Abstract

Kandungan senyawa daun jambu biji yang dapat membantu penyembuhan luka adalah alkaloid, saponin, tanin dan flavanoid. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui khasiat daun jambu biji (Psidium guajava Linn) sebagai obat alternatif untuk pengobatan luka. Jenis penelitian ini eksperimental laboratorium dengan metode pre test &  post test only  control group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel sejumlah 24 ekor tikus dikelompokkan menjadi 4 kelompok, kelompok pertama tidak diberi perlakuan, kelompok ke dua diberi povidone iodine, kelompok ke tiga (ekstrak dengan pelarut air), kelompok ke empat (ekstrak pelarut alkohol). Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Friedman dan diakhiri post hoc uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak daun jambu biji dengan pelarut alkohol lebih cepat mengalami penyembuhan luka dibandingkan kontrol negatif, kontrol positif, dan daun jambu biji dengan pelarut air. Hasil uji Friedman pada jumlah netrofil dan limfosit (p<0,05). Terdapat hubungan antara Efek DAMBI (Daun Jambu Biji) terhadap Penyembuhan Luka pada Kulit.Kata kunci : Daun jambu biji, Luka, Flavanoid, Alkaloid, Kulit The content of leaves of guava can help wound healing are alkaloids, saponins, tannins and flavonoids. The aim of this research is determine the efficacy of guava leaves (Psidium guajava Linn) as an alternative medicine for the treatment of wounds. This study is laboratory experimental research with pre-test research methods and post test only control group design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling,. Sample of 24 rats were divided into 4 groups, the first group was given no treatment, the second group was given povidone iodine, a group of three (extract with water solvent), a group of four (extract peelarut alcohol). Data were analyzed using the Friedman test and ending with post hoc Wilcoxon test. The results showed that administration of guava leaf extract with alcohol solvent more rapid wound healing compared to the negative control, positive control, and guava leaves with water solvent. Friedman test results on the number of neutrophils and lymphocytes (p<0.05). There is a relationship between the effects Dambi (Leaf guava) on the Skin Wound Healing.Keywords : Guava leaves, Wound, flavonoids, alkaloids, Skin

Abstract

Radical Islamic Movement or Islamic Radicalism is a movement that has a mindset of textualist ideology, takfiri and truth claim. Basically, the context in which a religious understanding that is claimed to be the final truth, certainly contains an exclusive and offensive element so that some views, flow, and any schools outside is deemed as deviant, because it is far from authoritative sources originating from the Qur'an and the Sunna. This phenomenon does not reflect the peace of Islam as taught by the Prophet as rahmatan lil ?Alamiin (mercy for all nature). This article explores further the importance of the role of Sufism related to the spiritual teachings in it which are the basic foundation in realizing Islam that is peaceful, tolerant, respectful, respectful among fellow human beings especially among other religious people. Islamic teachings extracted in Sufism contain solutive elements in fulfilling the true spirit of Islamic migration (hijra). The Sufism values contain restraints on an "engine of desire" which is now sweeping through modern society. In these conditions, in the face of challenges for the reduction of the spirit of radicalism, consistency (tawakkal) is needed, namely the form of tireless cleansing of the soul.Gerakan Islam Radikal atau Radikalisme Islam merupakan gerakan yang memiliki pola pikir ideologi tekstualis, takfiri dan truth claim. Pada dasarnya, konteks di mana sebuah pemahaman keagamaan yang diklaim sebagai kebenaran final, tentu mengandung unsur eksklusif dan ofensif sehingga paham, aliran, madzhab apapun diluar dirinya dianggap menyimpang, karena jauh dari sumber otoritatif yang berasal dari al-Qur?an dan al-Sunnah. Fenomena tersebut tidak mencerminkan kedamaian Islam sebagaimana yang diajarkan oleh Rasulullah Saw. sebagai rahmatan lil ?Alamiin (rahmat bagi seluruh alam). Artikel ini mengeksplor lebih jauh tentang pentingnya peran nilai-nilai sufisme terkait ajaran-ajaran spiritual di dalamnya yang menjadi pondasi pokok dalam merealisasikan Islam yang damai, toleran, saling menghargai, menghormati antar sesama umat manusia terlebih antar umat agama lain. Ajaran Islam yang terekstrak dalam sufisme mengandung unsur solutif dalam memenuhi semangat hijrah keislaman yang sesungguhnya. Nilai-nilai sufisme yang dimaksud mengandung pengekangan terhadap sebuah ?mesin hasrat? yang kini melanda masyarakat modern. Di dalam kondisi seperti ini, dalam menghadapi tantangan demi berkurangnya spirit radikalisme, diperlukan konsistensi (tawakkal) yaitu bentuk penyucian jiwa yang tak kenal lelah.

Abstract

Election of regional heads (Pilkada) is one way in the democratic system to elect regional heads in a particular region. The Regional Head Election aims to find qualified regional leaders in peaceful, honest and fair ways. Election of Regional Head is carried out by adopting the principle of direct, general, free, confidential, honest, and fair in accordance with Article 2 of Law Number 1 of 2015 concerning the Establishment of Government Regulations in lieu of Law Number 1 of 2014 concerning Election of Governors, Regents and Mayors to Become Constitution.This research is a type of normative juridical research or normative legal research. Normative juridical research or normative legal research is research that discusses legal principles, namely the legal principles contained in Act Number 1 of 2015 concerning Establishment of Government Regulations in lieu of Law Number 1 of 2014 concerning Election of Governors, Regents and the Mayor Becomes a Law.From the results of the research that the author did, it can be concluded that the reason for the expiration of regional head elections in terms of reporting is limited by the short time compared to criminal acts in general because there are several cases of reports that have not been completed, thus disrupting the process in the election for determine the winner in the election. If no deadline is set for reporting, it can be used as a loophole for one party to hinder the electoral process, and can also cause government vacancies as in previous cases. Second, the reporting deadline is in accordance with Article 134 paragraph (4) of Law Number 1 of 2015 concerning the Establishment of Government Regulations in lieu of Law Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Election of Governors, Regents and Mayors into Laws which stipulate the reporting deadline of only 7 days are considered too fast and ineffective because many cases are killed because of these deadlines.Keywords : Juridical Review - Article 134 Paragraph (4) -Law number 1 of 2015

