Abstract

ABSTRACTSeaweed flour has a high dietary fiber content which is good for food production. This study aims to determine the differences in levels of fish amplang (mackerel tuna) fiber added and without addition to seaweed flour. The research method was carried out experimentally by comparing the fish amplang with the addition of 1% seaweed and without the addition of seaweed flour. The results showed that the addition of seaweed flour gave a significant difference to the value of fish amplang fiber. The fiber content of fish amplang with the addition of seaweed flour reached 5.79% and without the addition of seaweed, flour was 2.64%.Keywords: seaweed flour, Eucheuma cottonii, mackerel tuna, fish amplang

Abstract

Ibu  menyusui merupakan populasi wanita usia subur yang paling rentan mengalami masalah gizi kurang atau Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK). Namun, pandemi covid-19 yang masih meningkat dan kebijakan pembatasan sosial, menjadi alasan pendidikan kesehatan tidak memungkinkan dilakukan secara langsung, sehingga perlu sekali memanfaatkan media sosial (model virtual). Tujuannya membuktikan pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan gizi ibu menyusui secara virtual pada masa pandemi covid-19 untuk keberhasilan ASI Eksklusif dalam keluarga ‘Aisyiyah di Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian adalah true experiment non equivalent control group design. Sampel dalm penelitian ini berjumlah 58 orang (29 kelompok kontrol, 29 kelompok kasus) Ibu menyusui yang mempunyai bayi ≤ 1 bulan dalam keluarga ‘Aisyiyah kota Padang. Hasil penelitian didapatkan p-value 0,000 (p<0,05) pada kelompok kasus dan 0,064 (p>0,05) pada kelompok kontrol. Kesimpulan bahwa pendidikan kesehatan secara virtual memiliki pengaruh terhadap Pengetahuan Ibu tentang Gizi Menyusui dan Pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Keluarga Aisyiyah.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Kesehatan, Virtual, Pengetahuan, ASI Ekslusif

Abstract

Cholesterol is a component of fatty acids found in the blood. This substance is needed by the body for certain processes for survival. Among them to form hormones, cells and treat nerve cells. Hypercholesterolemia is excess fat in the blood. Hypercholesterolemia can be overcome by consuming herbal medicines (natural ingredients, such as medicinal plants including green tea. Green tea (Camellia sinensis) contains polyphenols in the form of catechins, especiallyepigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). It is a biologically active ingredient that can inhibit the pathogenicity of several chronic diseases, especially in cardiovascular diseases which can play an important role in reducing blood cholesterol levels. This type of research is quasi experiment (Quasi experiment) by designPretest-Postest with Control Group ((Latuconsina, 2018). The implementation of this study was to measure total cholesterol levels taken before and after giving green tea for 2 weeks. The study was conducted on hypercholesterolemia sufferers in the city of Padang. The material used in this study was 3 grams of clean and good quality green tea.The results of statistical analysis using the T-test 2 mean Independent to see the effect of changes in total cholesterol levels on green tea administration in the treatment group and without green tea administration in the control group obtained statistical test results p value <0.05, there was a difference between changes in total cholesterol in the treatment group with the control. The conclusion of this study was that there was a significant difference in initial and final total cholesterol in the treatment group (p<0.05). There was a significant difference of initial and final total cholesterol in the control group (p<0.05). There was a significant difference in changes in total cholesterol between the treatment and control groups ((p<0.05).

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by inadequate nutritional intake for a long time due to feeding that is not in accordance with nutritional needs. Stunting children is an indication of a lack of nutritional intake, both in quantity and quality that is not met.Ignorance of the benefits of Moringa leaves for health, due to lack of information about processing Moringa leaves into pudding for teachers and parents at TK Aisyiyah 6 Padang. Based on the results of the documentation study carried out by the service, the solution that will be offered to partners is education by taking steps to educate about the benefits of Moringa leaves and processing in the form of outreach activities / Counseling to teachers and parents of 'Aisyiyah 6 Padang Kindergarten students, distribution of Moringa plants , as well as processing Moringa leaves into Moringa pudding.From the results of the community service carried out, the following results were obtained: the knowledge of the Kindergarten teacher 'Aisyiyah 6 Padang had a good category (60%) about stunting and the use of Moringa leaves as an effort to prevent stunting in children. This study was a cross sectional study to determine the level of knowledge of TK 'Aisyiyah 6 Padang teachers about stunting and the use of Moringa leaves as an effort to prevent stunting in children. Based on the table above, it can be seen that the knowledge of the Kindergarten teacher 'Aisyiyah 6 Padang has a good category (60%) about stunting and the use of Moringa leaves as an effort to prevent stunting in children.

