Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of the physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the kalidoni village office. In this study collected through distributing questionnaires with 57 respondents. The theory used in this study relates to the physical work environment and work discipline. This type of research uses research instruments in the form of questionnaires and data analysis techniques using IBM SPSS V25 for windows. There are also data analysis techniques in this study including multiple linear analysis validity tests, t tests, f tests and determination tests. From the results of the tests carried out partially the physical work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance of 0.00 and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of 0.023 and simultaneously the physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance have a positive and significant effect on employee performance of 0.00.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital culture on the performance of employees of PT Focus Retail Nusaprima. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaire distribution. Sampling in this study using saturated sampling technique. The population in this study were 50 employees of PT Fokus Retail Nusaprima. The analytical tools used in this study are validity test, realibilats test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, t-test and hypothesis testing which are analyzed using the help of the SPSS version 27 program. The results of this study indicate that digital culture has a significant positive effect of 26.0%. This is evidenced by the t-count> t-table value, namely (4.102> 2.010) with a significance of 0.00 <0.05. Companies should be able to continue to maintain and optimize the quality of these two things. In order to continue to improve employee and company performance. The results of descriptive analysis show that what needs to be improved in digital culture is the components that must be considered, namely agility and flexibility.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset yang paling penting dan berharga bagi suatu organisasi atau perusahaan yang di mana berfungsi sebagai faktor penggerak bagi setiap kegiatan didalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeetahui pengaruh stress kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan (Studi Kasus Stasiun LRT Jakabaring Sumatera Selatan) secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitiaan kuantitatif dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah model regresi linear berganda. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pegawai LRT Jakabaring Sumatera Selatan. Sampel yang diperoleh 50 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terhadap pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Stress Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Besarnya pengaruh Stress Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 72,1 % dan sisanya 27,9 % dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak ditteliti. Kesimpulannya Stress Kerja dan Motivasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh insentif dan kerjasama tim terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan CV. Keanu Motor Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Insentif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi (0,080) > 0,05 dan nilai t-hitung < t-tabel (1,800 < 2,026). (2) Kerjasama tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi (0,000) < 0,05 dan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (6,908 > 2,026). (3) Insentif dan Kerjasama tim secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi (0,000) < 0,05 dan nilai F-hitung > F-tabel (44,044 > 3,252). Koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,839 yang artinya variabel Insentif dan Kerjasama Tim mampu meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan sebesar 70,4%. Sisanya 29,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen lainnya yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model regresi ini.

Abstract

This research seeks to examine the impact of job placement, work experience, and career development on employee performance at the Office of Public Works Bina Marga and Spatial Planning of South Sumatra Province. “The research used descriptive quantitative methodologies and sampling procedures, using simple random sampling based on the Slovin formula, with a sample size of 130 respondents drawn among 192 ASN workers. Multiple linear regression was used for data analysis. The findings indicated that job placement, work experience, and career advancement each had a favourable and substantial influence on employee performance. Of these characteristics, career advancement has the most significant impact. The three factors concurrently have a substantial impact on employee performance. The correlation coefficient signifies a robust association, but the coefficient of determination reveals that the majority of the variability in employee performance is accounted for by these three components, with a little proportion affected by external variables not included in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang kinerja guru SMA Daarul Aitam Palembang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan subjective well-being berpengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja guru. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif deskriptif, populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 41 orang, metode penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh (sensus), pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinieritas, heteroskedatisitas. Teknik analisis dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi linear berganda, kemudian dilakukan uji t dan uji F dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 5%. Penelitian, menghasilkan uji t membuktikan secara parsial, variabel kepuasan kerja memiliki thitung 7.638 > ttabel 2.024 dengan nilai signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05, dan variabel subjective well-being memiliki nilai thitung 2.523 > ttabel 2.024 dengan nilai signifikansinya 0,016 < 0,05. Kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai Fhitung 94.007 > Ftabel 3.24 dan tingkat signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel secara simultan mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,896 sedangkan koefisien determinasi 83,2% yang artinya variasi kinerja guru dapat dijelaskan oleh kepuasan kerja dan subjective well-being, sementara 16,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

A cooperative is an economic institution founded on the principles of solidarity and mutual cooperation with the primary objective of improving the welfare of its members. However, low cooperative literacy, particularly in rural areas, remains a major obstacle in optimizing the role of cooperatives as community-based economic institutions. In response to this challenge, a Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) was conducted in Pulau Harapan Village to provide fundamental knowledge about cooperatives and foster residents’ interest in establishing a community-driven economic organization. The program was implemented in late July 2025 using a participatory approach through three stages: material preparation, interactive socialization with membership and savings-loan simulations, and activity evaluation. A total of 62 participants—including village officials, women farmer groups, MSME actors, and local traders—were actively involved in the program. The results of the activities indicated a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of cooperative benefits. This was reflected in their enthusiastic engagement during discussions as well as the emergence of community initiatives to establish a village cooperative. As a follow-up, plans for an official founding meeting and continuous mentoring have been scheduled. Through these efforts, the cooperative is expected to grow into a sustainable pillar of the local economy

Abstract

The problem of this research is How Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline Influence the Performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG Employees in Palembang City. This study aims to determine the Effect of Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG Employees in Palembang City. The research used quantitative methods with sampling, namely saturated sampling (census) of 80 respondents. Data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear analysis, t test, F test and R2 test. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS version 24 application. Based on the research, it was found that: 1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG employees in Palembang City with tcount = 2.064 and sig. 0.042, 2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG Palembang employees with tcount = 7.196 and sig. 0.000, 3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG Palembang City employees with tcount = 2.830 and sig. 0.006, 4) Competence, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of BAPPEDA LITBANG employees in Palembang City with Fcount = 30.245 and sig. 0.000.
