Abstract

Nurul Asikin, Analisis Perilaku Konsumen terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kosmetik Wardah di Samarinda, dengan Dosen Pembimbing I Bapak Dr. Suyanto, SE, M.Si dan Dosen Pembimbing II, Bapak Mardiono, SE, M.Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Perilaku Konsumen terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kosmetik Wardah di Samarinda. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial faktor budaya, faktor sosial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan faktor pribadi, faktor psikologis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan secara silmutan faktor budaya, faktor sosial, faktor pribadi, faktor psikologis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

River water is potentially unsafe and polluted, which can cause serious infections. Waterborne infections are a major cause of global mortality and morbidity. In cases of diarrhea, this research aims to identify the types of parasitic protozoa and their distribution in waterways in Japan and Indonesia. This research reviews literature by collecting data from various sources, such as books, national and international scientific journals. The articles analyzed are original articles relating to protozoa in river water from both countries. In Japan, protozoa such as Henneguya were found in the Omoi River and Cryptosporidium parvum in several rivers in Hokkaido. In Indonesia, species such as Codonellopsis sp., Favella sp., Tintinnopsis sp., and Codonella sp. are found. in Sorong Regency, as well as various other types in West Bandung, Central Sulawesi and South Kalimantan. The diversity and distribution of protozoa is influenced by water quality, physical conditions, water chemistry, and human activities. This research can provide information regarding protozoa which can act as bioindicators of water quality. The presence and diversity of protozoa can provide an indication of the health condition of aquatic ecosystems. As a result, conservation efforts and management of aquatic ecosystems can be improved.

Abstract

citra merek terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada skincare M.S Glow di Samarinda. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 119 responden. Teknik pengumpulan sampel data yaitu dengan kuesioner. Untuk metode analisis dan uji hipotesis yaitu menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi (R) dan koefisien determinasi (, serta diuji dengan menggunakan uji f (simultan) dan uji t (parsial). Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner serta menggunakan alat analisis statistik dengan bantuan program computer SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa variabel Kualitas Produk (X1), Harga (X2), dan Citra Merek (X3) secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y). Kemudian Uji F diperoleh hasil 80.699 > 2,68 artinya variabel Kualitas Produk (X1), Harga (X2), dan Citra Merek (X3) memiliki pengaruh simultan atau bersama-sama terhadap variabel Kepuasan Konsumen (Y). Kemudian diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,820 (82,0%) yang artinya 4 variabel pada penelitian ini yaitu Kualitas Produk (X1), Harga (X2), dan Citra Merek (X3) memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y).

Abstract

Analysis of Consumer Satisfaction Levels Using the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Effort Score (CES) Methods on Telkomsel Card Users in Samarinda. The purpose of the study was to measure the level of consumer satisfaction and ease of service for Telkomsel card service users in Samarinda. This research method is quantitative descriptive, which is a research method that uses quantitative data to describe the characteristics of a phenomenon or population, without testing the relationship or determining the cause and effect between variables. The population is all consumers who use Telkomsel card services in Indonesia, totaling 8510 users (as of September 2023). The sample size collected was 158 respondents (minimum sample of 99 based on the Slovin formula). The type of data is primary data or internal data obtained directly from respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the Net Promoters Score (NPS) method, which is a method for measuring consumer satisfaction, and the Customer Effort Score (CES) method, which is a method for measuring the ease of consumer experience with product/company services. The assessment scale for each respondent's answer is scored from 0-10, where 0 means very unlikely/very difficult, and 10 means very possible/very easy. The survey results from 158 respondents who were collected showed that Telkomsel had a CES index on a scale of 7-10 (very easy), namely 7.47 in the "very easy" range, indicating that customers/consumers are consistently satisfied with the ease of use of Telkomsel products or services. This score is evidence of Telkomsel's efforts to provide a customer-centric experience. A high CES score can be a competitive advantage, as it can lead to increased customer loyalty, satisfaction, and referrals. For the NPS score of 18.35% positive, it shows that there are more promoters than detractors, and this is a good indicator of Telkomsel consumer loyalty. The existence of promoters, although in a small percentage, shows that some customers are enthusiastic about Telkomsel products and services and are willing to recommend them to others. This shows that Telkomsel provides a positive experience for some of its customer base

