Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of service quality at the Faculty of Economics of several universities in the provinces of East Java, West Java, and Central Java. This study aims to evaluate the correspondence between expectations and reality of 100 students from different Economics Faculties in 3 research provinces using the Convenience Sampling method. Research results show that there is a significant difference between expectations and reality in terms of reliability, showing that service quality at economics faculties in three provinces has still not met students' expectations. A similar phenomenon occurs in relation to the responsiveness factor, highlighting the need to increase the level of service responsiveness. The analysis also highlighted the need to improve trust and empathy elements in services, with significant discrepancies between expectations and reality. T-test results confirm that service quality, especially in the aspects of reliability, responsiveness, trustworthiness, empathy, and tangibility, still does not fully meet students' expectations. Faculty of Economics of three provinces. Therefore, relevant universities should increase efforts to improve the aspects of reliability, responsiveness, trustworthiness, empathy, and tangibility so that students can have more confidence in the services are provided. It is hoped that this step will have a positive impact in enhancing student satisfaction and their academic success.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of selling experience, relationship quality, and selling competence to improve the performance of salespeople at PT. New Ratna Motor in the Coastal Area of Semarang. The object of this research is the Honda Semarang Center salesforce. The sample in this study were 139 respondents and the sampling technique used in this study was a census technique. The data analysis technique used is the structural equation model (SEM) technique from AMOS 22 software. The results show that selling competence and selling experience has a positive and significant effect on relationship quality. Selling experience and selling competence has a positive and significant effect on Salesforce performance. Relationship quality has a positive and significant effect on salesforce performance.

Abstract

Local governments need to develop a Standard Expenditure Analysis (ASB) system as mandated in laws and regulations in order to create an effective and efficient budget. It is very important for local governments to provide clarity in determining the time unit and number of units used in activities so that there is uniformity so that the preparation of the Standard Expenditure Analysis is more precise. The basis for preparing the Standard Expenditure Analysis (ASB) should not only look at one year in order to obtain a better ASB model in predicting total expenditure. Abstract

Umumnya pemelihara ikan harus mengontrol akuarium secara langsung untuk melihat kondisi air. Terlepas dari kesibukan pemilik akuarium menyebabkan akuarium kurang terkontrol sehingga akuarium terabaikan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian untuk memonitoring tingkat kekeruhan air pada akuarium menggunakan Turbidity Sensor. Penelitian ini menggunakan fuzzy logic untuk tingkat kekeruhan air pada akuarium. Sistem inferensi fuzzy yang digunakan yaitu metode Mamdani, terdapat input berupa sensor Turbidity untuk mendeteksi kekeruhan akuarium, serta sebagai outputnya berupa tingkat kekeruhan air yang nantinya nilai tingkat kekeruhan air akan di informasikan dan ditampilkan melalui LCD dan aplikasi BLYNK. Nilai linguistik pada variabel turbidity yaitu 0-25 NTU (Nephelometric Turbidity Unit). Nilai Air Jernih (0-9 NTU), Agak Keruh (8-17 NTU) dan Keruh (16-25 NTU). Kata kunci: Kekeruhan, Blynk, Logika Fuzzy

Abstract

Investigasi ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Pengalaman Pelanggan, PersepsiKualitas, dan Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Niat Buyback dalam kerangka Caffe Indomaret PointCoffee. Metodologi yang digunakan didasarkan pada paradigma kuantitatif, menggunakankuesioner terstruktur sebagai alat utama untuk akuisisi data. Temuan analitis menunjukkan bahwahanya konstruksi Kepuasan Pelanggan yang menunjukkan efek yang signifikan secara statistikpada Niat Pembelian Kembali, sedangkan Pengalaman Pelanggan dan Kualitas yang Dirasakantidak menunjukkan pengaruh langsung yang substantif. Temuan ini menyiratkan bahwa, meskipunkonsumen mementingkan atribut seperti rasa, tekstur, dan keamanan produk, aspek emosionalyang terkait dengan kepuasan pasca-pembelian terutama mengatur keputusan untuk mengambilbagian dalam perilaku pembelian kembali. Skor rata-rata terendah yang diidentifikasi dalamindikator seperti tindakan, ambivalensi, dan rasa pencapaian menyoroti perlunya peningkatandalam menumbuhkan loyalitas konsumen. Oleh karena itu, strategi pemasaran harus dirancanguntuk meningkatkan kepuasan emosional konsumen untuk secara efektif memicu loyalitas dan niatpembelian kembali yang konsisten.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial leadership on the performance of MSMEs, with entrepreneurial orientation and team creativity as mediating variables. The research was conducted on aluminum craft MSMEs in Genuk District, Semarang, using a quantitative approach through a survey of 84 respondents. Data analysis techniques include classical assumption tests, path analysis, and the Sobel test using SPSS 25. The results show that entrepreneurial leadership significantly affects MSME performance, both directly and through the mediation of entrepreneurial orientation and team creativity. The implication of this study emphasizes the importance of developing innovation-based leadership and team collaboration in enhancing the sustainable competitiveness of MSMEs. These findings also enrich the literature on entrepreneurial management in the context of small businesses in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian reward terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V SDN 2 Gedebeg Kabupaten Blora. Penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis Posttest-Only Control Design. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN 2 Gedebeg yang berjumlah 40 siswa. Teknik pengambilan Sampel Jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode (1) kuesioner, (2) observasi, dan (3) dokumentasi. Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara reward terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V. Hal ini diperoleh melalui hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana melalui spss 26 diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,036 0,05 dan memiliki Fhitung Ftabel yaitu 5,151 4,41 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel pemberian reward terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh koefisien determinasinya adalah ( 0,222) dalam hal ini rata-rata hasil motivasi belajar siswa yang dipengaruhi oleh penerapan pemberian reward adalah 22,2 % dan sisanya 77,8 dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain dalam diri siswa.Kata Kunci: Reward, Motivasi