Abstract

Factors causing Chronic Energy Deficiency (CHD) in pregnant women are caused by direct and indirect factors. The direct contributing factors of Chronic Energy Deficiency (CHD) in pregnant women are inadequate nutrient consumption and illness. Indirect causative factors are inadequate food supply, inadequate parenting and inadequate environmental health and health services. The aim is to increase the awareness of pregnant women about the importance of the level of nutrition knowledge and the level of food consumption in preventing the occurrence of SEZ in pregnant women. This community service activity is carried out in the form of counseling aimed at increasing understanding and awareness of pregnant women about the importance of the level of maternal nutritional knowledge and the level of food consumption in preventing the incidence of SEZ in pregnant women in the Lubuk Buaya area. pregnant women who experience Chronic Energy Deficiency (SEZ) there are about 25 (71.4%) respondents, the rest are not Chronic Energy Deficiency (SEZ) 10 (28.6%). nutritional knowledge of mothers is mostly lacking 19 (54.3%), sufficient knowledge 7 (20%), and good knowledge 9 (20%). (20%), and good knowledge 9 (25.7%). The normal level of food consumption was 4 (11.4%), the sufficient level was 5 (14.3%), and the deficient level was 26 (74.3%). Abstract

Kekurangan asupan energi dan protein pada ibu hamil dapat menyebabkan Kurang Energi Kronis (KEK). Ibu hamil mengalami KEK jika Lingkar Lengan Atas < 23,5 cm. Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK) merupakan salah satu masalah yang terjadi pada masa kehamilan dimana tidak seimbangnya antara asupan dengan kebutuhan gizi. Ibu hamil dengan KEK berisiko melahirkan Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah (BBLR) yang berpotensi mengalami kematian, gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Masalah KEK di Desa Muara Madras pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 65% dan meningkat pada tahun 2019 sebanyak 71,4%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan gizi, anemia, dan tingkat konsumsi makanan dengan kejadian KEK pada ibu hamil di desa Muara Madras Kabupaten Merangin Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan metode cross sectional. Keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel yang berjumlah 35 orang ibu hamil dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji statistik Chi Square. Hasil analisis univariat 69% responden mengalami KEK, 77% pengetahuan gizi ibu kurang, 51% anemia, dan 86% tingkat konsumsi makanan rendah. Analisa bivariat diketahui ada hubungan anemia (p=0,018), pengetahuan gizi ibu (p=0,012) dengan kejadian KEK pada ibu hamil. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat melakukan penelitian dengan beberapa variabel lainnya, karena masih banyak faktor-faktor lain yang berhubungan dengan kejadian Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK) pada ibu hamil.

Abstract

Saat ini permasalahan yang banyak terjadi di sekolah adalah media pembelajaran yang digunakan masih bersifat konvensional, seperti guru memberikan materi dan tugas secara lisan dan tertulis. Selain itu, jika guru berhalangan hadir, materi dan tugas dilimpahkan kepada tim pengajar, sehingga terkadang membuat siswa kurang memahami isi materi. Kegiatan PkM ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan aplikasi e-task berbasis Android pada Sekolah Menengah Atas, yaitu sebuah sistem pembelajaran online yang digunakan untuk aplikasi penugasan siswa berbasis Android. Sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Android Studio, dan menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan alat bantu pengembangan sistem yaitu Unified Modeling Language (UML). Selain itu, proses pembelajaran yang ada saat ini masih menggunakan metode satu arah yaitu sumber pengetahuan hanya berasal dari guru, sehingga membuat siswa kurang mandiri dalam belajar karena saat ini sudah cukup banyak model media pembelajaran, salah satunya media pembelajaran berbasis Android. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kemandirian siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar karena menggunakan media pembelajaran berupa aplikasi e-task berbasis Android sehingga ada inovasi dalam pembelajaran untuk membuat siswa lebih semangat, kreatif dan aktif dalam belajar baik secara online maupun offline.
