Abstract

The incidence of breast cancer increase every year, if didn’t controlled by the WHO estimates that there will be an increase of 30% and 70% in 2030. The patients often experience are complex problems such as the lack of self-confidence, pain in wounds and aesthetic problems. Postoperative patients or chemotherapy need proper care in order to achieve a good quality of life. The BESTCARE program aims to improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients through activities that can be carried out by cadres and patients. The methods was lectures, demonstrations and practices. While the media used are lectures, demonstrations, practices and wound care. The material presented includes the incidence of breast cancer, understanding, risk factors, conscious examination steps, wound care with modern dressing. Results: The team succeeded in forming a cancer care health, knowledge and understanding of the cadre of mam health increased from 50% to 85%, health cadres were able to make conscious movements from before 55% to 90%, an increase in the number of visits, decreased pain scale and wound care progress with modern dressing. Conclusion: The program of activities carried out by the Bestcare team was able to be carried out properly and as expected improving  the quality of life in palliative patients both  in the clinic or home visit.

Abstract

Purpose: This paper provides a discussion of how financial access, tax incentives, MSMEs’ social assistance programs, accounting skills, and digital accounting utilization affects the MSMEs’ performance, during the COVID-19 pandemicMethod: The data was generated by a questionnaire sent to the food and beverage MSME sector in Semarang City, Central Java, Indonesia. The population in this study was 17.602 MSME in Semarang City, Central Java, Indonesia. The sample was 261 MSMEs in the food and beverage MSMEs sector obtained using a convenience sampling technique. Descriptive statistics, data quality tests, classic assumption tests, regression analyses, and hypotheses were tested with SPSS 25 software. Findings: Based on the hypotheses tests, the results show that accounting skills, digital accounting, and financial access have a significant positive effect on MSMEs’ Performance during Pandemic COVID-19 in Semarang.  While tax incentives and MSMEs’ social assistance programs do not affect on MSMEs’ performance during the pandemic.Novelty: This study provides a unique detailed examination of actual practice and an indication of the future trend in digital accounting for MSMEs, and the role of government incentives to assist the MSME’s performance during the pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to elaborate on the potential of urban agricultural agribusiness in Semarang City and identify development sectors that can receive/provide co-benefits from urban agricultural development. The research method used is mixed, with primary and secondary data obtained and analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the study indicate that there is potential for agribusiness in Semarang City to support national food security. Agribusiness development can be carried out in accordance with the national agricultural development master plan, in order of priority, in accordance with the mapping of potential in the city of Semarang, and guided by the medium-term and long-term development plans of the city of Semarang.