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika melalui model Project Based Learning (PJBL) berbantuan media dadu bergambar materi penyajian data piktogram siswa kelas 4 SD Djama’atul Ichwan Surakarta. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan terdapat masalah yang dialami oleh peserta didik yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar dengan KKM 75. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Data yang digunakan yaitu data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan tes dan non tes. Analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Peningkatan persentase hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik yang mencapai KKM pada siklus I meningkat dari 8 menjadi 18 peserta didik dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 81,3. Pada siklus II peserta didik yang mencapai KKM mencapai 25 peserta didik dengan rata-rata 88,5. Berdasarkan hasil tesebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Project Based Learning mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika materi penyajian data siswa kelas IV SD Djama’atul Ichwan

Abstract

Virtual Payment through barcode scanning is one of the impacts of digitalization and modernization of technology in the field of payment management in various ways, which initially through the Transfer System (Manual Transfer; ATM; Mobile Banking etc.) to the Barcode System (QR Code; QRIS, Universal Product Code (UPC-A); EAN-13; Datamatrix etc.). Not to mention E-money and various E-Commerce Platforms providing electronic payment services such as OVO and GO-PAY, etc. they also use barcode scanning and are even considered more effective and considered easier by most people. Therefore, Waqf Management should also adapt to the development of world technology which is increasingly modern and more flexible, one of which is using the barcode scan above. Unfortunately, there are still many Waqf Managers (Nadzir) in Indonesia who still apply the Conventional Management System where they tend to maintain old habits in collecting funds from Waqf (Wakif) for certain reasons, both lack of understanding of religious doctrine and lack of ability to utilize current developments in information technology. This certainly causes the ineffectiveness of the Muslim community in Waqf Asset Management, especially the understanding of waqf assets (Mauquf) which is conservatively fixed (land/goods) to movable (money/cash), from the original tangible (real) to intangible (abstract/electronic/E-Waqf). In fact, Islamic countries are starting to change the conventional waqf asset management system to electronic waqf with the help of banking systems and types of payment systems, such as Kuwait, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, Bangladesh and Malaysia. In Indonesia, digitalization in the financial sector has actually been supported by the government by launching the GNNT program aka the National Non-Cash Movement since 2014 but has not been realized optimally. In addition, Zakat, Infaq, Shodaqah (ZIS) has also begun to widely use barcode scanning even affixed to donation boxes and mosque walls. However, for waqf it is very minimal due to different conceptual understandings. Therefore, there is a need for wider socialization and increased financial inclusion so that the management of Islamic waqf funds becomes faster, more efficient, integrated, secure, controlled and cross-border. This thesis aims to; 1) To find out how the current condition of Electronic Waqf (E-Waqf) in Indonesia is. 2) To analyze the transformation model of Electronic Waqf Management (E-Waqf) via Barcode Scan in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive analytical approach. The data collection technique used is a literature study, through books, scientific journals, websites, etc. In addition, interviews with several informants from sources as a reinforcement of research data. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis techniques that have four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and the final step is drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study are expected to transform Electronic Waqf Management (E-Wqf) in Indonesia to be more Modern, Accessible, Fast, Safe and Transparent through Virtual Payment via Scan Barcode as a medium for collecting waqf funds quickly and accurately while being directly supervised by the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI) as the Organizer, Financial Institutions; Business Entities, and/or Communities that have been appointed to prevent misappropriation of funds. The ultimate goal is the creation of broader Community Welfare across borders in all walks of life.

Abstract

Pertanian menjadi tulang punggung ekonomi Kabupaten Wonosobo, terutama tanaman pangan yang tumbuh di daerah dataran tinggi. Namun, penentuan komoditas unggulan belum didasarkan pada analisis terintegrasi dan terukur. Kajian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi komoditas unggulan tanaman pangan serta memetakan potensinya menggunakan pendekatan ekonomi-spasial untuk memperkuat ekonomi lokal. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi Location Quotient (LQ), Shift Share Analysis (SSA), analisis daya saing eksternal, dan analisis nilai ekonomi. Analisis spasial dilakukan melalui penilaian skor dan overlay berbobot berdasarkan tutupan lahan, kemiringan lereng, curah hujan, jenis tanah, jarak ke irigasi, serta jarak ke jalan utama.Hasilnya menunjukkan kentang sebagai komoditas utama di Wonosobo karena keunggulan komparatif dan kompetitifnya yang tinggi, daya saing eksternal yang kuat, serta nilai ekonomi tertinggi sebesar Rp 5.417 triliun. Ubi kayu dan ubi jalar tergolong komoditas potensial menengah, sementara padi berfungsi sebagai komoditas dasar dan jagung sebagai pendukung. Temuan ini menyarankan penguatan ekonomi lokal fokus pada kentang sebagai prioritas utama, didukung oleh lahan yang sesuai dan karakteristik wilayah.  Kata Kunci: Komoditas unggulan, tanaman pangan, Wonosobo, analisis ekonomi-spasial