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of Customer Rating (X1), Customer Reviews (X2), Product Quality (X3), and Live Streaming (X4) on Purchase Decisions (Y) on TikTok Shop in Samarinda City. The research employs a quantitative approach with purposive sampling, collecting data from 150 respondents. Data analysis includes data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient (R), coefficient of determination (R²), and hypothesis testing (F-test and T-test). The multiple linear regression equation results show: Y = a + 0.328(X1) + 0.306(X2) + 0.367(X3) + 0.258(X4). The correlation test indicates a strong relationship between the independent variables and Purchase Decision, with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.924. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 85.4%, indicating that Customer Rating, Customer Reviews, Product Quality, and Live Streaming collectively influence Purchase Decision by 85.4%, while the remaining 14.6% is influenced by other factors outside the model. The T-test results demonstrate that Customer Rating, Customer Reviews, Product Quality, and Live Streaming each have a significant effect on Purchase Decision. Additionally, the F-test confirms that all four variables simultaneously have a significant influence on Purchase Decision on TikTok Shop

Abstract

Pembelajaran klinis sangat penting dalam pendidikan keperawatan D-III untuk integrasi teori dan praktik. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan faktor individu, lingkungan, dan institusional terhadap pencapaian pembelajaran klinis mahasiswa keperawatan D-III serta mengidentifikasi faktor paling dominan. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan sampel 80 mahasiswa semester V melalui total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tervalidasi (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0,951) yang dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat (Chi-Square), dan multivariat (regresi logistik). Hasil menunjukkan semua variabel berhubungan signifikan dengan pencapaian pembelajaran klinis (p < 0,05). Analisis multivariat mengungkapkan bahwa dukungan pembimbing klinis (p = 0,003; OR = 4,71) dan kesiapan akademik (p = 0,007; OR = 3,94) merupakan faktor dominan yang meningkatkan peluang pencapaian optimal. Simpulan penelitian menekankan pentingnya faktor lingkungan dan individu dalam keberhasilan klinis. Disarankan peningkatan pelatihan pedagogi preceptor, penguatan sistem mentoring akademik, dan pengembangan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa melalui pendekatan adaptif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi standar SNI ISO 37001:2016 tentang Sistem Manajemen Anti Penyuapan (SMAP) di Pusat Pembinaan Jabatan Fungsional Bidang Pengembangan Kompetensi Pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara di Lembaga Administrasi Negara. Standar ini digunakan sebagai kerangka kerja untuk membantu organisasi mencegah, mendeteksi, dan merespons risiko penyuapan serta meningkatkan budaya integritas dan kepatuhan dalam organisasi pemerintahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, yang melibatkan observasi mendalam, dan analisis dokumen terkait implementasi SMAP. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber, termasuk pegawai yang terlibat langsung dalam penerapan standar ini, dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SMAP di lingkungan Pusat Pembinaan Jabatan Fungsional telah berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman pegawai mengenai praktik anti-penyuapan. Terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi, seperti resistensi terhadap perubahan dan kurangnya sumber daya, namun organisasi berhasil mengatasinya melalui pelatihan dan sosialisasi yang efektif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa implementasi SNI ISO 37001 di lembaga tersebut telah memberikan kontribusi positif dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih transparan dan akuntabel, meskipun masih perlu adanya peningkatan dalam aspek evaluasi dan pemantauan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan penerapan SMAP.

Abstract

This study aims to examine a number of factors that can influence Competitive Advantage moderated by Digital Marketing. There are three factors that researchers believe can influence Competitive Advantages, namely Managerial Competence of Entrepreneurs, Entrepreneur Motivation, and Entrepreneurship. In the end, if a company has good Competitive Advantages, it can influence Business Performance. The objects of this study are related to the Zionist Israeli genocide against Palestine, the International Court of Justice ruling in January 2024, the history of the Israeli-Palestinian dispute, and the impacts resulting from the dispute. This type of research is a research that uses a quantitative approach. The basic reason for using quantitative research is to test the theory by collecting numerical data and then analyzing it statistically. So that quantitative research generally also involves instruments used to collect data and quantitative methods are usually related to making generalizations about the population being investigated. This study is descriptive in nature, where the data to be used is primary data through the distribution of questionnaires in order to prepare data tabulation as material for further analysis to understand and answer research questions. The research model used is to develop from a direct influence model to a direct and indirect influence between factors that influence competitive advantage with business performance and moderated by digital marketing. The population in this study is all classifications of food and beverage sector SMEs spread across East Kalimantan.