Abstract

The letters Alif and Alef are architectural masterpieces. Architecture is not only constructed to meet basic human needs. In a semiotic perspective, architecture is a text and is designed to be rich in philosophical values, so it is necessary to trace the meanings contained in it. This research is a literature, with a comparative inductive method. The approach is semiotic architecture. As a result, the Alif and Alef architectures are designed to be timeless so that the letter values can become a guideline that is firmly held by their users. Its extra-detailed design shows the sacredness of the letter. Apart from being the name of God, the letter is constructed as an icon of tahlil or tehlel monotheism that interprets the oneness of God and there is no God but Him. He is All Supreme and to Him man must submit, serve and hold on to His words. Its abstract qualities are the image of infinity and something indescribable.  His intentions show that God is the Creator, can only be articulated through the wonders of His creations. The numerical value of one represents a beginning and the only path to be walked. One thousand is an infinity number that means everything comes from the One Dzat no one can feel high because God is Al-Mutakabbir. And among the ways of obtaining sprirituality is to neutralize lust

Abstract

In this study, researchers examined the division of inheritance rights of women who work, in the view of Islam, the religious law of Islam views women especially in the study of women standing as a wife is no longer a career woman herself, she has become the right of the husband is no longer the rights of the elderly , the wife's good nature to help it, once again not to meet the needs of the family. This is not apart from the fact that sociological factors experienced by the women, in this case the wife who entered the modern era is a lot of wives who work to help the family economy even provide for the continuity of the family . This sometimes makes ricuhnya division of inheritance that occurred in the county Demak. One alternative to this problem is to prove by further data and research related to the rights of a woman in this case working wives who bear the economic part of the next of kin in the family. Understanding the obstacles and barriers experienced by a wife who works and trying to provide for his family in the division of the estate is a part. The purpose of this thesis writing which help provide knowledge and insight is deeply concerning hasanah Mawaris law, in particular the division of inheritance law wife of obtaining one per four-piece if it does not have children yet, if left offspring wife's part is one-eight. Thus God governs in the Qur'an Surah an Nisa 'verse twelve. Islamic law division of inheritance has been very fair, especially women, Islam does not mengkastakan women, especially mothers. Mother called the prophet three times by the king of the Prophet Muhammad, far above the father. Therefore, although the wife gets one per eight if she's a mother, does not matter to him, because the mother still gets consecrated a son, whose value is far from one-fourth and one-eight inheritance. Abstract

Background: Meningiomas, common primary brain neoplasms, become more frequent with age. They can affect osseous structures, manifesting as hyperostosis and significantly diminishing the well-being of patients. Although meningiomas' precise etiology and pathogenesis remain ambiguous, hormonal influences and other factors have been implicated in their development. This study seeks to explain surgical management and cranioplasty reconstruction to reduce recurrence and improve the well-being of patients.Objective: This case series encompasses a retrospective analysis of medical records from six patients diagnosed with meningiomas with hyperostosis, treated between December 2022 and January 2024, at Dr. Soegiri General Hospital, Lamongan. The analysis focuses on surgical interventions and cranioplasty reconstruction.Cases Presentation: Six patients had chronic cephalgia and cranial masses persisting for 3-6 years. Computed tomography imaging revealed hyperostotic changes contiguous with the neoplastic lesions, prompting craniotomy. Subsequent acrylic cranioplasty was undertaken to ensure encephalic protection and to achieve cosmetic restoration.Conclusion: For patients presenting with meningiomas and hyperostosis, symptomatic management through surgical excision and resection of the hyperostotic bone is recommended. Early implementation of cranioplasty, preferably acrylic materials, is recommended to shield cerebral structures and restore cranial morphology, given its economic feasibility and reduced infection risk compared to autologous bone grafts

Abstract

The scholars have formulated the criteria for a mujtahid. And among those criteria are puberty, having an adequate understanding of sharia sources, whether the Quran or hadith, and having a set of abilities to analyze those sharia sources. However, the criteria that have been formulated are, in Ibn Arabi's view, only secondary requirements. According to him, the primary requirement that a mujtahid must have is inner readiness. Departing from this, it is necessary to explain the concept of ijtihad from the perspective of Ibn Arabi and his views in several cases of fiqh. This type of research is literature and the method used is comparative inductive while the approach used is fiqh and Sufism. As a result, ijtihad is an effort to prepare the mind, where the mujtahid must achieve the maqam of piety. And with this devotion a person will be able and ready to receive the inspirations given by Allah to him. And among the rulings that are the result of Ibn Arabi's ijtihad is the status of taklif for people who are insane, have not yet reached puberty and are asleep. According to him, the position of mukallaf in this kind of situation is "al-barâ'ah", that is, they are independent of the obligations of the Shari'ah, but nevertheless they are still subject to the status of taklif with a different essence of the taklif. And it is in the form of liberation from taklif al-ibâhah or al-barâ'ah. and so it is not lifted. However, back to human character like an animal that is just a man with a sense. This is because Ibn Arabi views that the law on an obligation is based on the value of its sharia and not based on its reason. And this has legal consequences in some cases
