service provide training to coaches and athletes in developing training programs by utilizing the use of Sport Science so that the Batu Asih Volly Ball club can create high-achieving athletes from from regional to national level. Then for the people who are members of the support for the development of the Batu Asih Volleyball Club, we also carry out activities to improve the economy by using Sport Entrepreneurship, so that sports activities can be packaged properly to improve the economy for the people in Sekarwanggi Village, Cibadak District. Then at the end of the PKM activity a volleyball match was held with the Batu Asih Cup II event, which was attended by 16 teams from the Cibadak sub-district which was held for four days.
