Abstract

Alya Clothing Store has been selling clothing products since it was first established in 2020. During these two years there have been ups and downs in the process of selling clothing products as an effort to make a profit. The evaluation was carried out in 2022 where in that year there was a decline in sales which had an impact on the decline in store turnover. This study aims to help the management of Alya Clothing Store make the most appropriate marketing strategy in the current situation. The method used in this research is to approach Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis. Data processing is done by mapping using SWOT analysis, where internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) can be known precisely. Based on the SWOT analysis, the Alya Clothing Shop is located in the 4th quarter, namely the diversification condition. The four alternative strategies obtained are narrowed down to one strategy with AHP analysis, which is to focus on improving service quality in terms of security, environmental cleanliness and friendliness of service to visitors.

Abstract

El-Gans is one of small and medium business that in the process sells martabak. The decline in sales over the past six months has had an impact on the decline in the value of profits for business owners. This research is intended to provide an analysis of alternative sales strategies to increase sales from sweet martabak and at the same time to develop business in the food sector. The determination of strategy selection for El-Gans is carried out using the SWOT method approach and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrik (QSPM) method. The results of the SWOT matrix analysis found that the position of El-Gans is currently in quadrant two which is a business diversification position. The results of the calculation of alternative strategies using the QSPM method determined that El-Gans will implement the fifth alternative strategy, namely utilizing online sales applications more massively so that the El-gans brand name can be known by the wider public and be able to increase sales of its food products.

Abstract

Komunitas Gusdurian Karawang menjadi tujuan pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) kali ini. Anggota dari komunitas tersebut sebagian besar merupakan para pemilik usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM). Dalam menjalankan usahanya, para pemilik mengeluhkan bisnis yang mereka jalankan cenderung stagnan dan bahkan ada beberapa usaha mengalami penurunan profit. PKM ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pendampingan bagi para pengusaha di komunitas Gusdurian Karawang untuk mengembangkan bisnis usaha menggunakan pendekatan metode Business Model Canvas (BMC). Pemetaan bisnis usaha dilakukan dnegan menerapkan sembilan langkah BMC. Proses pelatihan dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Ar-Rahman dengan membagi para peserta kedalam beberapa kelompok, mendiskusikan BMC oleh para civitas akademika yang melakukan PKM, dan kemudian mempresentasikan hasil diskusi tersebut pada forum. Hasil dari proses pelatihan ini adalah para peserta menjadi memahami proses bisnisnya, dapat memetakan bisnis yang mereka jalankan dengan metode BMC dan secara bertahap dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan keuntungan dari bisnis yang merka jalankan. Jangka panjang kedepannya diharapkan mampu diterapkan oleh para anggota Komunitas Gusdurian secara berkelanjutan agar dapat mengembangkan usahanya dan juga memunculkan UKM baru yang mampu bersaing di dunia bisnis UKM kedepannya.

Abstract

Business development must be observed by business owners in order to maintain their existence in every market. UKM Mart Teluk Pucung is one of the minimarkets to promote various kinds of products from small and medium business. This Community Empowerment Program (PKM) is to help small and medium business owners to debelop their businesses. The Business Model Canvas (BMC) method is one of the approaches in identifying business design. The implementation of BMC will provide a simple and comprehensive mapping of business models. The results of the BMC mapping will be used to find and understand the business model phenomenon in each member of UKM Mart. Assistance in creating BMC will make it easier for UKM owners to explain their business model to their business partners. They can measure the performance and effectiveness of their business model by conducting periodic evaluations. Business owners are able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of their business soo as to create new opportunities for their business development.

Abstract

The retail company managed by the DKI Jakarta provincial government located on Tidung Island strives to improve the performance assessment of logistics staff. The performance assessment of logistics staff has so far followed the system of the company which only raises the criteria for employee assessment in general. The lack of a specific assessment system results in difficulties for management in measuring the performance of logistics staff objectively based on their duties and job responsibilities. This research aims to develop an objective employee performance assessment system using the Behaviorally Anchor Rating Scale (BARS) method. This method focuses on the preparation of assessment criteria with anchors that are repared by observing the actual activities of the work carried out by the logistics staff. The use of the BARS method in designing a performance assessment system for logistics staff on Tidung Island is very relevant because it can integrate specific behavioral approaches with geographical challenges. The result of this research is the design of a logistics staff performance assessment system in the form of an annual performance assessment form and is able to provide an objective assessment of the performance of logistics staff.

Abstract

Pengendalian persediaan sangatlah penting sebelum melakukan produksi yang dilakukan oleh sebuah industri. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi yaitu adanya kelebihan stok bahan baku kurang dari safety stock dan belum adanya metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) di perusahaan. Persediaan yang terlalu banyak menimbulkan besarnya investasi yang tertanam oleh perusahaan. Perencanan kebutuhan material tidak dilakukan dengan sistem MRP yang penerapanya diawali dengan data perusahaan untuk menghitunga lot size. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa perbandingan jumlah dan biaya persediaan bahan baku kursi kantor 702 U. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode lot sizing yaitu Lot for Lot (LFL), Fixed Order Quantity (FOQ) dan Fixed Periode Requirement (FPR). Berdasarkan dari perbandingan data perusahaan dengan metode lot sizing sehingga dapat diketahui metode mana yang paling minim untuk persediaan bahan baku kursi kantor 702 U dan hasilnya adalah metode LFL mempunyai jumlah total persedian yang minim dengan total persediaan 4971unit dibandingkan dengan FOQ, total Persediaan 19.220unit dan FPR total persediaan 9940unit. Berdasarkan perbandingan total biaya pemesanan dan penyimpanan bahan baku kursi kantor 702 U data perusahaan dengan 3 metode lot sizing dapat diketahui LFL mempunyai biaya yang Lebih rendah yaitu sebesar Rp.10.998.808 sedangkan data perusahaan sebesar Rp.11.974.970, metode FOQ biaya sebesar Rp.18.337.900 dan metode FPR biaya sebesar Rp.11.459.957.
