Abstract

Berbagai jenis olahraga ringan seperti jalan kaki, jogging, lari, bersepeda, dan aerobik ternyata dapat membantu memenuhi kebutuhan olahraga harian anda dan mengurangi risiko obesitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu memahami hubungan antara detak jantung dan tekanan darah menggunakan monitor jam tangan pintar. Desain penelitian ini tergolong dalam jenis penelitian eksperimen. Pada studi ini, peneliti menganalisis aktivitas fisik dalam kelompok kebugaran gym Kanaya yang terdiri dari 20 (wanita) dan mengukur langkah, kalori, dan detak jantung. Peneliti menerapkan Smart Watch dalam mengamati semua kegiatan fisik subjek. Alat penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Neuro Dance dan Smart Watches. Rata-rata aktivitas fisik akibat jalan kaki dalam sebulan terakhir. Tekanan darah diukur dengan Sphygmomanometer. Uji hipotesis digunakan uji-t untuk memahami hubungan antara total stadium dan hipertensi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, tingkat probabilitas atau signifikansi masing-masing variabel adalah 0,072, 0,002 dan 0,000 yang artinya untuk detak jantung dan konsumsi kalori, p<0>0,05, sehingga tidak ada perbedaan.

Abstract

The KKN program in Besuk Hamlet, Lemujut Village is a non-formal education initiative which aims to increase the enthusiasm for learning of young children and involve the active participation of the local community. Through a structured step-by-step approach, this program succeeded in achieving significant positive impacts. It was found that there was a high level of enthusiasm from children and villagers, as well as active support from parents. The Sinau Bareng program has been successful in providing concrete assistance in understanding various subjects, with a focus on developing social skills, art and creativity. Apart from increasing children's enthusiasm for learning, this program also strengthens community participation in children's education. Through a collaborative approach, an environment is created that supports the sharing of knowledge and experience, strengthening social ties within the community. In conclusion, the KKN program in Lemujut Village is an example of the success of non-formal education which improves the welfare of early childhood education. This illustrates the great potential of inclusive and community-based education in improving the quality of education at the village level and strengthening social ties. In the context of Indonesian education, this initiative is an important effort to create an intelligent, wise and responsible generation, ready to face the future with confidence.

Abstract

Research shows that the management of natural tourist attractions in Pacitan Regency is running well, as the government has provided supporting facilities and infrastructure, but there are shortcomings, such as promotion which is still not very advanced because it still uses print media, road access to the location is not good and the budget is still limited. The PPM team of Physical Education Lecturers socialized the government of Wonodadi Kulon Village, Ngadirojo District, Pacitan Regency to promote river water sports-based tourism through social media and conduct comparative studies to other tourist villages. The method used in community service program activities is based on the asset based approach (ABA). The activity stages include field observations, drafting material requirements and implementation, licensing, implementation of service, evaluation, up to the final report. Based on the results and discussion that have been described, it can be concluded that Wonodadi Kulon Village, Ngadirojo District, Pacitan Regency has the potential to be developed as a village tourism based on river water sports. In this PPM Program, activities include determining appropriate strategies to improve the welfare of village communities through river water sports-based tourism, training and mentoring which contains the required materials including various types of river water sports, management, water sports facilities and infrastructure, prevention. and first aid for accidents, publicity and marketing using social media. Where the results of the training and mentoring can encourage participants to play a role together in the future in managing village tourism based on river water sports as a form of utilizing the natural wealth in the village.
